Adina was not friendly at all when I came in for my appointment. I noticed she was double dipping the wooden stick into the wax which completely grossed me out! It is incredibly unhygienic!! Along with that, I came in for a brazilian and she seemed extremely rushed and finished the entire appointment in 12 minutes. She was super aggressive and it was probably the most painful brazilian I have ever received. All of my hair was not completely removed either! Would not come back!
