Here I am able to do my cut, style, and dye job. I was so happy with Zuly's work. She is a bit of a resident red expert. I am so happy that I sat in her chair last week. She was very bubbly and even accommodated my last minute request for a blow out (something you have to add at the time of your booking-which I didn't know.) The salon is ala carte, which is helpful to understand when booking. I got a quick consult with the Curly cut expert, and I will be back for that next month along with a gloss, because Zuly told me it would make my color last longer. There is no ill will toward him or the salon. At times, he would get so busy with salon duties that he wasn't able to give my hair the full time and attention it needed. The blonde streak in front came out YELLOW... I tried to live with it, couldn't. Informed him of it and he offered to fix it right away - which he did. In order to take the yellow out, it became over processed. Even with being super careful it just couldn't hold up, it broke off and became bangs. I don't do bangs!
