I booked an apt for a saturday at 9am, when I got there they had transferred my manicurist to their other location without contacting me. I made the apt for the next day at 10am, when I got there they had placed another customer at the same time. They were very nonchalant about wasting my time and gas two days in a row. Never again. I came here because my sister and mom usually come here for the $25 special. The reality is I prefer to pay more and actually get proper attention. Manicures and pedicures are for pampering not for the type of experience I had today. My mom had a 1:30 appointment. I was going to be a first come, first serve. They sat us next to each other on the pedicure chair. After 15 minutes I asked the woman working on my mom if I needed to do something to make sure I wasn't overlooked. I was reassured that they knew I was next because I was sitting in a chair. 10 minutes later I ask again and am reassured again. I take out my laptop to get some work done. After waiting for 55 minutes I lost it. Demanded in a LOUD AND ANGRY voice to speak to the person in charge (the very one I spoke to first) who then claimed she had forgotten and she was very apologetic. My feet are placed in water. The water is cold. I ask a random person walking by to make the water hotter. She does and looks genuinely concerned and gives me a chocolate. Finally someone comes to work on my feet. I tell the technician multiple times NOT to cut the sides of my big toe nail. Every time this has been done in the past, I get painful ingrowns a couple of days later. My right toe starts bleeding on the outer edge after the digging I asked not to get done continues. I also have to ask her not to use the abrasive pad on the higher part of my heel because I have no callouses there and IT HURTS. She acts surprised every time I say something. I'm so tempted to ask to see her license but at this point I'm well on my way down this road and believe I may prefer not to know. And no leg massage! Not sure what the "spa" part is. Perhaps it stands for "stay away people" and they misspelled it. At this point I would say: pay more elsewhere and stay away unless you have a specific person you come see for your appointment. UPDATE: the technician was very nice even if lacking in technique. I'm done. The inside of my right toe hurts and blood was drawn from my index finger also. The first pic is blurry because I was afraid they would see me taking a pic before I was done. Didn't want a worse experience. At least the actual polishing was nicely done and she fixed one of my nails that was broken. Would still give one star. read more

So I've been coming here for almost 4-5 months and I love it.! Not only are the employees are good but they are always extremely nice and try to accommodate your needs! On (Monday - Wednesday) they have 25$ mani pedi. Which they do a great job at. Recently I went in with an idea on gel acrylics and wow Lien (nail technician) out did herself! I'm supper picky when it comes to what I want but she really did everything I asked for to the T. I would recommend her 100%. She's so sweet too ! I came in for the first time because my cousin recommended this place, plus we were pampering my little cousin for her 13th bday. I love the color and decoration they have in the business because it's soothing to the eye. The massage chairs for the pedicure are a HIT, especially when you are waiting your turn (time flies). I've noticed they are very clean with everything. Kelly who is the owner did my pedicure...she totally won me over! She took her time with my feet, not only massaged my feet but my legs as well, she put a warm towel on them, and offered me water to drink. It was a TOTAL ZEN! During the week I believe for regular mani/pedi it cost $25 and on the weekend it's $40. I definitely recommend this place! I'm even thinking of cheating on my manicurist of 10 plus years. Let me start off this review by saying I went to the same nail tech for 10 years and used to drive 60 miles just to see him. That was before I had a baby. Mama ain't got time for all that. So I decided to try this salon because it's within walking distance of my home. I am very pleased! I've had 3 different nail techs do my gel mani and pedicure. All have been wonderful and my nails have come out great. One wasn't talkative and just focused on her work (which I don't mind), but I managed to strike up a conversation with the others. They were very nice and I enjoyed our conversations. My only issue is that I wish they had more gel color options. There's plenty of regular nail polish, but gel polish and dip powder are lacking. I've been to this salon before but with a different nail tech that is absolutely wonderful! Unfortunately, when I went in this past weekend, I was assigned to another tech. From beginning to end, she appeared to be irritated at the fact she had a client, so she continued to watch her tv show on her phone and would take breaks in between to watch the show while working on me. In one of those instances, she made a deep cut on one of my nails that began to bleed. I didn't think I would end up with an infection. The pictures below were taken before things got really ugly. I am currently taking antibiotics.. If she's not interested in working why was she there? I first tried out this place in February because I needed a last minute manicure for my wedding. I had an amazing experience and the tech did a wonderful job. When I went back the following month she no longer worked there. I tried someone else and she did well, went back again and she was gone too. Long story short every time I go the person I tried the previous time and liked was no longer working there. I went this week for their $25 special as a walk in. I'm not really picky with my nails so I'll try whoever. This time I got Suly. She was nice but didn't speak much other than to ask me what shape I wanted and if I spoke Spanish. That's fine I'm not there to tell my life story anyway. So we started with my nails. She filed them in an up and down motion instead of side to side and it was uncomfortable and painful on some nails. But I kept quiet. Then she soaked them, trimmed the cuticles and got to cutting. When she got her tools to trim my cuticles, there were still cuticle trimmings on it from the prior client she had. They didn't disinfect anything she just wiped it off with the same dirty towel still on her table and started. I bit my tongue because I didn't wanna be "that person." She didn't clean under the nails or push back cuticles. They also usually lotion the hands and then ask you to wash them before they start painting. No one that happened this time. Again, I didn't say anything and she just painted them, messed one up herself with her finger and had to take off the current polish and redo it. I didn't make a big deal out of it but she started painting without putting a base coat, so I asked her if she didn't need to put on the base to which she responded..."oh yeah, sorry I was thinking about something else" (in Spanish). She finished and then I noticed the filing was awful. The nails are like concave in the middle and go out on the ends (due to her filing method). I asked her to fix one and didn't notice until I got home that a couple of the others were the same. Then we moved on to the pedi. She filed, soaked, and trimmed cuticles. Again, didn't clean under the nails. My feet were clean but I do believe a mani and pedi requires the cleaning under the nails. One nail in particular looked like it was dirty in the corner so finally I couldn't hold it in and made a comment about it anyway. I asked her if she could clean under the nail because the corner was dirty to which she stated that it was because some of the foot soak she put in landed on the bail and made it dirty. I stated it wasn't the disk and then asked if the pedi normally doesn't include cleaning under the nails since I noticed she didn't do it on my hands either. She just looked at me, then took her tools and started cleaning them. She then painted them, dropped one of her tools on two of them and messed up the polish requiring it to be taken off and done again. She was not thrilled about having to do that of course. She may have been having a bad day and was pretty distracted because her phone kept having messages come up and she kept taking her phone and looking through her messages and social media. The nails look fine because I chose a pretty color but I know the process was awful and I felt uncomfortable and awkward the entire time. I paid the $25 and left her a $5 tip anyway because I felt bad leaving any less. However, that's the last time I'll go there. I rather pay more and get a good manicure in a clean facility. read more

First time coming to this place as it's close to my parents and needed what was an overdue mani/pedi. They greeted me nicely with water and was seated for my pedi within 5 minutes. My pedi was done by Grisel and she was the sweetest. Great conversation and took care of my feet (again, long overdue for a pedicure). After my pedi I was quickly moved to the mani station and nails were done by Kelly. She's the manager and did an amazing job. She took her time with me while multitasking and never made me feel like I wasn't important. I didn't have an appointment and needed my eyebrows done as well. Probably the worst nail salon I've ever been to. I get off work at 7 pm, I came here because they were the only place that would still take me. Although I'm grateful i wasn't the only one there nor the last to arrive. I picked a color was handed a bottle of water and I sat down. I was in to remove a gel overlay, then mani and pedi. They told me to come when I called on the phone. I don't know why they would take in a client only to rush through the work and do a terrible job. The older Asian man who did my pedicure barely even buffed my feet. He rushed thru the whole pedicure. He asked if I wanted to cut my toe nails and at first I said no then a few minutes later changed my mind, and boy was that a huge mistake. He was pissed. He told me I came in too late, that it was too late because he had already asked me. He started carelessly apply polish base to my toes I told him I didn't want to paint them and I would just leave with no mani and no paint. I was upset and just wanted to leave. The owner came over and she really is very sweet and polite. She did my manicure which looked lumpy and ugly. My nails chipped minutes later. I will NEVER ever come back here. She said it was because I just removed the acrylic gel overlay in my nail but what's that have to do with streaks and air bubbles? I understand seeing the line, trust me I'm realistic but for it to just look like straight shit, there's no excuse. On top of the fact that I come here to relax her kid was all in my face with an IPAd asking me how to change the settings which I helped but he still wouldn't go away. You still took my money and absolutely no pride in your work. I wish I would've gone somewhere else. This place although it looks nice it really fucking sucks. The most horrible experience EVER. I'm searching for a new nail technician because my nail lady lives super far from me now and it's nearly impossible for me to commute to her. So I decided to try this place out because it's close to where I live. The price for a full set w/ regular polish was average so I won't complain about that. However, the lady that I had to sit with makes me wonder if she's even licensed. Never in a million years did I think it would be possible to get my fingers slit cut open by a nail file, but this lady made it happen. She was so aggressive with my nails that I thought I was legit going to leave this place with no fingers. I felt like I was being tortured for walking in. She used the machine on my cuticles and THEN she pushes my cuticles back with the metal cuticle pusher and she looked at me like it wasn't supposed to hurt. She didnt buff my nails so i still have acrylic sticking out and and the acrylics stuck to my fingers. So disrespectful of this lady to be on her phone and it took a lot longer than it should have because she kept trying to talk on the phone with someone because they couldn't hear her. She would stop half way every finger to text and make calls. I don't understand why she couldn't just put the phone down. She kept pushing me to do gel nails and I kept telling her no I just need regular and she kept insisting. I really would love to give this place another try but just not with that technician. horrible. if i can rate this place 0 stars i would. the customer service is horrendous and the attitudes of the owners completely suck. i have been a loyal customer for the past 6 years and i now understand other's frustrations. i made an appointment with kelly and was left with someone else due to her changing her mmm day last minute and while the lady did a good job on the polish, the manicure itself was trash. she cut me multiple times when i purposely told kelly (the owner) that i would like an appointment with her or tina due to being cut by others in the past. while she cut me in some areas, SHE LEFT A TON OF CUTICLE IN CERTAIN AREAS. i called back the next day to set up an appt to fix it but unfortunately had to cancel and reschedule for the next day. i came in the next day and wass immediately blamed by kelly as if it was my fault that she did a bad manicure job. as i pointed out all the information from our appointment call, (ie. my diabetes and my preference of a tech) she proceeded to tell me i'd need to pay to fix it because she cannot remove my check from the ladies pay check. this place is completely unprofessional and i will never return.
