I was a regular but after what happened, maybe I'll start going somewhere else…read more The problem wasn't even the girl who cut me too much or even Hanna. It was Khan's reaction & behavior I didn't like. This new girl was assigned to do my feet. She's the one with the long black hair & fringe. I noticed she was really taking her time with my nails (which concerned me) because she kept cutting around them a lot. On my big toe is where she kept knifing it. I kept pulling my feet back & saying "Ouch" repeatedly. This woman didn't get that she was hurting me or about to cause an even bigger injury. Well, I was right because it happened. She cut so much, I was bleeding even after i left. The little green bottle that supposedly stops the bleeding burned & didn't work. So I dipped my foot in the water. I asked Hanna if I would have to pay for the pedicure considering the condition it was in. She than asked Khan. Khan told me if I continued with the service, I would have to. So I decided not to . It wasn't right or fair I pay full price for a job poorly done. The new girl decided to give me a massage. Khan whipped around & viciously told her to stop "because she's not paying." That right there was not only nasty & vile but extremely greedy & thoughtless. At that, even the young woman offered to pay for my pedicure. At that kind & generous act, I forgave her. Most people would never offer to do something like that so I forgave her. I paid for the refill & left. I had to deal with the injury even several hours later. Even a light tap hurt. Well, here's the images. I don't know what else to tell you. But it's not even the girl who did this bothered me but Khan's nasty reaction. He really wanted me to PAY with me in this condition? No thanks. That showed me how I never mattered to him as a customer. I get he is thinking about money but it's tight for some of us. I have to budget myself because it is expensive to get a refill & pedicure nowadays. But I guess I have to make the sacrifice now if it means a job well done.

My usual nail tech was on vacation and I came here due to positive reviews on Yelp. I had a regular pedicure and a gel manicure. One of the nails on my left hand was applied in a way that touched the skin on the side, which caused it to lift off the very next day. I had to return to have it fixed, but I was not happy with the repair; as the fixed nail looks noticeably darker than the rest. After that, other nails also began chipping which was frustrating. I was also not impressed with the cleanliness compared to my usual manicure and pedicure salon. For example, a plastic liner was not automatically used in the pedicure tub; I had to request it. I also noticed that nail files appeared to be reused, which made me uncomfortable. Overall, the experience felt like more hassle than it was worth. Due to the quality issues and cleanliness concerns, I don't plan on returning.

My nail artist was very gentle and really took her time on me to get the best possible outcome. I only went in for a regular baspedicure and this has been one of the better ones I have received as of late. My only knock is that they are unable to do French pedicures with regular polish which is my go-to. I found that a bit strange as I've never been told that before in other salons. I was still able to find a color that I liked from their wide variety but wish I could have gotten what I initially wanted. I can definitely see myself coming back to the salon another time.

As soon as I arrived, the receptionist asked me if it was my first time and helped me pick a color for my nails. I showed her a picture of what I wanted to do and my nail tech had just got there. Yllen made sure to ask several of her co workers to ensure the color was just right. She was super sweet and charismatic. The receptionist then asked me if I wanted something to drink and brought me a little menu. I had an iced coffee which was actually pretty good! Yllen was super detailed and shaped my nails better than I've ever had them. The only down fall, I felt like my cuticles all came out after 2 days which kinda sucked but overall really appreciate the timeliness, and attention to detail all around.
