The have massage chairs, but even if you don't want to use the chair, the massages during the pedicures are very nice. Most of the polishes are OPI or Essie and they always have the current colors. I walked in with no appointment and they were able to accommodate me and remove my dip powder. The removal was gentle and they used pure acetone. I did not like that the woman who removed my dip left the skin around my nails full of chunks of dip. Since I was there I decided to try their deluxe spa pedicure since so many people were getting pedicures while I removed my dip. The deluxe pedicure was more expensive and included a scrub, mud mask, warm towel, cooling lotion, and extra massage. I quickly was dissatisfied with my pedicure because the woman who was doing it did not take her time with the cuticle care. She simply pushed them back and did not take the time to remove all the dead skin. Then when it came to the extras, I found that they were all packets of masks that you can purchase yourself. I did not get extra massage and found the deluxe spa to be underwhelming. The icing on the cake was the nail polish. The lady who painted my toes left so many gaps on the edges of my nails with no nail polish. It's like she did the bare minimum. She was really kind and helped me find the perfect nude for my toes but I would not pay for another pedicure from this place.
