Don't even bother. I made an appointment and arrived 10min prior. I picked my color and was told that the technician was almost done and would be with me shortly. 3 people arrive after me and we're seen immediately. 20min past my appointment time I was still waiting and who I assumed was going to be by technician, was just finishing a pedicure and took that client for a manicure. I put my polish back and informed the girl at the front that I would be leaving. I didn't make an appointment so I can sit around all day waiting. Let me first start off by saying I hadn't gotten my nails done since March because I was nervous about COVID. This place made me feel extremely safe and they are following all the proper safety precautions. When getting a pedicure they let you pick your foot scrub scent, which I thought was SO CUTE!! I saw all the great reviews on Yelp! and wanted to check this shop out with my mom. We came by for a mani/pedi and it was a great experience. It was really easy to make an appointment. They even send a text message to confirm the appointment. After the appointment the automation will then ask about your experience and any comments that you want to share. Small details that make a big difference. The shop is small but they've don't a great job of making it so cute and cozy. The staff is super sweet and very accommodating. They also offer you coffee with a cookie which is such a sweet touch. They did such a great job with my nails. The best part? It was only $25! That's definitely the BEST price in Miami for a mani/pedi. I do recommend to make sure that you have an appointment before you stop-in because they are booked every day. I'm so happy I finally found my go to place! Not only that it's close to my house but they deliver nothing but great service, they treat you amazing like if we've knows each other for years. They offer so manyyy colors to choose from which that's a 10 for me, but they also have different type of sea salt to soak in your feet. Super relaxing plus they have complementary drinks. Attending multiple Nail places in Miami I must say this nail salon is absolutely the best and lovely! From the techs to the owner! The owner is super friendly and always is so helpful, I'm so happy I found this place. Not only is it extremely clean and their equipment sanitized at all times, but they take their first clients at 8am which is so helpful for us Mother's! Every time I go, I am offered cafecito, cookies and multiple selections of bath salts for your feet (I always choose lavender w/ Mint), so satisfying! This place is super cute and my nails always come out perfect!! I always look at my cuticle edges after each session and see how long they last and yes, we clean and your nails will get messed up after sanitizing your hands 20 times a day with a newborn, lol but my nails always look on point after two weeks!! I called this morning if I could walk in and the person who answered said yes & within 5 minutes of my arrival I was attended. The salon is beautiful and pink, very clean and everyone taking correct precautions staying safe. You're offered coffee as well. There is a variety of colors to choose from, both gel and regular. My nail tech was very sweet and assured I was satisfied with my nails (which I am), I then got a pedicure which was also nice, I'm glad she took her time to clean them up, cuticles, bottom of foot and really ask what I wanted/needed and all when most places seem to rush, they also use scented salts in the water which is great. Honestly, I have tried 3 times to get my nails done here and it is always a problem. They never have anyone available for walk in and when I did make an appointment they didn't honor it because of some type of computer glitch. I will say the place is beautiful but I have not been able to be a customer. I don't know if it's because they are short staffed I. The morning even though they open at 8am which is the only time I am available or maybe it's just me that they don't want as customer. I give everyone and everything three chances. I guess I won't try any more. I really wanted to experience this place and bring my daughter but I guess they don't need me as a customer. They are always booked/short staffed. Update: After looking for other nail salons, I noticed that some other establishments who had had bad reviews would try to contact the client to have them come back so they would have a good experience. The first time I came I had a great experience. This time around, not so much. Let me start with the positives. This nail salon is super cute! Very well decorated, I love the fun music videos playing, and the nail techs all wore the same cute pink shirts! They offer complimentary coffee or tea which is always a nice touch! Now to the negatives. I made an appt 2 days before. I texted the number and communicated directly with someone who works at the salon. I confirmed that if I made an appt at 8am I would be able to have both gel manicure and regular pedicure in about an hour. I know that sounds ridiculous, but I only asked because many reviews said they work very quickly. The person I was texting confirmed that as long as I didn't have gel on my nails that needed to be removed (which I didn't), I would be able to do both no problem in an hour (see photos for proof). I show up at 8:05 (I take complete responsibility for being late) and my nail tech that I was assigned to wasn't there. Also, I reminded the receptionist that I needed to be out by 9:15am in order to make it to work on time. She told me that would not be possible. She said they would need at least an hour and half. I told her that I was told it was possible and that is the only reason I made the appt for 8am. In order to be out in an hour, I had to settle for a regular manicure instead of a gel manicure. The receptionist calls the nail tech several times and she doesn't answer. Finally (it is now 8:12) she tells another nail tech to work with me. The nail tech seems hesitant but starts working on me at 8:15. At 8:50am the nail tech I was assigned to strolls in saying she overslept and the other nail techs giggled.... The nail tech working on me ended up being nice and worked quickly. I was out of the place by 9:20 which was great given that they didn't start working on me till 8:15. The nail tech cut one of my fingers when working on my cuticle which obviously hurt. But other than that she did an alright job for the price. It's only $25 for both a mani and pedi which is incredible!! I wouldn't say it's a steal because I payed for exactly what I got. Quick service, cute atmosphere, mediocre job. Will I be coming back? Honestly, probably because it's soooo cheap, close to home, and has great hours. But next time I'm there I'm not going to expect my nail tech to be on time and I'm not going to expect a spectacular job. read more

I love this place! They go by appointment only, are very hygienic, has very good air circulation and never smells like an old nail salon. The ladies are super nice and always offer me a cortadito. Their colors are fresh, never old and clumpy. I get to pick my scent of salt foot soak and enjoy my "me time" without hesitation! Eday did my gel mani and regular pedi and I love this neutral color. Absolutely terrible. From the quality of the work to the persona of the owner. First let's start with my nails. They were done absolutely terrible. The paint went past my nail and on my skin. There are hairs stuck within the nail polish. It looks like a 3 year old did it. Let's not even talk about my pedi. At least I wasn't charged for the terrible work but the woman was crying as if it's my fault she did a terrible job and I couldn't call her out on it. On top of the terrible mani and pedi, the owner was talking about her recent trip to Paris and how there were too many blacks and Muslims in such a beautiful city. She clearly forgets she is also a minority as well. She spoke of it so freely as if she thought I was supposed to agree with her. That's beyond ugly of a person and to speak of it so freely in a place of business, it's repulsive. I decided to give this place a try on Monday, and I made an appointment for me and my underage sister. The technician that was helping me gave me 3 cuts with the nail file and 2 cuts on my toes with the cuticle cutting tool. When i told the owner about it she yelled at me Ald told me to get out of her salon and basically pushed me out and locked the door. My sister was still inside and minutes later she came out crying saying that they told her to get out of the salon very crudely. This is so unprofessional and unacceptable. I've come to Nails & More twice already and I LOVE IT! The first time I came was the Friday before New Years , it was my first time there and the lady up front showed me the colors , and explained to me that they make their on salt scrubs for your pedicures and said that if I wanted to the colors could be made matte. I picked a beautiful green and the lavender scrub and asked for it to be matte and they were gorgeous! My tech was very friendly and I was offered wine, coffee, juice or water. I left super happy and was given a loyalty card. I went back last Friday with my best friend and she really liked it too. She had wine and I was given an amazing cortadito , and we both got gel manis and a regular pedi for $35 which is great. We also had Melissa do our eyebrows and my goodness is she amazing! She took her time with my eyebrows, and asked if I like them thick (I do) and shaped them like they've never been shaped. I'll be back really soon. read more

First of all, I'm really happy with the way my nails turned out! The technician that did my nails was very careful and precise- there are absolutely no gaps! I don't think I have ever had a better manicure! I also got a pedicure (which I normally don't do), which also looks great. I didn't give a 5 star review because while the service was phenomenal, it took a really long time. I'm all about being a perfectionist, but I have never had a regular manicure take 45+ minutes. This seemed exceptionally long, especially since I had already waited about 25 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. WOW! I'm so glad I came Here! I made an appointment for me and my mother in law at 3:30 pm. The selection of nail polish for gel is amazing by the brand daisy so you have gel color for nails and the matching regular polish for toes. That's something most salons don't have. They usually scramble to find a matching but it's not exact. I had Leisa she was fantastic. They don't have massage chairs or a foot spa. But they do soak your feet at the desk where they do your hands. It wasn't a quick process how ever it was well worth the wait she did take her time and my nails look amazing. She got paint right the edge so no gaps and no little hang nails popping out. They even have a salon and brow service to. I already made an appointment on hair :). Also they asked if we wanted coffee, cafecito, wine. The main lady that makes the appointment (didn't catch her name) was extremely nice and accommodating. And for me that was great especially since I don't speak a lot of Spanish so it made communicating very easy. Will be back again. read more

I am so glad I discovered a salon that's open at 8am on a Sunday! Sunday is my only day off and I hate having to wait until midday and lose 2 hours of my day getting my nails done. I called in and luckily Mabel was available for my gel mani pedi. The salon is located right off Marlin Rd in one of the new buildings and they really made the salon very cute. They have every color available but not too much variety in brands and only DND for gel polish. They also have a selection of essential oil salts to choose for your pedicure which I thought was a really nice touch! Maricela was very attentive with me and offered drinks and explained her salons concept. Mabel was extremely detailed with my nails but didn't really try to clean out all my cuticle (I obviously could've said something but that seems to be the default for them) The paint job was very nice and the pedicure was relaxing and extremely well done. They don't have pedicure chairs, it's done right at the manicure desk. Not my favorite but the experience was very nice and relaxing and I will definitely return. They're also having a special right now of $30 for gel mani pedi, really great! 4/1- I forgot to update this, this manicure didn't even last 2 days and started to fade horribly.
