Parking was a bit difficult as the parking spots are all "reserved" with a shop number and theirs must've all been taken cause I couldn't find one... so I confess I parked anywhere in frustration and then rushed inside and asked where to park (my appointment time was due) and they said I was fine where I was (the other business (#8) opens later, thank goodness!) so I left it there. But the service: spotless! They were so welcoming and friendly! Gabi looked after my nails with such care! She was a joy to be with. The salon itself looked very elegant and well decorated. The atmosphere was light and very relaxing- the background music was modern, but toned down in a fun way so that my time there was a real relaxing beauty routine me-time, and I left happy! This time I only had a regular mani-pedi done. The detail with which my pedicure was carried out was very detailed. I needed that detail! lol- But seriously: best nail experience in a while! I really needed this today. After an incredibly stressful week at work, I chose to take the time to visit Jade Nail Studio for a little self-care. I booked the lavender Deluxe pedicure with Ana Marisela. She was kind, friendly, and gave me the most relaxing pedicure I've ever had. She wasn't rushing through the process, which I really appreciated. By the time she was done, I was ready for a nap. I've been home for an hour and feel like I'm about to pass out (I just might after publishing this). The whole space is very inviting and relaxing. The pedicure stations have these comfortable wingback chairs with cushions at your back in case you want to be propped up a bit more with a side table in between each chair. I had bookmarked JNS for about 2 years after seeing them on social media and I'm so glad I had a positive experience. read more

All stations are prepped for the next customer. They provide beverages as well. Definitely coming back again! Side note : The only thing I would recommend to the owner is to update the phone number on google when you search the salon. The phone number it is currently linked to, keeps declining and sending you to voicemail without redirecting your call. If it wasn't for the salon calling me after, I would've never figured out their phone number to call for an appointment. And the prices on the website are not accurate. I had the worse service ever at this place!! afer a dip powder manicure almost four weeks later at the time to remove it,and have my new service, my nails got FUNGUS, in my left hand all nails are affected.first I contact them through Instagram and just was ignored! than I called the place and spoke directly with the owner, who verified my appoinment and just asked what was the name of the lady that provided me the service, and told me, that she will get back to me with an answer or solution, NEITHER NOR I HAVE RECEIVED UNTIL TODAY AN ANSWER FROM THEM!!! Even the prices are ridiculously expensive, you can notice they don't have good sterelization process for the nail's utensils. I came here to do my nails 2 days ago. I got the dip powder done which is what I always get because my nails never last with regular polish and unfortunately I'm allergic to gel. My today all my nails have popped off. I am externally disappointed at the fact that my nails only lasted 2 days. I've had my glue on nails from Walgreens last me longer(usually 4 days). With the amount of money I spent on my nails, they should have lasted me 2 weeks which is what dip nails usually last on me. I am disappointed at the fact that I spent my hard earned money on this service. I rather them not offer this service as it is a waste of money. read more

Not a very good first impression. I went in for a simple upper lip and chin wax during my lunch hour since they are so close to my job. Well, they forgot to heat up the wax prior to my appt. It was hard as a rock. I had to wait about 15 min or so for the wax to be ready. I asked lady if they have another wax container that was warm and ready but she said no. They only have one wax container and it wasn't ready. Once she was done, I wasn't very happy with the results. They apologized for the delay but I won't be back. read more

Time to pay and it's $80 cause of the tips. I paid cause whatever what can I do about it, my nails already done cant rip em off. They shouldve told me before upcharging me, but it gets worst. My nails all popped off and broke before the week was even over!! Do not go there for dip, that is clearly not the specialty. I really like this salon. First they do the important thing, sanitation, right. I Especially like that they have bowls for pedicures (not sos chairs) which definitely shoes they understand sanitation. They also use top brands and high quality products (not refilling with generic lotions etc.) I've done my services with 2 different techs Rosse and Yaneth and both have done a great job. As a former salon owner, I am quite particular and atuned to the operations of a nail salon and I was traveling quite a distance to another salon that I enjoyed very much in East Kendall. But I tried this one day because I was short on time and it is close to my work, an now I have made this my new regular spot. I've been a client here for about 4 months now. The good: Everyone is super friendly and nice, the last time I got a gel mani, was done by Yenima, she was the best, gentle on my cuticles and the mani lasted me almost 4 weeks, definitely going back to her. In addition one time my gel manicure was falling off the second day, I went back and they fixed my nails. Great customer service. The constructive criticism: I've been cut a total of three times on my cuticles by other nail techs, I know it happens sometimes but IMO it's better to leave a bit of cuticle than to cut the skin. Also when they cut me, I had to ask the nail tech to apply the green antibacterial drops. Another thing is that they offer the Zoya (non-toxic) regular nail polish, which is great when I want a break from gel, however they don't use the Zoya base coat or top coat?! They use OPI and Orly; Which I find contradicting because the point of choosing a clean brand is to avoid the toxic chemicals found in every other nail polish. That being said, overall they're a good place with reasonable prices. read more

Found this place on Facebook and booked the special pedicure with free manicure. Was very impressed with the salon. Very clean, with beautiful decor. Felt very fancy without the fancy price tag. My nail tech Yudy was awesome. I ended up going with a gel manicure (French) and it looks amazing. My feet were in heaven.. nails looking pretty, feet feeling pampered. Super friendly staff, checked temperatures and kindly asked us to wash hands even before we were seated. Made me feel extremely comfortable how clean this place was. Will definitely return. I'll start off by saying 5 stars for the locations ambience, it's very cute and spacious. However I must be honest and rate it 2 stars because I arrived at 5:30 and left at 8:30 did a classic pedicure 25$ and a fresh nexgen dip set which was $15 because your first time the manicure is free so they up charge the difference. Once I was paying I ended up paying 50$ because they charge 5$ each tip and I had to get two nails fixed and when I asked " wow each tip? " ... the Peruvian owner response was very sassy like " mmmmm yeaaa, each nail is a different " in Spanish without even looking in my eyes which I found super unprofessional. Wish They would've said that. Typically places charge 5 or 10 for all 10 fingers !! this place is each a NAIL 5$ And when the nail tech was talking to me Personally , she felt the urge to interrupt and clarify her statement to the nail tech " oh each nail is 5$ and it has to be charged " Not only did they seal the top goat with gel they also put it under the UV light which defeats the purpose of doing dip? Anyways I would've love to visit this place again . The nail tech was so sweet. But one of the "tips" cracked and my thumb the gel coat started to come off ?
