This was not my first experience with Natura. I have always been pleased with Natura. Every esthetician that has worked on me has always asked if the wax is too hot or if I'm uncomfortable, because they are so concerned about your comfort. In addition, the estheticians are perfectionists. They will take the time to tweeze every hair to make sure that it looks just perfect when you leave. I did not get any of their facial services when I went, but I have had a facial with them before and it was one of the best experiences I've had. It was almost like having a massage. The aromatherapy and the different creams they use on your face was just like heaven. The prices at Natura are very competitive. The most economical way to purchase your waxing or facial treatments is to join their clubs or purchase a certain number of treatments in advance. You know that you're going to need them, so why not? The sugar wax doesn't grab the hair well. My upper lip and cheek still had long strands of hair left over! Less yet not what I paid for. Along with that, I came in for a brazilian and she seemed extremely rushed and finished the entire appointment in 12 minutes. She was super aggressive and it was probably the most painful brazilian I have ever received. All of my hair was not completely removed either! Would not come back!
