Once you find a regular nail tech here, it's very smooth sailing! I never have to make an appointment more than a week out. I respect their time and show up a few minutes before my appointments and they never make me wait long. They take cash, card, even Zelle. I've never seen them turn away walk-ins either. I go to jet who has taken care of my nails for years! I've seen the work of other nail techs which all seem great. I came here on a Friday night at 6:30pm because this place is right around the corner from my parents house. I walked up to the place and there was a lady coming out who asked me what I needed. I told her that I wanted a pedicure and a dip manicure. She walked me inside and sat me down at one of the pedicure chairs. Then she told the nail tech that she had to do my nails. I am not sure what happened because I couldn't understand but they went back and forth arguing. I felt really uncomfortable because I could tell that it was because it felt like she did not want to do my nails. Long story short she did my pedicure and then after she finished she realized that I wanted a manicure as well. I guess the other lady had not told her. This is where the torture started. I felt like she wanted to get out of there so she wrapped my nails for ten mins but then was using the tool to scrape off the old gel polish. While this was going on she was still arguing with the other lady. The whole time I felt awkward and uncomfortable, I wanted to leave but I hadn't done my nails in over four weeks and they were rough so I sucked it up. I genuinely liked the way that my nails turned out but I hated that I felt like she didn't want to be there or do them the whole time. I understand that I did walk in at 6:30 on a Friday without an appointment but, if it was a problem then she could have just turned me away at the door. This salon is undergoing new management changes. They've changed out all their massage chairs in their pedicure area. And replaced a lot of the furnishings for the nail area. They also offer brow services. My biggest complaint is with one nail technician in particular. Her name is Nancy. Whatever you do try to avoid her. She cut me 3 times, my nails look like hell and they still charged me the full price ($72.00) for new acrylics, gel nail polish and a regular pedicure. No recompense was offered. I had used this salon regularly prior to Covid. When I returned my nail tech, Giesel, was no longer working there. I'm sure that there are others who work there who are perfectly competent but Nancy is very hard to understand, she didn't know how to do oval shaped nails and just seemed very under educated in nail technology. read more

So, this place used to be good when John was the owner but ever since there's a new owner there, my nail experience has gone downhill. I stopped going for a while because the wait was too long and whoever managing now, gave priority to those who would make them the most money. Today, I said I would try again and what a shame, now I'm definitely not going back. I asked for a mani, my nail tech probably took 15 mins on my nails. I used to always get gel manicure and pedicure but they introduced me to the SNS dip powder which is now what I get done. My nails will last over the 3 week time frame and they always come out looking great!!! I've had so many compliments every time. I visited Asia Nails for the first time today. The receptionist/salon manager is an older gentleman whose American nickname is John. I don't know what his actual Vietnamese name is, but he is SUPER POLITE and was extremely friendly when I called the salon about an appointment. John introduced me to one of his employees. Everyone calls her Nancy, but I don't know her real name, either. Although she has an accent and is a little difficult to understand, she showed me the color samples for gel pedicures. I found a shade that I love. A neutral color that is not too bright. My feet were soaked and scrubbed, the color was applied and dried with a UV light, I was given a foot massage, and the treatment ended with warm towels on my legs. I felt very relaxed when Nancy was finished with me! I plan to go back to her when it's time to change my polish. I highly recommend this salon. read more

Beware of this nail salon and it's unprofessional new owner. Terrible customer service ever since she took over. Can't call in to book an appointment, she screens calls and takes the phone off the hook as if she can afford to lose anymore business. If you have the decency to call and inform them you're running even a minute late she fills your spot. I got a gel mani/pedi & it chipped in less than 24hrs. (Both big toes & my finger & I didn't do anything strenuous). I went back the next day to get it fixed & the lady in the front had a attitude & did not want to fix it. She only fixed 1 out of 2 of my chipped toenails. So I tried the sns today at Asia nails... i am skeptical about these new nail polish types out, they were great... I am extremely picky with my nails, the lady redid a few nails without an issue (because of my pettiness not because it was a bad job) and she wanted to make sure I was a happy client, she was willing to go above and beyond which appreciation of cliental is lacking in our world today, so I appreciated that. Then I had an amazing pedicure, she made sure my heels and everything was perfect compared to salons in the neighborhood that do the basic just to get more people in. The only issue is timing here. I waited a bit but they handled me well. I am awful at making appointments because my schedule is all over the place, if you can make an appointment, I highly recommended it. They have a wonderful homey feeling here, everyone is chatting with each other and felt like the old days in a salon... I will be going here regularly. This is a family owned salon that has a natural product that I like better than acrylic or gel nails. It doesn't have nasty odors and feels like your real nails just stronger. The owner suggested pink and he mixed pink and white together to make the perfect color. His son gave me the best pedicure ever. He paid attention to detail and helped me pick a great color. The wife does nails as well as waxing. There are other fancier looking nail salons but it is so nice to show up and be taken right away. They also don't mind staying open late. read more

Stumbled into Asia nails in my quest to find 'my nail place' in Pines. My first impression: needs a bit of a facelift, but they were busy and bustling early in the AM so the service must be great, right? I am glad I stuck around to find out. Even though all of the nail techs were busy buffing and filing, a kind girl (Chloe) greeted me with a smile and asked how I could be helped. I grew curious about the SNS technique as I am traveling soon and would like to not worry about any nails chipping on my journies. All while continuing to provide service to her client, she informed me of the details and let me know they will be with me shortly, then directed me to the array of color choices. Once I was seated in the massage chair, I noticed the big screen TV in the back playing music videos. I was jamming out to some old 90s hits and couldn't help but sing (in an undertone) to the tunes playing on the screen. It was a nice change from the spa like atmosphere most nail salons attempt to create. This was fun and upbeat, made the experience fun and girlier (who knew that was possible?) I had gel on my hands that had to be removed. Usually after a gel removal, my nails look a little scary with funky residue. This was the first time my nails were smooth and felt like, well, a real nail. Amy did my hands, she was very gentle with my nails and cuticle care which I appreciated. Also, the application of my manicure was smooth, even, and not too thick. Very classy and natural looking. Thumbs up to Asia nails! *insert beautifully manicured thumb here* I will be coming back. EDIT: I have now been going to this place for about 6 months. They have done a ton of remodeling and sprucing up (new layout, paint, new pedicure chairs, etc etc). I love everyone there- they're super friendly and actually talk to you as opposed to other places I've been where they just ignore you and talk to each other. Mimi is fantastic! They're one of the only places in Pembroke Pines doing SNS...don't go anywhere else, I've heard horror stories of other places trying to do SNS and failing bad. It seems like a family owned place...it wasn't very relaxing because the girl who was doing my pedicure kept arguing with her brother about family matters and they were cursing and such. But she did a really good job on my pedi. The father did my SNS nails and they came out really good. Last time I got them done elsewhere they were way too thick and he did them perfect and was really nice. If you're looking for a relaxing place I wouldn't suggest it, but if you're looking for a decently priced nail place with good results I would recommend it here. read more

While the tech did a nice job painting my toes she decided to slather them in whatever chemical they use to remove the dead skin on your heels. It started to burn immediately & I told her I was in pain. She put my feet in the foot bath, which helped ease the pain. However, a day later my toes are all scanned up from the burns!! Before I write this review, I want to make it be known that I made sure that I had time to be rational, consults people in the business, and get my facts in order. I do not like to her businesses, but one thing I also do not like as having my money taken for granted, we're being disrespected. I came in here as a walk-in on New Year's Eve, requesting an eyelash extension. After somebody was able to take me at 4 o'clock, I left there within 25 minutes with my extensions completed. During the service, I thought it was weird that Chloe finish the job so quickly, but I never thought anything of it. During the service, I let her know that I was getting the extensions done for annual charity New Year's eve party that my family throws every year. We made some small talk and I told her that I do have an established nail technician, but she let me know that I more than walking to come back if I needed anything else. At about 8:00 PM, four hours after getting extensions done, I noticed that my eyelashes started to fall out. In clusters, I would see eyelashes on my dress, and feel completely embarrassed about the $35 job that I just paid for. Given that it was a holiday I made it a point to contact the nail salon as soon as they open. Today I called the nail salon around 1:00 PM, and was greeted by a very passive aggressive person who claim to be the manager. When I explained the story to her, she told me that I can come in and talk to Chloe but she does not give cash refunds for services. It did not matter to me what was that in the past, and mattered more to me about what was right. I told her that I would be getting off at 4:00 PM, and I will be coming to the salon. I got to the salon at about 4:45 PM and I speak to the manager. The same young lady who I spoke to over the phone greeted me, and I asked to speak to her outside, to avoid ruining the environment for other customers in the store. While I reexplained the story to her outside, her attitude was through this roof, and she was being extremely passive aggressive with her fake smiles. I remained calm and spoke at a low tone being the professional person that I am, not wanting to tarnish my reputation. After about a 20 minute conversation she said that there was nothing that she could do and she would not give me my money back. I told her that a gift certificate would not help me much, given the fact that I do have an established nail technician, Nor would the re-application of those lashes be helpful, considering the event was already over. The ultimate most surprising part of all of this, was when I asked to see the return policy or for them to show me where they had posted it, she told me she does not have it posted. She not only questioned my integrity, concerning why my lashes fell off quicker than they should have, but she also insulted my intelligence. $30 is not a big deal. I have never in my life been disrespected by your business. And felt like I had my money stolen from me. I am not a bad person. I told her to take that gift card and give it to one of her clients that I'm sure will be happy with it, because I will never be back to an establishment that does not make the customer the first priority. I do not wish any bad doing on Chloe. I do wish however that she had the courtesy to come out and at least say hello or apologize to me when she saw I was speaking to her manager. I also do not wish her well on the business or the manager who I spoke to you. I do wish however that they get training on how to run a business and management skills. I will never ever ever be back there, and I have already started the process of filing a small claims and accessing every review site that I possibly can to make sure that they understand that just because it is not precedented, doesn't mean that it will not happen and they should be prepared for it. read more

Asia nails is a great way to treat your self and get your nails done! Very nice and the interior is very clean I would definitely recommend My and Chloe as your first option. Very social and make you feel welcome! But I do recommend getting a gel or acrylic so it could last longer, when I got home I thought it was dry because I let it dry for a Long time but it seemed like it pushed up a bit BUT that is totally natural! They also gave me advice on what to get and what each one did! The price is very reasonable for all the time and effort they put into your nails, Never in a rush!! This place was absolutely amazing. I came in for a mani pedi on Saturday around noon and was serviced immediately. The cost for the mani pedi combo was $34 which is on par with other locales. However, I am in love with the job. My nail technician, Vinnie, was so sweet and kind. She helped me choose a nice neutral color after she saw me struggling to find one. She was so meticulous with my nails as well. I don't think my manicure has ever looked so perfect. It doesn't even look like my nails. The staff was friendly and the locale was a bit cluttered but clean. I definitely would recommend. Ask for Vinnie!! read more
