STAY AWAY FORM THIS WOMAN! Please please please do yourself a favor and don't do microblading with…read moreNatasha, I made that mistake 3 years ago and after 6 laser sessions to remove them I was able to do them with a true professional and a master of her craft (Duality is the name of the amazing business who gave me my dream eyebrows). I went to Natasha for the first time in 2020 and by the time I had to do the retouch (15 days later) I found out I was pregnant. The microblading lasted me about three days before they looked like a bad worn out tattoo. When I told her about it she told me it was my hormones and to revisit once I gave birth I had also recommended two friends almost immediately after getting them done because they looked good on the first day. They both had the same problem but they weren't pregnant so I don't know what her excuse was then. I went back after I had my baby because I had already wasted the money but I should've just gone somewhere else. She was rude and unhappy to do the retouch which she suggested it to begin with, she said that too much time had passed and she should've charged me for a full session. I told her that she was mistaken and I had pictures to prove it, the discoloration happened three days later not 9 months later. I did the retouch and left. My eyebrows looked horrible once again three days later but that's on me because I should have never wasted my time with that person again.

Literally the worst place to get your toe nails done…read more I never leave reviews but if I could give this place a zero I would. I asked to have my toes WHITE (like snow white) and the lady chose to do them an off white even when I pointed out to her that that was not the color I asked for. She continued using the incorrect color so I called another lady over and asked her to bring me the white I had asked for originally (my lady kept saying there was no other white but I could obviously see a non-gel white on the wall.) So I compared the two colors when the 2nd lady got it for me and I emphasized that my toes were not white and even nicely gave her the option to just top off my nails with the white I asked her to without needing to start over. She refused to because "her white was more elegant like funny bunny and the white I wanted was too white like chalk" IM SORRY BUT WHAT?! These are my toes. If I want chalk white, I should get chalk white, not whatever she wants...???? I want to emphasis that this all happened in the middle of her doing my toes NOT after she was done so she could've easily just switched to the white I requested. Attached are photos for evidence which were taken right after leaving. The "white" she was using had no pigment & you could tell was very old. You can literally see the streaks on my toes. The edges were also done horribly. ****To top things off, I booked my service with Janet Campos but instead I had Lourdes Ramon and was not given any explanation. I was charged Janet's price ($25) instead of Lourdes' price ($20). I told them this and the receptionist and Lourdes literally just shrugged and charged me extra either way after all of this mess. Attached pics for pricing evidence.**** Overall, horrible service.

Let me start by saying I'm very particular with my nail salons... I had higher hopes for this salon…read moreafter being referred by a coworker. I'll start first with the booking experience, this part is 100% done by the website and schedule is managed by the owner. Manicurists do not manage or have any control over the schedule. Owner is not there from what I saw, and they do not accept walk-ins. I made a scheduling mistake and Ada was able to move me around with little issue (which was greatly appreciated). Next, let's talk location, location, location.. the salon is in Luna Suites which is a space shared by a number of salon suites. Easy to find the room, getting to the bathroom was so awkward. I was told to walk out the door and in the next one.. I was not told this would take me outside the building so I walked all the way around the building looking for the bathroom ‍... once in the suite there is no precaution for Covid at all. I'm not overly sensitive about this but I found it interesting that the chairs were completely on top of each other. There were two clients including myself and two technicians and it felt crowded; while I understand there are two more technicians I cannot imagine how cramped it would be with everyone there and all busy with clients. Experience was bitter sweet... best pedicure results I've ever had. The technician took tremendous care to provide a top notch pedicure. I will be back for this experience. The manicure unfortunately left much to be desired. I was told they were making them thick to prevent breaking, I never said I had an issue with them breaking so I found this comment odd but ok... results were not good. Almond shaped but so lumpy, and the tip of one finger had a tiny chip the same day. I wanted to give it a few days before reviewing and glad I did... I noticed one of my nails getting a little dark towards the tip... well low and behold the polish had peeled back and had I not gotten to this sooner I may be dealing with a nail fungus.... Ugh.. not only do I now have one nail with no polish but I also need to trim the tip in order to avoid this potential fungus... not happy about this at all... I was already unimpressed a few days ago, and scheduled a mani/Pedi at another salon... now I'm only disheartened that I didn't schedule that appointment sooner. Now I'll have a chipped tip and uneven nail with no polish for 5 more days... In summary, prices are low for a reason. Techs are very nice, but if you're expecting a top notch gel manicure... keep looking.
