I definitely should have asked for prices first but I'm shocked and a bit mad. I asked to cut my cuticles and shape the nails Hands and feet. That's it. Nothing crazy. No clear polish. $41. That's wild. Just for my nails to look like this too I was ok with it when I thought it would be less but for $41 I expect a lot more

I had a "spa" gel pedicure and gel fill. John did the pedicure. The massage and sugar scrub were great. Ada did my manicure. She speaks both Spanish and English which for me was a plus. The pedicure was $55, plus $15 for the gel polish and the manicure/fill was $46 plus tax and tip.

Horrible nail place. My nails came out looking like my toddler was my technician. The people are nice but the service is horrible.

Came for a relaxing pedicure and left with my toes chopped. I definitely do not recommend this place. Go somewhere else

I went to do my nails for the first time with Nancy since I was recommended to do my nails with her. As soon as I got there she put my with another tech and said I was in good hands. The lady did what I thought a good job. It hasn't been a week and my nails all fell off. I paid $115 for hands and feet. This isn't the way to do business. I work very hard for this to happen. I will never recommend this place for any nail service. I told Nancy I wanted the Russian manicure and she suggested to do a tip a bit longer with builder gel. Terrible experience and now I need to spend more money to get this done right!

I was recommended to Tina but came in and Tina wasn't there and so I asked if there's somebody else good at ingrown toenails and they said yes and gave me Cindy. Cindy is very nice but she butchered my toes! My usual lady was booked and I had been in a lot of pain so I asked Cyndi to help me with the ingrown, but she went so fast that she damaged the tissue around the nails because she had to cut out the nail because my ingrown was so bad, I couldn't even let her finish my other toe and I have a high pain tolerance but she moves so quickly that she traumatized the skin around my nails. so I would recommend the place but I would not recommend Cyndi even though she's a sweet woman. I had to take Tylenol last night just to sleep and today soaking in epsom salt and using neosporin.

Worst manicure, pedicure & service I've ever had! I called & they told me I could walk in. I couldn't understand what the lady was telling me over the phone as she couldn't speak English (which is fine, i was polite) yet she started to get annoyed with me when i told her i couldn't understand what she was saying so I kept it short and showed up like she said. The guy in the front is the one that took care of me, I asked his name, and he said it was Lover or Loaver, something to that effect. He started by taking off my dark burgundy nail polish that I had on yet he left nail polish all around the edges of my nails. That's how we started. Then he told me to go to the pedicure chair. He barely removed my existing nail polish. He had me soak my feet in lukewarm water with nothing in it for a few seconds, literally. He barely touched the cuticles or filed the nails, just primarily used the clippers. No scrubbing of the feet or legs, just a quick massage and I was in and out of that pedicure chair literally in less than 15 minutes. I noticed the nail polish job on my toes was ragged and I asked him if he was going to clean it up and he said he already did. I knew it was downhill from there. Then the manicure came & he had me soak my hand in a bowl with lukewarm water, no cream on my cuticles, nothing as he filed the other hand in a matter of 20 seconds, which means the other one soaked for 20 seconds, no joke! Then he did the other hand. He pushed my cuticles back super fast & barely cut the cuticles. Each hand (5 fingers folks) total took him about 60-70 seconds and that's including filing the nails, too by the way. He painted my nails as if he was in a race. Shotty job! He never got down to the edges and I had to say something to him twice and he still didn't get it all the way to the edges yet seemed annoyed when i told him AGAIN. When he was done he didn't even clean up around the nails, told me to go to the dryers & that was it. It was the fastest & sloppiest manicure I've ever had. I wouldn't even call it a manicure. The sloppiness & speed of it practically gave me anxiety. Felt like someone was coming after him & he had to GO!!! How are they still in business? The entire time the staff was laughing as they looked at how annoyed I was. It's very rude because even though I don't speak their language, you can tell by the looks Amongst each other and the laughing whenever I would call him out on his crap job that it was about my mani/pedi. Best part is someone walked in to see if another employee had availability & before she walked out, she looked over at the guy doing my nails & said "Bye Kevin" and he said bye back to her. So his name was not what he said, his name is Kevin. I should have known better when I saw other people leave negative reviews here about a "Kevin". Now I understand why. And I also understand why on a Friday afternoon, they were so slow. You couldn't pay me to go back! There are so many nail salons in Miami that if you want to succeed, the quality of your work & service has to be really good. This experience was the complete opposite!!

Love the nail lounge. Everyone is very professional. They really care about you here and service you with much care. I have done my hands with Nancy, Kevin and other techs here. Tina was very welcoming. Their coffee is delicious. I have gotten acrylic full set service- gel pedicures- acrylic refill and just tried out their new service gel x builder! I'm in love!! Can't wait to come back for my refill. I'm also in the beauty industry and this place is top tier. Communication, professionalism and cleanliness 10/10. You won't be disappointed. Thank you Nail Lounge!

The owner was very nice. My only issue was that there was no price list. My pedicure did look great when completed though.

What is it they used to say? " A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush" or something like…read morethat... So last week for my elderly parents' first outing since the pandemic began, I decided to take them to the Falls to walk safely outdoors and get some much needed exercise. One of the first stores we saw was LumiGarnet NailSpa advertising a promo mani-pedi for $25. I could see from her expression that my mom really wanted a little pampering and, although we had agreed that we would not go into any stores and increase the risk of exposure, I stopped to check out the nail salon. First things first, I looked around and saw everyone taking precautions, the place looked clean and there was hand sanitizer everywhere. In addition, a sign said all customers must wash their hands before being helped. It was clear they were doing their best to keep everyone safe. The friendly receptionist even agreed to keep an eye out for my mom to make sure she didn't forget to keep safe (she is 81 after all). Fast forward: Even though I paid $20 to upgrade to the gel nail polish which is supposed to last a minimum of two week's,, the polish started peeling. She's had gel many times before done at LaBelle Beauty ACADEMY by students and at other salons that wouldn't come off without soaking in some sort special nail polish remover. We went back to get them fixed - most places will fix them for you within 2 weeks. After acknowledging that her nail polish shouldn't have peeled, the receptionist asked if she wanted another manicure and began to sell her a different kind of polish. Of course, I pushed back and told her that we were simply seeking to get her thumb nail fixed as it should have peeled. After a little back-and-forth and having spoken to her manager if we wanted them fixed we would have to pay for a whole new manicure. They didn't even offer to fix the really bad one or give a deal on the new manicure. I was really happy we had found this place for her to go get her nails fixed at the mall where she can walk around safely in the outdoors In a beautiful, shaded and sometimes air-conditioned location. Sadly, I must say, that this bird in the hand got away! No matter how nice you are to me, how great your customer service is during the sales process, if, when it comes time, you won't stand behind your work, you won't be seeing me again.

I was so relieved, and the service was great. I got a gel pedicure with Nina (amazing) and was really happy with how everything turned out. ***The salon has a sign bribing customers to leave positive reviews in exchange for free services…read more Veer on caution with the fake "positive" reviews*** Save your money. We all work too hard to pay for expensive services that aren't quality and don't last. I have tried this nail salon on three occasions with different nail techs. I have yet to have a an experience that is worth the money. He first time was for apres for my daughter and I...both of us experienced the nail tips lifting and polish peeling within two weeks. The second time I tried them 18 months later...I told the tech about my previous experience and watched the application closely to find one nail had air bubbles on the perimeter of the tip and has to push for her to correct it. I had a couple tips fall off. My last experience was 8/14/26, the foot spa has a cheap plastic liner that broke and I realized they don't actually clean the food spas every every single service. Gross. Next my a press nail service experience was nice. The staff is friendly over all. However, in less then two weeks several nails had polish peeling and chipping. Literally, within 10 days. $136 including tip for apres and pedi (no design) is a lot of money for the nails to not last beyond two weeks. I contacted the salon and sent pictures. They offered to fix the polish for $5 per nail. Honestly, they should be embarrassed for the poor quality of service they are delivering. *In response to the owners reply: Check your cameras. Your staff is not cleaning the foot spas after every service. After my experience with the cheap bags breaking...I watched 6 other women get pedis...only ONE spa was cleaned and it was when the PM shift receptionist arrived. Furthermore, I've included the text confirmation showing my service was 14 days prior and not 16 days. However the peeling and chipping started before 10 days. Women work too hard to get ripped off with poor quality and unsanitary services*
