First, they accept walk-ins!! Second, my mom has dementia and has difficulty staying still. They were very helpful in assisting her so she could have a pleasant experience in getting a gel manicure and gel pedicure. The outcome was amazing and my mom was ecstatic. My daughter also got these awesome designs for valentines. I highly recommend this place! I wasn't able to get my nails done before I left home for vacation but found this place not far from the hotel I stayed at and I'm glad I did. I was able to walk-in and get a gel mani and pedi for $80. The lady who did my nails was wonderful. She cut my nails short like I wanted and got me in and out in a little over an hour. The atmosphere was cool, all ladies stayed busy. Glad they were able to get me done before my vacation really started. read more

I am here on vacation and needed a pedicure and full set. Arrived and was helped very quickly. The male did my full set, I noticed he worked really fast and the design on the nail was pretty. However, they lasted all about one day. The next day the nails started lifting and I payed $75 plus $25 tip. See pictures below. I also asked for a pedicure which the lady was rude and couldn't file my toes even and not to mention the French nail design was awful and I would have rather not said anything after the first two times I told her it was crooked, I just gave up and said it was fine. $45 plus a $10 tip. Every single nail started lifting after only FIVE days. Went back and asked them to fix it, first they agreed then the manager came and told me they will fix it but charge me a "fill". Blamed me for not "taking care of my nails" and said it had NOTHING to do with how the nails were prepped or the work of the nail tech. Didn't go in there demanding for anything just asked to get them fixed and got blamed for the nails lifting. Won't recommend to anybody, they're very unsanitary (the tech that did my nails used the same file that she used to shape my nails for her toe nails) Waste of time and money read more

Made an appointment for a Wednesday at 5:30. Arrived around 5:20 and waited around 10 minutes after my appointment time before getting called back to the chair. Not bad considering it was very busy and sometimes you never know when previous appointments may run longer than expected. As she (Hue) was doing my nails, the lifting from my previous set was just so much that I decided to start fresh. That said, she removed my old set and got me right with a new set. We worked through a design I found online and she was very accommodating and professional. I tried stiletto nails for the first time and she did a great job! I got a pedicure as well which was good. I'm throughly impressed and this nail salon and from this day forward it will be my nail place. Fantastic job. Knew the last few places I've been haven't even moved the cuticles much less removed them! My guy had a lot of clean up work to do and he just did it and took care of it. I LOVE THAT! Thank you so much Lai, you're the best. Went back today and Lai was not there. I got another guy. He was super fast but not in a good way; he pushed back the cuticles hard but not effectively and had to use the nippers a lot which turned into a cut on a finger and also a toe... if you have the right cuticle remover tool and use it properly then you don't have to use the nippers much, if at all. No massage for the manicure and I asked for shiny buff on finger nails...he had a buffer block but not sure he knew which sides to use, no shine whatsoever in my nails. The manger brought my bill down from $54 to $49, taking off the buff since he looked at my nails and agreed there is no shine. Not sure if I will return, will call first and see if Lai is there and make an appointment. Good luck, it's a box of chocolates. read more

Highly recommend this nail shop. They did a great job and were reasonably priced. Definitely make an appointment before you arrive as they have been very busy lately. The Cuban lady who did my toes was great and super friendly. We had a great conversation and she did an awesome job on my pedi. I recommend Phuong for your hands. She's meticulous but quick. The establishment offers soda, water and juice but you have to ask for it. I took off a star for a couple of reasons. We were late for our appointment by about 11 minutes and didn't call (def on us) but here they give up your appointment after 5 mins. I didn't know that so we had to wait an extra 30 minutes to be seen. Also, their waiting area was supppeerrr small and with COVID there was no way to social distance but if you stepped outside, you lost your appointment. I love this place and I will come back! My dip nails are so pretty! PSA will all the racist comments and the "oriental" remarks, yes these women do not speak perfect spanish, but they try. I don't even speak spanish, and it's so hard to find a place where I feel comfortable and this is the only place where I don't feel judged. I feel extremely comfortable here in this salon as an Asian-American woman who now lives in Miami. At other salons, I feel like Spanish women are so quick to judge when you don't speak Spanish. Um...hello, we're in Miami, in the U.S., where people mostly use English as a common language. The women in this salon are excellent at customer service and convey pricing / options / services very well. I will be coming back here to support this business and recommending all my friends here! I really don't like leaving negative reviews but I like to speak up when something just isn't right. First off, I'm from LA and am in town temporarily, actually leave tomorrow. I needed to get my nails done and this place was the closest to my hotel. Plus, my classmates recommended it also. I got there and everything was fine. The lady who did my pedi, was very sweet and nice (didn't get her name). Once done there, they sent me to seat 5, to get my nails done. The girl, her name is Hue, didn't even say hi or anything at all. I said "how's your day?" and nothing!! Mind you, I had a super long day and was already so tired but even then I'm still nice and polite. I asked her nicely to please use a darker shade of powder for my acrylics and her attitude worsened smh ... She began to do the nails, when filing my nails, she hurt me pretty bad and I said "ouch", this GIRL had the nerve to look up at me and rolled her eyes as if I was being a crybaby over nothing!!!! I STILL kept quiet and continued on. When she was "done", I had two fingers with the cuticles fully sticking out because she never cut them. I asked her nicely if she could remove and AGAIN, got an attitude and said I had to get a manicure for that!!!! what in the world?!?! Seriously, why be in customer service if you're going to be rude?!?! If you had a bad day, do NOT take it out on your customer, it's not okay. On top of that, she did such a mediocre job smh.. I had recently added a review about how they take forever to assist their guests WITH APPOINTMENTS. I had to wait 3+ hours when I had made an appointment and wrote a review with which was replied by saying "iF yOu dOnT wAnT to WaIt MaKe aN aPpoInTmEnT" WHICH I DID!!!! Manager is super unprofessional when answering reviews. Don't go here, absolutely not. They will argue with you over prices which are RIDICULOUS. $60 for plain manicure, NO ACRYLICS. There are so many small business and nicer citizens that actually care about their guests and not just the money. Remember that nails are a part of you, your body, and they use the same tools in every one of their customers. I will be reporting them. BEWARE OF FUNGI they do not sanitize tools I kept asking the Pedicurist to spray my toes with Alcohol and then to remove callus they use a hand held cake mixer with a rough edge!!! Wtf. The lady next to me had two fungus on nails and they still use all unsanitary tools plus polish on her! WHY?! why would one be so unsanitary. I hope I don't get anything. I have been going here for over a year and I absolutely love it. I always go to the same person Lin because she does amazing work. I have very sensitive skin and I bleed really easily but I've never bled once here. Lin does very delicate work, and works with me. I'm extremely overweight so it's hard for me to get my feet done just anywhere, Lin has never made me feel awkward or uncomfortable unlike the other people I've gone to before. Tonight she really outdid herself and that is why im writing this post. I'm getting married this Friday and I was trying to find somewhere that specialized in wedding designs. Finding nowhere I gave up and called Lin. With them closing in an hour I thought it was unlikely she would see me but I had to ask and to my surprise she said yes so I rushed over as fast as i could and she and one of the guys went to work on me at the same time. I ask for this gel color she informs me they don't have it, i suggest another color they don't have that one either she offers the color next to it and i just went with it. she was applying it on my pinky (ONE FINGER) and i decided i didnt like the way it looked on me. so she rolls hers eyes, shakes her head in annoyance so i ask to see the booklet she says just go pick a color on that wall so i go check and i pick a color that i'm not all the way happy with bc you cant really tell the color shade when it's in the gel packaging so i ask to see the booklet because i already had another back up color in mind, she finally complies so i ask can i just get that color and she's says "no it's too light" mind you while this is all going on she's talking to the lady next to her in their language and i know it pertained to me bc she's looking over and she just keeps sighing and making faces, on top of that she goes over to the lady doing my friend nails and is speaking with her. i just don't understand why she's so annoyed when i am PAYING her for a service so why would i stay with something i wasn't happy with? maybe if they were better prepared we wouldn't have to go through this in the first place! 1/10 bc that's chicks need to fix her stank ass attitude! read more

This was the worst pedicure experience ever. The yelp notes by appointment only. But they not only accept walk ins, they give no preference to appointments. I had to wait 20 min to be seated- after the appointment. They never asked what kind of pedicure I wanted and refused to let me upgrade. They had no idea how to do paraffin. I went with my friend. She got a mani pedi and I got a full set acrylic. My friends mani pedi came out perfect. I came out looking like I had chiclets in my nails. The lady that did my nails must have been related to sonic the hedgehog. She cut my cuticles and barely painted my nails. I wasn't happy with them so I asked her to reshape them and she got upset because I didn't say anything earlier. I barely had time to process what they looked like. I asked for them to be thinner and the was no shape then the guy next to her jumped in. To top it off their price for full set does not include "mani" they charged $32 for nails I was unhappy with.
