Please just stick to brows!…read more I got my lashes done, I paid for lash lift & tone, the lift was honestly a 5/10, a lot of lashes weren't even correctly adjusted and she didn't even tone them after I asked if she did & she said she did. I personally love this place for eyebrows, second year coming here but honestly would not recommend for lashes. It felt like a rush job. Felt chemicals in my eyes and I already know the placement was odd considering i've had my lashes done a few times by real professionals and this felt nothing like it. I over paid for lashes that didn't fully work out so now I have to pay someone else to fix them. Would not recommend for lashes at all. Stick to the name! Unfortunately threading left me with a few cuts, honestly not looking forward to coming again unless its my last choice.

I wanted a cool toned final effect. Daria was extremely honest with me and explained we would need to tone my double toned lips first with a more orange-y shade to neutralize the color. We could then do touch up with a tone of my choice. I followed her plan and ended up with exactly what I wanted. Each step worked out exactly as she had predicted. I loved the result so much that went back in for another touch up after one year, mostly to go for a brighter color and am again very happy with how the color is settling down now. Daria is very sweet, very skilled. The pain was minimal for me during the procedure and she checks in often to see how you're doing. She suggested a more natural look and length since this was my first set of lashes. The process was very relaxing and I was amazed when I was done. Took about 2 hours for the full set! She explained how to take care of them, and the refill process. I can't believe that I waited so long to try this, but I'm so delighted that I did! Do not book here. Does not exist!!! For my gender reveal party I was excited to do my lashes. This place is next to my house. Work looked great. How exciting. I made an appt for 9am today and to my surprise, no one was at the location. The location opened at 10am. I was like - ok I'll wait. I waited an hour. And turns out, the people in the location was a different spa place that doesn't do lashes. They said that I'm not the first but that this place is no longer open. No mention of that in this Yelp page. No mention of that in Instagram. Oh and you can still book an appointment online which requests for a deposit. What a sham and how unprofessional. Even if they open up in the future I will not be a customer due to the unprofessionalism. I even texted and called the lady and the voice machine acts as if they are still operating. The worst.

My experience with Kim Aralar was more than just pleasant! I was initially nervous and anxious…read moreabout the whole process since this was a new experience to me. However, Kim is a great listener and she answered every one of my questions. What I appreciate about her service is that she's methodical, organized, and meticulous - from beginning to end! When addressing my eyebrows, Kim made every effort to ensure that the final look was what I wanted. To be honest, all I told her was I wanted nice brows haha. But Kim went above and beyond! She talked me through every step of the drawing/draft process. She had a reason for every little thing she did, and I didn't realize that the small details made such a big difference! For example, I unfortunately have droopy/sad shaped eyes. Kim explained how the shape of my eyebrows can help lift my eyes and so she showed me! Anyone (like me) who has ever been tattooed knows that it's a painful process. Kim made sure I was okay throughout the process (outline to shading). I do want to mention that she did apply topical lidocaine and she asked every so often if I needed more and she would reapply. Kim Aralar has amazing focus when it comes to her work (the brows) and more importantly she is thoughtful of her clients. I highly recommend Kim Aralar to everyone and anyone. If you're curious about the process, reach out to her! If you've ever had a botched brow job, go to her! If you don't want to draw your brows in everyday, make an appointment y'all! Thank you Kim Aralar! I feel more confident and it's an extraordinary feeling

There was a threat of a hurricane coming the day that she was supposed to come to my house for the service. She said there was a lot of traffic and was not going to be able to make it on time, we kept pushing the appt for later, but she wasn't able to come. I asked for a refund, and she said that she refunded me. After a week of not receiving the refund, I reached out to her and she completely ignored me for days. I had to make a claim with my credit card in order to get my money back. I understand that she wasn't able to make it because of the weather/traffic, what's upsetting is that she said she would refund me, and then didn't and ghosted me. I asked my bank if she even tried to submit the refund (just in case it was still processing) and she hadn't. Once I submitted the claim and told her I was going to review her, then she responded to my messages with some stupid excuses. Don't trust her.
