This is hands down the best hair straightening treatment I've ever received. Noel is incredibly detailed throughout the entire process. It honestly feels like he's treating my hair one strand at a time, and the results speak for themselves. My hair has never been this soft, shiny, smooth, and straight. It looks so luxurious and effortless! My natural hair is basically a big, frizzy mess, I used to look like I just rolled out of bed even after straightening it with a flat iron. Now I have silky, straight, flowy hair, and I couldn't be happier. I can already tell this treatment is going to last for months and months, and honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if the results last over a year. My friend has CURLY hair and her hair looks just as soft and silky as mine. If you're considering a keratin treatment, go see Noel! I can't recommend him enough.

I had a very disappointing experience at what is considered a high-end salon…read more Before booking my first appointment, I sent photos of my current hair and inspiration pictures to the stylist. I have an AirTouch technique in my hair, and since the salon does not offer AirTouch services, I wanted to confirm in advance that we could achieve a similar look using balayage or highlights. I was assured we could proceed. At the appointment, I waited a bit (which I understand happens in Miami). Once seated, the stylist examined my hair carefully and suggested doing a half head of highlights first to see how my fine, chemically damaged hair would react. I appreciated the caution and explained my previous negative experience with another stylist. When I left the salon, I was happy. The result wasn't identical to my inspiration photos, but I felt good about it. However, after washing my hair once, I noticed obvious orange foil spots and poorly blended areas near my ears. I immediately contacted the salon, and to their credit, they accommodated me the next day for a correction. Unfortunately, the solution offered was to darken my roots to cover the orange spots. This left me questioning why I paid $450 to lighten my roots, only to have them darkened again. Now, just a little over two weeks later, my hair already looks grown out because of the darker roots. For the price point and reputation of this salon, I expected better execution and a longer-lasting result. I truly wanted to love the experience, but overall, I'm very disappointed.

What made this even worse was the owner's response afterward, which included claims that directly contradicted my appointment confirmation and what actually happened. I had screenshots proving I was booked with Boris from the beginning. They were rude and unwelcoming and was arguing with me because they posted pricing then told me when I got there and he was already performing the service that it would be triple what was advertised!!! This place is a scam!! The lack of accountability and the way this was handled afterward was incredibly unprofessional. I would not return and would strongly caution others before booking here.

Lastly, she beautifully styled her natural curls. My daughter left really happy, which makes me very happy. Vale also started the appointment on time, which I really appreciated. My time is limited and I really appreciate when I feel my time is being valued and respected. She was very sweet and welcoming overall. From some help finding a good spot to park to a great, effortless cut, this was a totally refreshing experience at Nue. After some past disappointment finding a reliable salon, I was looking for a new place that had a more relaxed vibe where you can just be yourself and where the services weren't crazy overpriced and I definitely found it! I was in for a more standard cut, but Vince listened to what I was looking for and went above the basic. Basically, this is the last review you need to see before book here, right? Judging from my experience and the other styles and colors I saw too, you're in good hands and will leave feeling great. So excited to go back!

I am over the moon to have finally found a salon and stylist/owner, Tomy, who is a genius with…read morecolor. He understands Asian hair and how to lift it to a beautiful blond without looking brassy. I have bounced around to different Fort Lauderdale salons after moving here 5 years ago and couldn't quite find a perfect fit with the dozen or so places I have tried out. I wanted an easy low maintenance blond (yes I know, no such thing with blond), and Tomy came through. I came in with three layers of color- dark roots about 2 inches long, bleached muddy blond through the middle and orange ends. It was a disaster grow out. I had a consult with Markie for blonde highlights and to blend in my roots but since Markie couldn't do highlights at the moment, she deferred me to Tomy. I didn't know I was in for a treat. I showed Tomy pics of what I wanted and he insisted that the color I wanted would wash me out and that I would not be happy with the maintenance since I wanted low maintenance. Initially, I was disheartened but I can appreciate his honesty and after he explained what he thought would work better for me yet achieve something close to what I was looking for. I thought I came in for a consult but he worked me in between his clients so that he could show me what he could achieve yet still make me happy. Mind you, the salon was super busy but the man is a multitasking genius! He did a toner and root scrape while Markie did my haircut and Yasleen did my blowout. Did I mention that my color was a disaster? Well, 2 hours later, what was flat and orange and 3 different colors was now bright, golden and well blended. My dark roots melted into the blond so seamlessly, you would think Michelangelo painted it himself. I absolutely love the results!
