Super happy with my lash lift! Second time doing it and both have been done with Ella. She is sweet and good at what she does. It takes about 40-45 mins to get done. Doesn't hurt, and last a long time (for me about 8 weeks). Love it! I waited to write this review because I wanted to make sure my lashes didn't fall out or I had an allergic reaction. I came here for the first time today after getting canceled last minute by my regular brow girl for the umpteenth time. I took a chance because they had good reviews on Yelp and I'm glad I did! They were supper accommodating to finding me a time that worked today. I had an appointment at 3:30 and was seen immediately and Ella did a great job on my brows. I'm very picky about them and have been so scared to let anyone else touch them because my last girl was so good. I've put up with bad behavior, canceled appointments, long wait times etc only to find Ella actually did a better job for a better price ! Crazy! When it's comes to pampering myself, truth to be told, my nails can be looking absolutely crazy but my eyebrows and upper lip are a MUST! During COVID-19 I let my eyebrows get absolutely crazy! The thought of myself doing my eyebrows at home and not Dani just made me anxious so I just them go. Which was terrifying lol. When things started to slowly open up, I can't tell you how happy I was when I called and they said that Dani was back at work. I've been getting my eyebrows done with Dani for over two years now and I don't lie when I tell you she has the hands of an angel. I'm not going to lie, threading can hurt, but Dani is just so gentle. I love our conversations when I'm there. It's like catching up with a girlfriend. She's just an overall great person who's great at what she does. The salon itself is taking every necessary precaution during this time. Taking only appointments and no walk-ins at this time and having designated areas for sitting that are spaced out to follow social distance both while waiting and while getting your brows done. Disappointed. I had an appointment, arrived 5 minutes early to my appointment. I signed in and confirmed my time with the receptionist only to have her sign in someone that arrived after me before me. Ella was working on someone so naturally it went past my time to then have to wait on the person that arrived after me plus someone else who walked in. I approached and said I was leaving and the receptionist says I was next! No, I was supposed to be next two people ago. You shouldn't bypass people just because not proper business etiquette. I went here last week with my friend who had an appointment & I wanted to do my brows too but they seemed so busy I didn't want to ask. The Front receptionist and I began talking after a while and I mentioned how I would've got mine done & she stopped me mid sentence exclaiming that she has someone who could take me right now. Of course I took her up on the offer and ended getting my brows tinted and cleaned up. The brow artist I had (sadly I don't remember her name) was so sweet and listened to exactly what I wanted instead of doing whatever she thought I needed. Needless to say, my brows came out amazing. I've gotten compliment after compliment because she did a really great job of making them look natural. She also gave me tips on maintaining them and what to use to help them grow in the places I have slight gaps. Another thing I noticed while I was sitting there waiting for my friend is that the brow artist wouldn't take her next appointment if let's say she was waiting 10 minutes for the tint to set on her 1st appointment. This is something I've experienced all the time and really dislike at salons because then you're stuck waiting till they're done with a person that came after you. So I really like the fact that they gave their full attention to you and your appointment. I will honestly being going back here for the simple fact that they overall provide a great service. I decided to give this place a try after a friend's referral. The eyebrow location does threading and they do a really good job at it. The staff members seem to be really trained at this practice. They can work on the fly or you can tell them how thin or thick you'd like them to be shaped. I'm sure they have other services as well including eyebrow tenting. This location is mainly appointments only, that'll help you get in and out faster. However they do accept walk-ins. read more
