I was a loyal client of this salon for over five years, and for the past several years John always provided excellent service. Unfortunately, my last experience was completely different. John wasn't available, so I was assigned to a new technician. Without my asking, she cut my natural nails extremely short. When I asked her to add extensions to correct it, she left a visible gap between my natural nail and the extension, which concerned me because moisture could become trapped underneath. She suggested filling the gap from underneath with gel, and at that point I no longer felt comfortable letting her continue. I went to the front desk and offered to pay for the work already done. The manager/owner apologized and told me I didn't have to pay. I left with my nails in terrible condition. Three weeks later, I called to book my usual appointment with John and was shocked to be told that I was no longer welcome at the salon. After more than five years as a loyal customer, I find this response extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I did not refuse to pay; I simply stopped a service that I felt was being done incorrectly. Mistakes can happen. What truly defines a business is how they handle them and how they treat a loyal customer when something goes wrong. read more

I don't write reviews often but I want to warn people before coming here. I came here for a builder gel fill and somehow ended up paying $93 for nails that cracked the next day. The cost of my nails don't match the quality. I got chrome and polka dots and that cost $25 for the design. On their website a builder gel fill is $45 but I somehow got charged $65 for it. I don't mind paying more for nails but the quality is terrible. I have 3 cracked nails already and the shaping is bad. There was no cuticle prep at all and the fill didn't seamlessly merge into my previous gel. Everyone there was nice but the quality of the nail service needs to improve here. Paying $93 for nails that barely lasted me 3 days is a bit ridiculous. read more

I've never left a negative review because of how an employee was treated, but what I witnessed here completely changed my opinion of this salon. I specifically chose my nail tech because she DOESN'T rush. I'm paying for a service, and she takes the time to make sure I genuinely love what I'm paying for. During my appointment, she did a completely new nail set with a design, removed and redid my gel pedicure, AND did my boyfriend's manicure. While she was doing my pedicure, her manager called her questioning why she had spent 4.5 hours with one client and even told her she had been "watching her through the cameras." I understand management has access to salon cameras, but hearing it used that way during the conversation felt incredibly uncomfortable and overly intrusive. As the actual paying customer, I had ZERO issue with how long my services took. It honestly felt like management cared more about getting clients in and out quickly and collecting payment than whether we were happy with the quality of the service. I'd much rather spend 4.5 hours and leave loving what I paid for than be rushed out the door. Good nail techs build loyal clients because of the quality of their work. Pressuring them to prioritize speed over their clients is exactly how you lose both. read more

What i wanted vs what i got.. literally horrible. Last time i went to this salon i got a good service but this time obviously not. So bad that i had to get them fixed the next day because i was so embarrassed, the salon is also empty and the nail tech is confusing and doesnt listen to what i want. My mom went to get a pedicure and also received bad service. Dont come to this place. read more

Very hostile environment for a nail salon. The manager specifically. When I come to a nail salon I want to be relaxed but this place was dirty and uncomfortable. read more

I want to start by saying I rarely write negative Yelp reviews, but I felt like I needed to warn others about this experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming. The place was completely empty on a Friday morning, which already felt a bit odd, but it quickly became clear why. The staff (including the owner, Zurina via phone) were very dismissive, making me feel like I was inconveniencing them just by being there. The front desk staff were incredibly condescending and spoke to me in a way that felt disrespectful and unnecessary. I've honestly never been spoken to like that in a customer service setting. To make matters worse, I had booked my services in advance and received a confirmation. However, when I arrived, the desk staff insisted that I had booked a different service -- even though I had proof of my confirmation. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, they doubled down and made me feel like it was somehow my fault despite having had confirmation on my phone which I showed to them. Customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately, this place completely missed the mark. I left feeling frustrated and uncomfortable, which is the exact opposite of how you should feel after a salon visit. In fact, I asked them to cancel my services altogether instead of proceeding, solely because of how poorly I was treated. TLDR: I would not recommend this salon to anyone looking for a relaxing or respectful experience. read more

For two weeks, I logged over 12K steps everyday during our European vacation. I returned home with calluses. My feet needed some TLC. The music was soft and cheerful at Posh. The reception was friendly and pleasant. Paulina greeted me with a lovely smile. She started my service immediately. This was a restful, pleasant service. I enjoyed my service where II didn't feel rushed at all. Paulina was careful and attentive. She instinctively applied callous removers to the areas in need. She practiced sanitation during my service. I left with a new set of feet. They are soft and moisturized. Thanks so much to Paulina and Posh team. read more

Amazing experience! Anita did such an amazing job on my nails and pedicure -- she was gentle, detailed, and so sweet the entire time. The salon was clean, relaxing, and everyone was friendly. I've been coming here for the past 2 years. My nail girl is Anita and I absolutely love her. Her work and service is impeccable and won't go anywhere else because of that. All the other techs they have at this location do really nice work as well. This specific location has new owners and they aren't really that friendly. The previous owners Ben & Na, made you feel like family and that was always a nice touch. read more

Stefania!! She is the absolute greatest nail tech I've ever had. I live in Florida part time and I look forward to coming back to Florida just to have my nails done by her. Ive been a loyal customer and have always been happy with this place but today the quality and services were not right. I had to come home to fix my nails after my visit and leave before she started painting. The pictures you see below is when she was about to start painting: with asymmetric and different length nails. Also, I told the nail technician my nails are thin and she still wouldn't stop buffing. The manager came and told me they had no time for me to get tips to fix the shape my nail technician made, and no discount or sorry or nothing. I had to pay the full amount, this was an important weekend for me. Make sure to have a nail technician recommended to you unless you want to pay full price for a bad job. read more

This was my first time here and I got a gel manicure done by Raquel. I had them done on Monday night and by Wednesday I had 2 tiny chips on 2 nails. Today is Saturday and I have a full on chip. I have not done anything unordinary with my hands and usually gels will last me 2 weeks before chipping. Clearly she did not do it well or something was wrong with the polish or the machine to set it. I paid for a gel manicure and it only lasted like regular polish. read more

My go to nail spot! This place is so clean and beautiful, Na is the absolute best nail artist and I will forever go back to her for all my nail and art needs! They have a variety of services and just about any color and can do almost any design you can think of. Not to mention great service every time. I highly recommend doing the dip nails. I can't express how good Na is at everythinggg! She does amazing nail art and is a specialist of unique and beautiful work. I showed her a picture of my dress once and she came up with a one of a kind design inspired by the print. I always leave posh extremely happy and get tons of compliments on my nails! I have been going to this salon for years and it's now under new ownership. The NEW OWNER Mark is rude condending and unappreciative of loyal patronage! He has zero respect for women! This salon was the best before the new ownership. My parents take me here every time I visit for a manicure and pedicure and when we went today the new owner Mark was unbelievably rude to my mom who only asked for a price check on a service she has gotten every week for the last 6 years. Some way to treat a loyal customer right after they spent $300. What an asshole - avoid the new salon and visit one of the other Posh locations owned by Ben and Na instead!! read more

I went to get a pedicure and dip with tips and i showed the lady the picture of what i wanted and she immediately said that she knew how to do it. what i wanted was the Hailey Bieber pearl nails which have chrome but still have a natural finish. The lady that was doing my nails made my nails very uneven, one are longer than the others and they look very crooked. The design is nothing to what i wanted. She put too much of the chrome powder, so it just looks like white nails with glitter on them. The lady was really nice but i think it was just that she either didn't really know what she was doing because she had never done the chrome nails before or she didn't understand what i wanted. read more

So I went to this salon because it was my day off and I had done a ton of research in the area and knew they had some good nail techs. I was immediately greeted, since I had no appointment I was aware there might be a wait as I showed up without calling. The girl at the front desk, super sweet might I add, told me to pick a color and within 5 minutes I was already getting my pedicure. The tech Alex was beyond amazing, cleaned my feet perfectly, cut and shape were amazing and the color application was spotless, the same goes for my nails! I had recently ripped off my previous gel nail polish and she seriously brought my little nails back to life. I highly recommend this place, everyone is amazing that I interacted with. Also they give you the option to send the girls their tip whether it be cash, venmo, zelle or cashapp! All around great experience for a simple walk in read more

I'm so glad Posh has come to Weston. I don't often get my nails done, but when I do, I get nervous. Just because I'm one that notices ALL of the details - if something is off, I will see it. This is my second time with Helen and I will keep returning to her. She is so sweet, remembers the small details (like when my partner and I were riding bikes in the area and we passed each other), files a great shape, and really just pays attention to the small things that make for a great experience. The lounge is elegantly lit, very clean, you get text reminders to confirm your appointment, music videos for some entertainment, and there is a tremendous amount of colors available.
