I recently visited Lash and Nail Spa and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. While I was looking forward to a relaxing appointment, I left feeling disrespected due to an incident that occurred on 3/29. Usually, when I visit, there is a kind lady who offers coffee to customers. On this visit, she was walking around offering coffee to both customers and employees. When she stood next to me and asked, "Mami, do you want coffee?" I said yes. As I reached to take the cup from her hand, a male employee walked behind me, stretched his hand over me, grabbed the cup out of my hand, and drank it. Immediately after, people started laughing, staring at me, and speaking in Spanish. Since I don't speak Spanish, I had no idea what was being said, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. I felt embarrassed and disrespected. The quality of the service itself was great--Denise did an excellent job--but the way I was treated made it difficult to enjoy. Every customer deserves to feel valued, and unfortunately, this experience did not meet that standard. I hope the salon takes customer concerns seriously and works on improving professionalism and respect for all clients. While I see potential in their services, based on this visit, I will not be returning. read more

I had an appointment with Ellie but she was too busy so I had to see someone else. I forgot her name but she put a gel on my nail to lift the gel polish off. She immediately walked away and my feet started pulsing with pain. I had to call someone over to remove the gel. My nails were in pain for a week, pain so bad it was waking me up out of my sleep. Now that I've removed the gel I see every toenail has been severely damage. After speaking to a friend I heard that this happened to her as well at the same place. Another employee asked why are you using that product and her response was shh. read more

I needed to get my nails done before I left town and I decided to stop by Lash and Nail Spa. The place is immaculate. It was bright and airy and the staff were very pleasant. My mani/pedi was done by Mary and I have to say that she was the absolute best. She was very professional and did an amazing job. A lot of nail techs do a half-ass job when doing a pedicure but she took her time. Same with my manicure. It's a week later and my nails and feet still look great. I'm so glad I stopped in because this was the best experience I've had in a nail salon in a while. read more

I don't get my lashes done but I know the girl who does them here does an excellent job because the women who get them done always walk out looking beautiful. I have been going to Jenn for my lashes for years. I am always asked where I get my lashes done. She is always consistent and I always feel like a different person when I leave. She recently opened up this location and added services like nails, blowdries, and eyebrows... which I am completely happy with. It's hard for me to go to various appointments so it definitely helps to get everything done in one place. The shop is clean, nice, friendly staff and it's my stop shop. I won't name names but the person I had not only had me waiting an HOUR after my appointment but didn't even bother to apologize for the inconvenience. Then as I started to ask for my design, which I asked before coming in if able, he tells me I need a different type of nail which is going to be more expensive. Then to top it all off I asked for gel on my toes and he says he doesn't have the time for it... after I waited an hour... Paid $47 for a pedicure that was horrible and didn't even include any type of post lotion massage, hot towel, etc. The technician cut my toe and appeared to not know what she was doing. And they begin to talk negatively about me not knowing I speak and understand Spanish very clearly. I don't even think the woman who did my pedicure had a license. But I digress.
