This place came in CLUTCH when I needed a last minute mani and pedi. I called and was able to come in same day! My nail tech wasn't the most chatty but she did clean work and definitely made sure my nails came out nice. I only wish the salon would use disposable foot scrubbers because things can get sketchy with sanitation. The price for gel mani, regular pedicure, and removal of my previous gel came out to $70 which isn't too bad especially for the convenience of coming in last minute. I made an appointment. I was greeted when I entered and I didn't have to wait. I got the pedicure with hot stone massage. The hot stone massage was just gently rubbing hot stones against my legs. I get massages and pedicures ok regular basis and I know right from wrong very well. My cuticles were not cut the right way. I was nipped three times as you can see but I didn't make a big deal out of it. Until I got home and saw how the tech applied the nail polish. A kid would have done a better job. I couldn't resist getting a much needed mani and pedi once salons were allowed to reopen. I made my way back to Radiant Nails and had a positive experience. Let's talk safety measures. First things first, like so many businesses now, appointments are required, so I made one a couple of days before I wanted to pop in. Upon walking in with my mask on, the owner told me to wash my hands and then took my temperature. I was directed to a pedicure chair and while there, signed a wavier. There's also plexiglass at the manicure stations between you and the manicurist. I got a solid pedicure and gel manicure from someone new working there who was great. It's been three long months, and I'm thankful for this positive experience to ease me back into visiting businesses that put safety first. read more

Love! I don't write a ton of reviews, but they told me this place recently switched ownership so I wanted to shout them out. The family running the place now is offering such amazing service (no shade to the previous owners since it was my first time here!). They answer the phone promptly, provide good info, and attend to you quickly when you arrive. They were also open 4th of July which I was grateful for. I love my dip+tips manicure. I waited less than 5 minutes to be helped and Ely was available (which i'm so thankful for) for acrylic full set with gel polish. Just had mani and pedi and one of the worst ever. It took 2 hours and the cuticles were not cut correctly. I have manicures weekly so I know a good manicure but this was not. The manicurist did not polish the entire nail. The sides and base of the nail was not polished. She clearly was inexperienced. Called to complain but they seemed disinterested. Extremely disappointed! Went in for the most expensive polish change and the absolute worst! I've had enough polish changes to know that it is standard they offer a quick file down and buff, and at the cost of around $8-10 on average. Even after asking if she can please give me a quick file, she filed ONE random nail and left the other 9 completely untouched...WTH!?! Not to mention most importantly, the HORRIBLE paint job...at a whopping $12!! Oh did I mention this was the owner and that she couldn't be more cold and RUDE. On Manicure, I'd give this place 5 stars, but I had the absolute worst pedicure of my life. I'd actually compare it more to a nightmare. Zero stars for pedicure. I walked in and the place was empty. The owner greeted me and did my gel mani. It was wonderful, actually lasted 3 weeks. I have no complaints about my mani or the owner. The owner then had Nori do my pedicure. About 5 minutes into the pedicure, she was trimming my nails and literally cut a chunk of skin with my toe nail. I was bleeding profusely. What did she do to stop the bleeding? She applied clear nail polish!! So not only did she make it painful and worse, she contaminated the clear nail polish with blood. The nightmare just got worse. The cuticle removal was so painful. She continued to file my bleeding toe to the point that the file was bloody. You could tell, she had no idea what to do, but instead of asking the owner for alcohol or something... she just kept on making it worse. I was in pain for 2 days, I covered my toe in alcohol and hydrogen peroxide when I got home to prevent an infection. She cut my toe nails so short that three weeks later, they only had to file my nails. I am NEVER coming back here. Owner needs to be more careful with who she hires. This girl should not even have a license. You've been warned. Stay away from Nori. read more

The only positive thing i have to say about this place is that they have great massage chairs. The lady polishing my toes had to do it twice and the second time around was worse than the first but at this point I was so annoyed that I just wanted her to finish. Then she tells me that she's not allowed to do gel polish on my hands that only 1 person is allowed to this and I have to wait for her. She filed my nails and pretended to remove cuticles because that's really the only way I can describe it. I finally just told her to please stop and to just put clear polish because I had been there for an hour and a half and I had to leave. My nails are uneven, poorly filed, and full cuticle. Discovering this salon right behind my house was a wonderful surprise! I walked in and was greeted by a very nice man who ended up being one of the owners of the salon (it's him and his wife). I was told they could accommodate me if I didn't mind waiting as the lady doing the manicures had two people waiting for manicures before me. I didn't mind since it was the end of my day and had no where to be. In the meantime she had a young lady start my pedicure. The young lady did a great job on my pedicure and was very nice. Finally it was my turn and once I sat down I had the pleasure of talking to Samantha. Not only is she the owner of the salon but she does manicures as well. As she began to do my manicure I realized that the color they had brought her was not the one I had picked. As soon as I realized it I brought it to her attention and she quickly wiped it away and asked me to tell her the number again. She realized right away that they had made a mistake and quickly and kindly brought the correct color and continued my manicure. We even laughed about it. The whole time we were talking she was so sweet . She makes you feel as though she's known you a long time and really cares about you and who you are. It was refreshing to find a nail tech who does a wonderful job, no attitude, no sour face, just great conversation and a great looking mani and pedi to go along with it. As she finished doing my mani, I told her I would be back and she was happy to hear I was happy with my manicure. Can't wait to go get my nails done with her for my engagement pictures! They have themselves another loyal client. ** A word of advice... on the Monday I went, it seemed to be only her and the girl doing the pedicure working that day. If you are in a hurry I would recommend either calling and making an appointment ahead of time or calling before heading over to ask her how long the wait is. Also, she charges $50.00 for a gel mani/ reg pedi. Yes, it's a little steep as most salons are charging $40.00 but I don't mind paying it as her work is impeccable and she truly is dedicated to giving her clients a great and friendly experience at her salon. read more

Loved how my nails came outtt I did a light pink color. The place is great and the employees were cool too. At one point in the manicure she was going way too quick and hard that she cut my finger a bit. It wasn't on purpose and she did try her best to comfort me, but i don't think she was focused for that moment.
