PLEASE READ!! I am a Master lash stylist who worked along side Kiren for a week. I do not recommend doing any services in her store. She does NOT sterilize her tools which is something by OSHA laws that you have to do. I worked using di crusty tools on clients with no choice (she has no barbacide nor a sterilizer). She reuses under eye pads on people's eye for everyone just to save her money. Kiren has huge bottles of spray tan solutions that are EXPIRED - she wanted me to do a client with it and I made an excuse to not have to put the poor girl through that. She pours glue onto a plastic cover where the eyepads come packaged in and that scientifically crystallizes the glue and will cause your lash extensions to fall out faster because the glue is being used properly. She reuses solutions for lash lifts (when peroxide starts to deactivate once it's peeled open, that causes your lash lift to not last as long or work as good as it should). (They are a one time use lifting solution but she reuses on about 4 clients). Kiren works in these conditions but charges an arm and a leg for her services and thinks very highly of herself. As a young aspiring lash educator that left there on bad terms (bad terms meaning she did not pay me at all for anything that i did for the whole week not even my credit card tips) i do not support her at all and i just want to let you know the type of person she is in the fact that she never paid me for that week making over 300$ I WAS PAID NOTHING. It's hard to go to small claims court for this, the cost of court fees isn't worth the amount of money she refused to pay me. But i worked my butt off and anyone who knows the craft realizes how much dedication you put into it. And there were things she would do that were malicious just to have more money in her pocket like threaten to REFUSE TO PAY ME commission of clients that i did not take a before and after picture of (even if the client paid and left happy and i know i had done a great job), it makes no sense to take someone's well deserved money for that and I have mouths to feed like my brother with downs syndrome. This woman has no heart. I've begged for my money and she hits me with "I'll see you in court if you want it" but she knows i won't go it's a lose lose situation but at least i can be helpful to those that matter THE PEOPLE. read more

Extremely Rude Owner!! Customer beware! I have been going there for about a year and a half and a client of Duni! She is the best and a great heart and energy. Unfortunately, i can not say the same about the owner Kiren! I booked an appt to go during my lunch break but my meeting ran late. I tried calling to advise but called and called and got no answer. I went online and saw there was an open slot a half an hour later and tried to change it while I was driving like a mad woman. Somehow I ended up booking another appt half an hour later instead of changing it. When I finally got to the shop 15 minutes late she began to yell unprofessionally in front of her client and myself, stating that she was going to charge me 25 dollar for a NO SHOW. I asked her to please calm down and explained that I was not able to leave my job and did not see the issue since Duni did not have a client following me and it was open. She proceeded to get all out rate and unbecoming of an owner and professional. I felt so bad for Duni who was in the middle of it all and we both cried together. I was so upset and felt so disrespected. In this day in age and this world full of hate and suffering it cost nothing to be kind and be empathetic. You can do all types of work to your physical body and face but if you have a disgusting attitude, negative energy and lacking empathy, you will remain ugly inside! I guess she has so many clients that customer service is not practiced in her establishment. I am sadden to leave Duni and have her lose a client because as I stated above she is truly the best. She outshines the owner and her boss Karin. But I will never give Karin one more dollar of my hard working money. She needs to be humbled and realize that customer service is key! It cost me 25 dollars to remove someone like her out of my life! And she gained 25 dollars and lost much more then that from me the customer that came in every two to three weeks and spent between 65 to 140 each visit! I do not recommend this shop! I will be honest, I had been wanting to do some semi-permanent make up on my brows for a little over 3 years but was always terrified they would look horrible. I drove Kiren half crazy with questions throughout these years and she always reassured me they would look amazing, but I was so scared. It is so important to find a professional that knows what she's doing for anything on your face, but after seeing the amaZing results from all of Kiren's customers I decided to take a leap and go for it. I put all of my trust in Kiren and honestly I could not be happier with my results. She walked me through the process and answered all of my questions. She was extremely knowledgeable and knew what technique would look best for me. We decided to go for a natural look and I did the Statdust, Ombré technique. As soon my mother and grandmother saw my eyebrows they immediately wanted to book their appointment! The best part of it all is that it is completely pain free! SO WORTH EVERY PENNY!! read more

I did the Microblading and my eyes brows came out perfect! Kiren is excellent at what she does she is a true professional and really works with every clients needs. I also had the lash extensions done even though they did not fit my lifestyle they did look awesome! My last visit I did the lash lift. Process was flawless and fast. I did notice once I got home that I wanted them a bit less curled, just my preference and Kiren said not problem we can do that. I came in the next day and Lady fixed them for me and I am super in love with my lashes now! Totally will continue to do this service. It cuts 10 minutes off my getting ready time in the morning!!! All the girls there are very friendly it's nice to go to place where not only are all their serves great but they also have very friendly staff !!!! read more

I have been doing my brows with Kiren for a little bit over a year now and I could truly say she is the best in the game! Before doing my brows with Kiren I went to another so called "brow guru" in Miami, such as Mayra's Art. My shape was never consistent. Kiren is the true BROW GURU of Miami. I have never been disappointed with her. The shape she gives me is consistent and my brows look thicker when she shapes them. Kiren is the guru of the guru of the gurus for eyebrows. I trust no one but her with mine. I came to her about 5 years ago and never left. Not just is she fast, she's good. My eyebrows were a disaster and they are now exact replicas. You need to be squeezed un, 9 out of 10 times she can do it. I have to say that from the moment I walked in I felt at home :) the girls are all so nice and they are all great at what they do! Whether it be eyebrows, eyelashes, or makeup this is the spot.
