I first went to Maria for nails years ago. She then started doing her scalp massage. I cannot emphasize enough how incredibly amazing the treatment was. She makes the room calm and dark, plays lovely serene music and puts you in the most calming state possible. The scalp treatment includes amazing neck and shoulder massage. Been going to her for several months now, her English is not very good and since day one have always had major communication issues. This last time, I went ahead and sent more money for my deposit than the regular deposit only because she is only requiring cash. Which I don't understand who carries cash anymore. She dismissed me and asked me to find another nail tech. Only because I sent her more than the regular deposit. I had also recommended her to several people "BIG MISTAKE" she sets time for you to be there, only to make you wait a good 15-20 min. Maybe in the past she was nicer but she is not that nice person that everyone talks about in the review. In the past, I have asked for appointments with art work or French and it has always been an issue even after I have sent the deposit for the extra work. Not very professional at all, and only accepting cash seems a little sketchy. Going to be very transparent here, when did you ever tell me you didn't want me as a client, expect for today when I sent you more than was required for a deposit. Don't try to make yourself seem like you have told me in the past. Texts don't lie. 1st let's not bring other people into this situation, 2nd you never told me you had a problem with me, but since you feel the need to lie and accuse me of not paying you. please find attached every single text I wrote to you, I only forgot to send you a DEPOSIT 1 time and I apologized for it and sent it right away, as you will see in the text. You didn't seem to have an issue then, Especially the one visit that I had told you I was in hospital for a stroke that I had, you had no problem rescheduling and honoring my deposit for next visit, you even wrote take care. The other miscommunication was when I wanted a regular mani meaning no art work and you misunderstood it. You made it very clear from day one that I started with you, you only did gel mani, so I don't know what the confusion was. Unless you change your mind and start doing regular mani, I am not a mind reader like you say! As I look thru your info it clearly says you do not do regular manicures and have had issues with other people as well. I never said I have been with you for a long time, what I did say was that I have been with you for several months. And as far you saying I or my daughter left without paying you is a total lie. Once your service was complete, You yourself would tell my daughter to notify me to send you the money. Please provide proof that I never sent you the money. As I have All the transactions available(please see below)Yes, my daughter is a beautiful young woman and knows how not to react to how rude you can be, especially after this last appointment on Saturday 3/16 you made her wait 30 min after her appointment time not even an apology or a notice did you send.
