Are you kidding me?! I didn't think I could find somebody who is this good at brows in Miami!! Kiren really did an awesome job for my brows!! Booking was pretty easy, just texted her and she replied relatively quick and I was surprised how soon the appointment would be. Only a day in advance. (Thought going to take a week or so.) The place is not hard to find and has tons of parking at the back which is nice. The workspace is very clean, neat, and organized. I did eyelashes lift first. Mind me telling you that I'm Asian and I don't have many lashes (not to mention they are super thin...) and the girl did a pretty job to make them lifted. They aren't really obvious on photo but I could totally tell the difference before and after. Then I had micro pigmentation brows done. I was confused about microblading, nanoneedles, and micropigmentation at first. For those of you who are confused too - microblading and needles are for hairstroke brows (they give you very fine line that look just like your brow hairs) Instead, pigmentation is more for the color and shape of your brows. I decided to do the pigmentation because I like how natural and smooth it looks like. The price varies. You better text Kiren before you coming in so she would give you an estimate. I believe the price range is between $200-$400? (Not so sure.) Kiren was really professional, and I could totally tell how experienced she was. I was little bit worried about her chatting with other girls while doing my brows, but my brows turned out to be "nearly perfect." (I don't believe in anything that is perfect.) She is also very considerate. She asked me couple times about the shape and every time after she fixing it, she would ask me again. She also especially mentioned they Asian brow trend is different from Hispanics and I really appreciate her carefulness. The process was faster than I thought, it took about an hour and half to complete the job, and I HAD NO REDNESS AROUND MY BROWS. Last time I got my brows done from other places, I had redness around my brows for days. But this time, except my brows looked very bold (and they will fadeaway soon) I couldn't even tell I had the micro pigmentation done. During the process, I'm not going to lie about it. Even with the numbing cream, I could still feel the pain... Probably because the effect was fading away as Kiren was doing my brows. However, the pain for me was still pretty tolerable and Kiren kept putting more cream on in order to keep me pain free. The amazing part was that, right now, after an hour of getting the brows done, I feel little to no pain at all. I thought they gonna hurt a lot after the numbing cream effect fade away, but it seems like they don't hurt at all. Honestly, I don't really trust people in Miami that much...... but Kiren did a really good job and I just loveeeee the shape of my brows. Her place deserves a lot of more good reviews on yelp, and that's why I'm writing this one. It's better you bring cash instead of credit card, because square charges you 7% service fee. This was my second time in going to this place. First off, the owner, Kirenia, is EXTREMELY nice and very welcoming to her clients. She is extremely flexible and knows how to time manage her clients. I got the lash lift for $69 and the tint for an extra $10. For a total of = $79. I would say that's pretty good compared to other places. In terms of the service itself, i HIGHLY recommend this place. My lashes came out amazing and she was very gentle and I felt comfortable with her. They legit do ALL kinds of services there, semi-permananet makeup, lashes, eyebrows, mani-pedis, etc. My 1.5 critiques of the place is that there isn't a printed service menu with all the prices. I like knowing what the prices are for the services instead of having to ask every time for each service. Plus, i want to know that they are giving a fair price and not just throwing any number each time, whenever it's convenient. When you book the appointment, it does NOT tell you the PRICE. So again, I suggest they change that so there is more transparency and you know when there is an ACTUAL promotion/discount. My 0.5 critique (it's technically not the owner's fault) but both times that I have gone there, the place is really loud bcuz of the other clients. I enjoy the meditation/relaxing music that is played but u cant hear it bcuz of the other clients. So I suggest that the staff put "KEEP THE VOLUME LOW" sign so that all the clients can be considerate. It should feel like a spa when you are getting these services done. My eyebrows have bald spots and one is longer then the other. I'm so confused why I didn't get the "eyebrows on fleek" like all the other girls. Almost $500 later and still need a touch up. Btw I did exactly what she told me for the aftercare. I wish this place was what I expected. I can honestly say that I really enjoy getting my lashes done here, I've gone several times but I still remember that time I went after Irma, unfortunately they had lost power but the girls were still working! I was pretty impressed, also I was pregnant at the time and the owner made sure I had a little fan so I wouldn't suffocate! Lol I also saw that she asked and offered anyone drinks, she got the customers coke, coffee and pastries, thought that was really nice of her plus it shows how much she cared about her clients. She answered all the questions I had with no problem, she explained the process, she was super super accommodating, and was very understanding when my Mother in Law couldn't make her appointment. Wish I could give it a negative rating! where do I begin...the way she has things set up is not professional, kind of ghetto to say the least. she does your eyebrows right when you come in in front of everyone, talks over your face (possibly dropping spit particles which contain germs in your open wound),She does not wear a mouth mask. very unhygienic. She stops constantly to either attend another customer in between or to answer calls or order coffee or 10 other things so the process takes 2x as long. she is NOT focused on the one customer in front of her and I'm sorry if I am paying so much for good eyebrows, I want your undivided attention. Due to this, my eyebrows came out completely uneven, botchy, patchy, sure it looks good when you leave and when she snaps the pic she puts in IG, but when it heals, you start seeing the many imperfections. I have a friend that went and her eyebrows were left short, and just odd looking, not shaped nicely at all and was very rushed when doing it. She charges $80 for the touch up you never pay $60 with the troubles in scheduling , first of her appointments are far apart and if not retouched within a certain time frame she charges more, despite the fact its um, not the person's fault that she works in another location super far 2-3 times out of the week, leaving the apt availability window, small. This place reminds me of going to a flea market type of atmosphere. I do see why so many girls go to her, there is a lot of false advertisement and the owner Kiren does play nice and is very sweet until you complain or do not like something she does, she gets frustrated and gives attitude disguised in a sweet way, for example, "no sweetie pie my sugar darling, its your fault it came out that way, you didn't take care of it properly my little pie doll." that's not an actual situation, but an example of how she shifts blame and adds sweet acronyms to her attitude. She seems to think she can do no wrong and I'm sorry but I could have had better eyebrows done by Chung Lee at a local nail shop. Oh and don't bother arriving on time, because she thinks your going to see a doctor apparently and makes you wait 20-30 minutes if not more before she starts because 3 people get the same appointment time. Her machines for facials are soooo incredibly out dated they do noting, I'm sure some doctor threw it away or donated it. part of the facial is one the unlicensed older ladies squeezing every pore in your face with her nails (she did wear gloves) marking your face all up and swelling it all up. the worst facial ever! no one here are certified aestheticians. her product is all cheap quality! including the ink for the eyebrows. you can spend a little more and get quality work done in a thousand other places. I gave this place a FEW shots one to support a woman owning her own business and trying to make it, and two because of all the reviews on her IG which I now realize most are her highschool friends who are her main clients and supporters . It's clear she was a popular girl w lots of friends which helped her but either that's gone to her head or she doesn't care about providing real quality and just worries about the $$ at this point. word of advice: give your clients more privacy when doing their eyebrows, perhaps invest in a receptionist or someone to coordinate your calendar and take care of scheduling so that you can concentrate on giving your client good eyebrows. Understand clients ARE sometimes RIGHT and you CAN make mistakes. Clients shouldn't be charged for YOUR mistakes (not speaking for myself, speaking for others that have been charged, not everyone has the courage to write a review). Keep your clients' happy so they can come back rather then just come once and never again! sometimes loosing a few dollars in cheap product and 15 minutes of your time correcting something, is worth it!
