The nail technician, Neivi, was extremely unprofessional and dismissive while doing my nails, even after I repeatedly told her I was unhappy with the work. When my sister asked for clarification about why the nails were not done correctly, the technician and another worker immediately escalated the situation, became aggressive, and even accused us of lying. The situation became so hostile that the technician threatened to fight me after her shift, while yelling "I don't need this job I have more money then you" I'm making everyone aware because this behavior created an unsafe and uncomfortable environment, and it needs to be formally addressed. No customer should be treated this way or feel unsafe simply for voicing concerns. Not all customers are always right but in this situation, we were not at fault. Avoid this business, as the manager also failed to de-escalate the situation and allowed the aggressive behavior to continue. read more

We were visiting from North Carolina and desperately needed pedicures. We called 3 other businesses and all were booked. Nails and I said, "Come now." Very few of the ladies spoke English and we spoke very little Spanish. However, they worked in 4 pedicures and 1 manicure and were so very lively. They laughed and smiled and made us feel as welcome as possible. They even shared so café con leche. Helen knows no English but has a beautiful smile and great attitude. The quality of service was as good as we could have hoped for. Took my daughter and i. I made an appointment a day prior for dip and pedicure. For My daughter, hand and toe polish change. Not only did they take 2.5 hours, but they don't do traditional dip powder there. There "dip" is not dip powder. They guaranteed my nails to last 2-3 weeks. Well... they didn't even last a week and all My natural long nails broke. Or to had yo file them down so they can all be even. Make an appointment before you go because it gets busy, especially on the weekends! The ladies are real nice! My nail technician was Diana and my friend's was Elaine(?). Both were very attentive and detailed and provided great service. They didn't make me feel rushed at all, whereas at other places when they see clients the technicians tend to rush their work. I will definitely be back! Inside decor is super cute and girly. Feels very fairytale like. The pedi chairs are quite comfortable. We got the gel manicure with regular pedicure for $40. WORST NAIL SALON IN KENDALL! Seeing all the good reviews here I initially came in to remove HARD GEL while still having my natural nails slightly protected (short and used soft gel polish) Immediately I had the owner try to upsell me on a different more expensive product providing as little detail as possible. I respectfully declined under the impression that what I came in for would be enough. 3 DAYS after the technician with green eyes did my nails they started chipping and  a couple days later my natural nails started breaking. Spoke with the owner abt the situation and came in Only for them to treat me like a child saying that this was a possibly apparently everyone of the professionals knew about but neglected to tell me. Had I know I obviously would have gotten something else. *imagine going to a salon with dyed hair asking for a perm and no one warning you abt the horrible damage it can do to your hair* Instead of rectifying ANYTHING and fixing their mistake 2 workers and the owner made me feel as though the whole situation was my fault saying they aren't psychics that can predict the future... upset and frustrated while talking to my translator **only spanish speakers** they stop interacting with me all together and had me leave the salon with my nails looking like they just got ran over. Horrible customer service. My advise? Stay as far away as possible unless you love immature unproffesionals. Should have NEVER gone with the technician with green eyes. The place is spotless , they sanitize instruments after each use - you wait a bit from the instruments to clean while your feet are in the water I don't mind that at all. I am a breast Cancer survivor and as such I am ver particular of who does my nails because of Infection. I HAVE NO ISSUES HERE - the owner is also a survivor and knows very well about infections and goes ABOVE AND BEYOND to have the station cleaned before you sit. It is a very relaxing place to enjoy your nails being done. A variety of NEW COLORS that will not chip. I have been coming here for over two years, I highly recommend this place. The owner Jackie it's amazing and every single one of the manicurist are very good too. The place is very warm and welcoming. Vey clean and post-COVID they have taken ALL the necessary precautions to keep their customers safe. Well before covid this was my favorite place to go get my nails done. They take their time and make sure everything is done perfectly. But then covid hit i did not feel comfortable going to a salon so for 2 years I did my manicures and pedicures at home. Well recently I wanted to spoil myself and get them done. So I called to see if I can miraculously get an appointment. The lady on the phone told me yes at 5 pm and I proceeded to tell her that it would work for me, but she hung up the phone on me. I kept calling trying and hoping. I was so confused. Then my boyfriend said to call from his phone and that they are ignoring my call. Alas I called from his phone and they answered. I was so upset and angry. I felt horrible for the rest of my day. Instead of hanging up on your customers how about be professional and honest and tell me that you made a mistake and there are no appointments for that day. I've gone a total of three times, the first time was wonderful and it just got worse with every visit. The first time I went we waited an hour before anyone could take care of my sister and we both had appointments. They where very kind about it offered us drinks and they explained to us that they where short handed. It happens. I did a full set at a pedicure with Eddy, the full set was wonderful and so was the pedicure. The second time I went i did a refill and a pedicure. Once again with Eddy the pedicure was nice but my refill came out a little lumpy and poorly filed. Like the first time I had an appointment but I waited about 30 minutes before I was tended to. The third and final time I went was the worst! I went with the first appointment of the day to be able to be taken care of on time and it worked ! Buttttt my feet came out awful, they did not clean up my heels well or cut my nails as I requested. My hands came out awful as well, very lumpy 3 inch thick refills I was sooo upset! My recommendation Eddy does very well with fist time clients but she is horrendous doing refills. The owner and her husband are two of the sweetest people but Eddy is the only one that does acrylic and I will not be returning. Tried this place yesterday for the first time and I have found my new nail place! It is beautiful, clean, and smells great! I have big allergies so I can't stand those acrylic focused salons. I had an appointment at 6 and was started promptly at six. Owner and both technicians took great time and focus on each client. Scrubs, creams, massage were highlights of pedicure. No chusmeria. Soft music, polite smalltalk and relaxation was all i found. Very relaxing and even a glass of wine! Prices very reasonable and service you get make it all the more worthwhile.
