I was recommended to see Karen To find out she no longer works there, the owner said she herself would do my nails, the day of my appointment the owner is a no show, now I get passed around to a random girl named Meylania for dip powder gel and another random girl for my pedicure super sweet girls but meylania clearly has absolutely have no idea what she's doing The real question is are any of these nail techs licensed ? Cus there's no way my nails all chipped a day after service, what a waste of $175

10/10 recommend Icon Nails! Everyone here is super friendly and they always do an amazing job.

I had a good experience at Icon and this ombre dip powder was the best ombré manicure I've had done! Only thing that was a drawback was that I mentioned when I arrived I needed to leave at 2 (had a business meeting at 2:30) and it was assured I'd be out on time but actually didn't get out until right before 2:30 which made me late for my meeting (I, like them, run a business so take my business very seriously). So, in future I would just like to have more respect on time or maybe not have expectations promised that can't be met. Other than this though I'm still giving 5 stars as the quality/detail was strong and both my manicurist and pedicurist were super nice. I plan to be back!

Decided to get pedis after checking out of our hotel and before we headed to the airport. Called ahead for an appointment and we were immediately seated upon arrival. It was a Monday afternoon so they weren't very busy. As you soak your feet, they hand you a menu and ask you which pedi you'd like. We opted for the Pink Rose option ($40). Overall we had a great experience and my wife really enjoyed her pedi and pointed out how nice her polish looked. The massage chairs were easy to figure out as well and I didn't feel like I was just vibrating the entire time

Got a great "roses" pedicure here on 4/26/21. Firstly, their massage chairs give the deepest massages here without it shaking you. I've been to places where the chair moves so much when doing the massage feature that the technician turns it off so that they can paint my nails. Not here. It was deep and I didn't move. Lots of good color choices and beat of all, no foot cheese grater! In Vegas, I can't find a salon that doesn't use a foot rasp, which just exacerbates callouses. Here, the male tech used a synthetic pumice. The way he gripped the pumice tickled so much that I was afraid I was going to kick him, but it got the job done. I am really happy with my pedicure nearly a week later!

Thick/ uneven dip and cracked dip nail polish after 3 days

Vibe: The place needs renovations. Everything is old and scratched up. The nail tips for color demonstration were yellow. You go to a nail salon to relax and treat yourself and they definitely lacked atmosphere. Also, if your salon is in coral gables, by the Miracle Mile, your place needs to look the part. Quality: In short- POOR. I came in for a dip manicure and a nice guy was doing my nails. He seemed to put a lot of effort into it, but either the materials or his lack of skills or both contributed to a very poor job. First they didn't have the original color I wanted and he said he substituted it with a very similar color ( I want light, I got dark, but whatever). The dip manicure that usually lasts me 3 weeks cracked after 3 days (see photos). The only good thing was the pedicure, he did a good job with that. Price: With street parking and the service/tip, I payed more than average. I won't be coming back. Edit: this is the correct studio. Eva, the owner, greeted me when I came.

I've been to multiple places since moving to Miami and no one has gotten my lashes right like Eva. I'm super picky and she takes her time every time and I always leave happy! I have been around 305 and back.... Eva and her staff are the best at what they do!! I have followed Eva for 12 yrs++ and growing. Love her. I can not find any one that compares. She is a perfectionist in her work and that is why I am a fan, and a die hard follower!!! If you want a good clean (cuticles and all) mani/pedi this is where you go! Worth the drive to The Gables. Great spot that was clean, with a wonderful technician. The reason for the 4 star rating is because they took twice as long as they promised. When you book and select the technician (I didn't get who I selected) it's for a one hour slot for both gel mani and regular pedi. The person went over the time by an hour and a few minutes, but other than those two things, my nails still look good after two weeks and it's time to make another appointment. My apologies for no photos. I hope you have a great experience! read more

Beyond unprofessional. I arrived for my 1PM mani/pedi appointment and was seated in the nail chair ready to start at 12:56. Just as the tech was starting (assumed owner) someone came barging in huffing "I need an emergency gel!!!" My tech asked me to move to pedi first and she serviced the woman. I sat, unacknowledged for 20 minutes. No apology for delay. While this entitled woman cut and serviced. So many other places to get your nails done. I'm sure the owner will copy and paste her "sincerest apology memo" below read more

Icon Nails always has the best vibe in the Gables, and on top of that open on Sunday with great music playing! I came in with nails looking anything but cute and left with WOW nails! Eva outdid herself - but always look forward to a visit here. 5 stars all around here! Bonus tip: they have the "jelly" colors that are so trendy now! read more

had a confirmed appt today at 1:30 with eva. received countless texts confirming . after much effort to get there - when I got there place was empty and i was told Eva didn't work today . how unprofessional. please save yourself. the trouble and don't go to this place. they obviously have service issues as you read other reviews. the place was empty too no customers and just one woman staring at me while I spoke in Spanish to the woman who came out from the back. don't go here . read more

I have been to this salon a few times.I always make my appointment with the same nail tech however I never get the service done by the person I make the appointment with.My last appointment I came in for the same service I always get.I was seen by someone I didn't request.When I went to pay for the service I was charged $10 more than I normally paid.I complained and was given the money back. Don't understand why I never see the person I make the appointment with. read more

I love Icon nails! I've been coming here for years now and I have nothing but great things to say. Eva, the owner, is wonderful. She's the best at nail designs and can do anything you show her a picture of. I also love going to Maya and Lisette for pedicures. They have a variety of levels of pedicures and I usually choose the tangerine option that comes with paraffin wax and a longer massage! 11/10 recommend coming here! The service and experience have always been amazing. read more

Spot is pretty clean and the staff is pretty friendly. Lady in the front is cool and she greets you with a smile. The pedicure was amazing, it was a spa style pedicure with a few creams and different scents. The lady was gentle and she made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Couldn't speak much to her but she knew a little English and made some small talk. After the pedicure The massage was very relaxing thank god becauseI needed it! They have different options for the pedicures prices etc. Weill definitely be back again!!!!! read more

Listen, these reviews must be fake. We had 3 people in our party, and all of their Pedicures were horrific, poor painting quality/skills, no options for Deluxe, no Callus removal. One pedicure was 16min, one of our kids was cut and she repeatedly complained because she had to work around her cast. Very disappointing. I am so irritated I tipped and paid before services were rendered. read more

If you're looking for a cheap place then this is your spot but beware, the price reflects the quality. The interior needs major help and the energy between the workers is so bad, it made me uncomfortable. My nails came out really sloppy. The nail technician was really sweet so I felt bad but it was not a good job. I will not come back here. read more

Icon is a great spa near the Miracle Mile area. The nail technicians there are so friendly; you're assured to have a great experience. I called in an hour before I walked in to make an appointment, and they were more than happy to accommodate me and a friend. I got a gel French manicure for only $35, which is quite a drastic difference from the surrounding Nail Spas in Miami, charging nearly $50 for a gel manicure + French tips. All the technicians do not give you any less than a perfect finish, and assure that you're a happy customer from start to finish. read more

PLACE DOES NOT FOLLOW ANY COVID PROTOCOLS. I really don't understand how this place has so many good reviews - this place was not maintained, the staff was just rude and the nails were just ok. One of the nail technicians was not wearing a mask and my technitian took her mask off multiple times to use her phone. For my manicure, they wanted me to sit next to another guest and the technician without a mask. I kindly asked to go to another chair (the place was empty and they wanted me next to the only people in the place). As a pregnant woman, I am taking covid precautions (and I shouldn't have to explain myself) and it's sad that this place isn't. The nail technician then decided to start saying "she doesn't want to sit next to anyone" and "she's one of those". I will definitely not be coming back here. read more

I drove 30 minutes to try this place out based on reviews & my inability to find a nail salon with decent pricing yet offers a quality dip powder manicure. The salon itself is smaller & clean, but 5 stars just for Melissa!! Not only is she knowledgeable and honest, but so sweet & provided the best service I have had in a long time. They are the perfect color, perfect shape & thin. My nails haven't looked this good since I moved from NYC months ago!! Definitely found my new manicurist, highly recommend! read more

My previous technician unfortunately moved so the need arose to find a new place. I found Miami Brow Bar on Instagram and saw she did a nice job. In discussing my situation with them, I was clear and provided the areas that needed repair and adjustments before making any appointment. They assured me that they could and would work with me. Although nervous, I decided to go ahead with the procedure. Once finished, Manuela, appeared nervous. She did a darker color than my actual hair color. She told me to wait until the retouch to adjust the color and shape. During the retouch it became clear she lacked experience and care. She made them worse. Since then I have sought different opinions on the work and all have returned the same verdict. "They ripped you off because the job is not correct " I hope this helps others not become victims of this incompetence and find another place.

I recently relocated here and was having a hard time finding someone that offered "healthy nails" or the powder dip nails (they just seem to hold up better for me personally). I originally reached out to this salon through email and received an immediate response that was kind and inviting. I was able to schedule quickly and was not disappointed!! Melissa is a rock star when it comes to nails (this is not an exaggeration) not only do my nails look great, they hold up beautifully!! The place is brand new so it's spotlessly clean. Every customer gets a brand new disposable file, buffer and callous kit for each mani / pedi, very sanitary. They have tons of nail color options to chose from, plus they do facials and waxing. They offer different types of mani / pedis - not just regular - in case you want to upgrade and treat yourself. I have been coming to Eva for years for my acrylics and now they finally got their own salon! Her and her husband are both amazing at acrylics. If you want more simple and natural acrylics go for Eva and if you like designs then go for Tony. The salon is very clean and everything is brand new since they just opened a few months ago so you really can't go wrong. The salon is a little bit hidden but it is in Coral Gables which is a great area. As far as the prices, it is very affordable compared to some other salons in this area. My acrylic refill was only $20 because they are offering 20% off right now for their opening. I am so picky about my nails but Eva gets me right every time :) read more

This is my favorite place to get my nails done! I stumbled in here a couple months ago by accident, and been I've coming back ever since. This place is super clean and very aesthetically pleasing. I'm a germaphobe due to my health, and I was extremely grateful that they even open fresh kits per client in front of them. They're prices are definitely worth it for the great service you receive. My nails are always done with so much care and attention to detail. Ever since I discovered this place I learned about the Dip (or Dipping Powder) manicure, and I have fallen in Love! I've been in Miami for a little under two years and haven't been happy with any nail salons until I came to Icon Nails and Eva did my nails with the SNS dip. She did such an incredible job, I could tell she really knew what she doing. This is the first time my nails haven't been ruined a few days after a gel or dip manicure and I can tell these are going to last for the full 2 - 3 weeks. I will be back again and again!!! The pricing was very fair, definitely cheaper than the Brickell area (which is where I live). Absolutely amazing! Icon has a big menu full of different types of manicures and pedicures. The prices can get fairly high, but you can always opt for the basic or cheaper. I got the lavender pedicure and the regular french manicure and both were amazing! They took their time and didn't rush at all! My french manicure lasted for over a week and a half and my pedicure was the best I've ever had! Everyone is very nice and cares about your experience, they even provide beverages. Better than any nail salon I've ever been to in Coral Gables and Miami for the prices and service. Definitely found my go to nail salon!!!!! read more

Drove by this place and decided to give it a try. I loved the set up inside and everything was nice, along with the staff. I did not have an appointment and was able to walk in to get my nails done however they usually prefer if you call to schedule an appointment. They were very detailed and careful with my nails and loved how they came out! I've been seeing the owners Eva and Tony for years. They are very particular and detail oriented. I can do my own nails so for me to pay for a nail technician is difficult. Miami doesn't have very good nail salons and I highly recommend this salon. Not only do they do a good job but they actually care about their customers. I was able to walk-in and get a gel mani and pedi for $80. The lady who did my nails was wonderful. She cut my nails short like I wanted and got me in and out in a little over an hour. The atmosphere was cool, all ladies stayed busy. Glad they were able to get me done before my vacation really started.
