The response time was super quick and they are available to get you in with a appointment right away. Pricing, is that of your average nail spa within $35-40; of course it all depends on the type of services you are getting done. Parking, this is located within the Beauty Mall, I believe the MIA Salon Suite is the correct name. The parking is free and spacious since it is centrally located in a commuted shopping center! Service: Excellent service! The ladies were genuinely nice and helpful. They helped me find the perfect color based on a description of " light, feminine, delicate pink". They did a color swatch so that I could see it on my nail before we started. I had a a-press gel and regular pedicure which was very relaxing. The massage chair was old and clunky but the pedicure was neat and nicely done. The a-press gel was so carefully and diligently applied, I am very happy with how my nails look. Location: the salon is broken up into small rooms. I was in 114 and there were about 4 work stations. The room was organized but it was a bit dusty. read more

My nails were in a desperate state and I needed them done for a last minute event-- Polished Up definitely came through for me. I texted the number listed and within a few minutes I got a response and was able to confirm an appointment. Super grateful to be accommodated with such short notice. I had never been inside the Mia Salon Suites and it was a little confusing to find the suite location once inside. The owner Evelyn took care of me when I arrived. She was very welcoming and professional. I started off at the pedicure station and while Evelyn's work was very detailed and came out just the way I like it , I was not a fan of the fact that they don't line the pedicure basins. At the end of my pedicure I did see her spray some solution from an unmarked bottle, which I imagine/hope is disinfect, but you can never be too sure. And after hearing horror stories from uncleanly nail salons I was a little worried about that. The salon itself is quite small and equipped with only two pedicure stations and a few manicure tables. It was very clean and all the women working were very welcoming. My manicure was done by another nail tech who was very sweet and did a fantastic job. She was very precise and had a great technique. They seem to only accept Venmo, cash app, and Zelle which normally would be very convenient however I left feeling a little awkward because after scanning the QR code provided and receive info my bank payment confirmation , the nail technician seemed a little confused as to whether or not I had paid. Cash only place and whomever I was chatting with in messages for my appt did not tell me that in advance. I arrived on time for the appt. Two pedi chairs to my right and two tables to my left with four nail techs. Everyone is kind in this tiny place that is clean but they do not use disposable covers inside the pedicure tub where you place your feet in to soak and wash while sitting in the pedicure chair. I saw with my own eyes that they spray it with a cleaning agent, after every customer though. My gel mani pedi specialist was awesome for cuticles but not at all detail oriented for gel color, cutting and shaping nails. My toes were cut short but not filed into a pretty shape she just cut them short and left them stubby. My hands looked good from afar but up close where I can see them daily- my nail tech could've been a lot more professional for the cash only prices. Color chosen was funny bunny white and even with 3 layers the paint didn't go on right. Gel manicure and regular pedicure. Polished very nicely. She took her time to clean up the cuticles very nice and made sure the polish covered the whole nail. Which I really loved. Usually when I have gotten manicures elsewhere it never covers the full nail and cuticles aren't that clean. The only con I have is that my heels were dry and not fully cleaned up. Otherwise happy with the service. Will return. I seen a review of not responding however I didn't have any issues. I wanted to plan a day of pampering for my mom, which included a facial nearby and, hopefully, mani/pedi at Polished Up due to the reviews. I called a left a message on a Wednesday. I got a text on Friday introducing the salon and providing instructions on how to make appts via text. Great! I immediately text my request. No response. I resent the message on Saturday. No response. I did the same Monday (yesterday) morning. I finally got a response at 7p indicating that they weren't taking new clients and to follow them on IG for daily openings. It took them 6 days to get back to me. I've since had to make last minute appts at our salon for the day before my mom's facial. This wouldn't have bothered me at all had I been told last week. Our time is as valuable as theirs. Poor communications speaks volumes to me. read more

Hi Evelyn, Thank you for responding, however your statements are totally incorrect. 1. I walked with my own polish. I arrived at 2:06 pm for my 2 pm appt. Both you and the other lady were in the middle of someone else's nails. 2. The foot bath was not cleaned or disinfected when you were done with it or before I used it. 3. The same nail tools were used between clients. They were not cleaned or disinfected before it was used on me. Another set of tools was not opened in front of me (as other salons make sure to do).
