The first time that I came, I had just gotten my nails done at another place and hated it. But when I left, I was so thankful that I had found this place. The aesthetic is really cute. The girls are always cleaning up so it is never messy or dirty. They have a lot of colors to choose from, the only thing that I do miss is the massage chairs when you are getting you feet done but I must say that I do relax in the chairs that they have because they are really comfy. When I came in the first time I sat with Ana. She is nice and makes you feel comfortable but most importantly she wants you to leave there happy. She pays attention to detail. She makes sure she goes all the way to the borders and shapes your nails perfectly. I also loved that when she was doing my feet she really got in there and took everything out. I am a runner, so I need to make sure that I don't get ingrown nails. I have been back many many times since and I will continue to come back. And let's face it- being 8 weeks without a Mani makes you really realize how much you love visiting a salon. During covid-19 the shut down of so many businesses like those in beauty, fitness, f&b has truly been devastating. Haydee texted me last week saying she was reopening (with many safety precautions) and I had to book an appointment ASAP! I felt super safe. With both wore masks, she texted me when I could come upstairs for my mani/pedi, and there is a partition on the nail table now to separate us. Haydee continues to be not only super talented, but so sweet. I am beyond thrilled to be able to experience a little bit of pampering. Now my nail game will look on point when I pick up that takeout! It feels so good to have a bit of normalcy back.

I asked for a specific cut and even showed pictures. I knew this wasn't going to turn out well because she barely even studied the pictures I showed her and I tried showing her multiple angles and pictures of the same cut. (I'll post them to my embarrassment lol) In order: my hair 2 weeks before the cut freshly dyed and styled, what I requested, and after. The color is different because it had washed out after 2 weeks (which is normal for red hair, I'm not upset about that, just pointing out why there is a difference in color). Thankfully it's been fixed by someone else since then. I don't understand what went wrong because she has such great reviews and it seemed to me that she knew what she was doing. I was wrong and paid for it. Had to get my hair fixed elsewhere. It seems that whenever I try to find a stylist that isn't too expensive, I get bad results. Lesson learned.

I want to share my experience at this nail salon. I went in to get my nails done, and about an hour…read moreafter leaving, the polish began bubbling and chipping. I called right away, but they had already closed. I tried again the next day (Sunday) and they were closed as well. On Monday morning, I called again and the owner told me to come in at 2 PM. She was already rude and unapologetic on the phone, but I brushed it off. When I arrived, they told me the issue was likely due to bad polish and asked me to pick another color. I asked if they had something similar so I wouldn't have to redo the color on my feet, but after looking, they said they didn't and told me I needed to choose a new shade. I agreed and thanked them for helping. Once they finished, they told me I would need to pay to change the color on my feet. I explained that I only changed it because they didn't have anything that matched what they originally used. At that point, the owner AND the two nail techs became extremely rude and even insulting. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I highly suggest you steer clear of this place. Horrible service.
