I decided to pamper myself and scheduled a facial which was an easy process online. You can select the service you'd like and the person you'd like to schedule it with. Since I had never been here before I just picked a time that was convenient for me and got Mika. You have to prepay for your service, but can opt to pay a 50% deposit and then the remainder after your service. When I walked in, I was greeted by Aida who introduced herself and told me that she was the owner. I had the Signature Facial which included a décolleté and arm massage. Mika explained what she was doing as she did the facial and asked how I took care of my face and gave some suggestions. She also massaged my neck and upper shoulders using her hands/knuckles. Wow did that feel great! My face felt tingly and very clean after my facial. She also applied some hyaluronic lip gloss to my lips when she was done. My lips are normally dry and I'm constantly putting on Chapstick. The lip gloss lasted for about 2 hours! It was so relaxing that I wanted to go home and take a nap after, lol. Hi you have to wonder who really writes these reviews, free marketing/Advertising. I booked facial for $80 dollars but i was called prior to to appointment The Owner told me for $14 dollars more I would get a hand and shoulder massage and access to body wrap towel. I found this to be strange I had facials before and never as to pay more money, massage of shoulders& arms always been included with facial service. I walked into the store it was a 18 year girl who was the person who was scheduled to do my facial. I given a polyester wrap with buttons not towel wrap. There was modern jazz playing out of speaker which was next to my ear. Relaxing environment -not, The young lady conducted an interview about my skin during the entire facial appt. The questions should of been asked prior to appt or after the appt. It was not relaxing at all. the massage was terrible too. dry cream was used and not oil like most places use. I was never asked if i was comfortable or need something , the chair was very uncomfortable. I felt it was important to share my experience. There is a reason why zen music is played at facials/Massage Businesses, environment and experience should be a relaxing one for the customers. I do not recommend this place. This is a true review ! Let me just start off by saying, phenomenal!! I just had my first facial with Aida done today and I already booked my next one. I felt a sense of peace and serenity in her office the entire time.
