I told her where to focus, and she barely touched those areas. It felt rushed and half-done. Plus, the therapist's phone kept ringing in her pocket the whole time. 3 Not Deep Tissue: I paid for deep tissue, yet it was the softest massage I've ever had, and they still tried to charge me an extra $20 for it. 4 No cleanup: They didn't even wipe the oil off. I left completely greasy. Standard spas always use hot towels to remove excess oil. They should stick to doing nails because their spa service leaves a lot to be desired.
