Found Jenny on Yelp and needed to squeeze an appointment in before my vacation. Reached oit to her and she quickly responded. I went here based off other's reviews and I'm glad I did! By far, the best waxing experience I've had. Jen is very warm and professional. I did a full brazilian and underams. I found Jenny on Groupon a while ago and was nervous about going but I had just moved here and she had great reviews. First, let me say that her prices are comparable to other companies offering the same services in the area but with Jenny, you aren't just another customer like the "chain" wax salons make you feel. Her salon is very clean and hygienic... super important! Jenny made me feel super comfortable and after my first visit, I felt like I had just spent time chatting with a friend! She gets to know her clients well. She knows what she is doing and she gets you in and out in what seems like no time at all with very little pain! I also like that she has an online booking service because my schedule is wacky and I don't like to book appointments in advance so whenever I'm ready to go, I can check her site and see what she has available and book it right away. I drive 30 minutes just to go to Jenny because I refuse to get waxed by anyone else! read more

Let me tell you I'm not new to the Brazilian waxing but Jenny is a whole other level ! Wow it didn't even really hurt and my skin isn't swollen or red like at the other place I went to . Today was my first experience with Jenny and it's definitely not going to be my last:) I am 9 months pregnant and wanted to get Brazilian Wax prior me having the baby .. all I can say that Jenny is very kind, nice, gentle and got an excellent customer service. For me as a Customer is not that easy to feel comfortable with any person giving me Brazilian Wax, but Jenny nailed it ( I am waxing for over 15 years). I finally decided to have my first ever wax and went for a Full Brazilian. I was so scared but as all the reviews before me Jenny is FANTASTIC! Those reviews are real deala, she did talk me over everything making me feel calm and explain all that will happen and what to expect. And just as she said I came out alive and love it. It hurts but is just for a few minutes then it calms. I was so happy that next day at work told all my girlfriends about her. She is now my only person I trust. read more

After working in a salon for 6 years and being underpaid and feeling unappreciated I decided that I wanted to grow more professionally. My guests would always suggest that I should go out on my own. Well after building up the courage I finally became my own boss. I am very big on customer service. I love and appreciate my guests. I am forever grateful for each and every one of them.

I am the proud owner of Waxtopia I attended Florida College of Natural Health and received my full specialist license in 2009. I worked as a wax specialist for 6 years. The main reason for me starting this business is my two wonderful children. I want them to learn that they can make their dreams come true if they just work hard for it. I love what I do. To me it's not a job. I pride myself on making people feel like the wonderful individuals that they are. Getting rid of people's unwanted hair makes them feel better about themselves. It's an awesome feeling to see how my guests react after the service that I provide.
