I wanted to love this place. Michelle did a great job on my nails the few times I had been there and she is super sweet. However a few months ago was my last visit. My daughter had a pedicure with a guy there who was really rough with her, causing her pain and she wound up with a nasty infection in her big toe. Green pus and all. See pic below. The lady doing my pedicure clearly had COVID, was coughing and sneezing with her mask down on her chin and looked miserable. I asked her if she was sick and she nodded her head very sadly. They must improve their hygiene practices!!! So glad I treated my minor daughter's toe in time and we were able to control the infection.
Servicio fue muy amable y hacen muy bonito trabajo. Recomiendo este salón de uñas. I highly recommend this salon loved there work and service felt very comfortable with them. They do gorgeous designs. Michelle is who did my full set and hands down the best in cutler bay area.
Love doing my acrylics here! I have only had great experiences. It all depends on what you like. There are definitely technicians that are more aggressive than others but that is personable preference. I like how Roxanna does my pedicure & I always go to Michelle for acrylics and she does a nice job always!
Had an 11 am appointment and wasn't seen until 11:30 am from there it took her 1 1/2 hours to do a basic dip on my natural nails. She also cut me, I bled and she had to put something on it to make it stop bleeding and she kept filing over it....the worst part was it cost $50. The worst dip manicure and service ever received. I even tipped her $8 so my total was $58 Thankfully I was visiting the area and will not be back.
LOVE LOVE LOVE MY NAILS! I came upon this nail place searching through yelp so I gave it a try, and thank goodness I did !! I came in for a refill and Michelle did an amazing job fixing my nails . Huge difference from what my nails looked like before. I had previously done my nails at another nail salon, and I did not like them at all! Highly recommend you come to this place ! Michelle will leave your nails looking BEAUTIFUL!
My friend dragged me back to this place cause my regular nail lady wasn't available & I needed a last minute gel pedi. I will never go back! Not only did he do a horrible job but a gel pedi chipping in less than 5 days is literally unheard of!! I paid $45 for something I have to get fixed in less than a week SMH. Save your money& find a place that doesn't water down/mix their products to save money.
DONT GO HERE I SWEARRR YOU WONT LIKE IT!!!!! I walked out paying $85 do you think that I think my nails are worth that??? FUCK NO (excuse my language) i will post a picture of what I asked for vs what I got. I didn't even ask for a pedicure. Only a change of polish and a simple ass nail design??? So how the hell did my nails come out to almost $100 ( NOT TO MENTION how rude the guy was when I asked him to change the polish of my toes because I didn't like it and going back and forth with him because he refused to change it!) LAZY ASS FUCKIN PPL I ain't going back sorry. My nails look thick and fat. Ew.
Decided to try out a new nail spot since I wasn't near my house and was in a rush to get Nails done and was not disappointed at all . Michelle is so friendly and makes sure u feel comfortable. Make sure to come here with time because they are very packed , I should've made an appointment but honestly Michelle was fast and made the experience pleasing regardless of the wait . I did French tip and it was $55 , it' was $45 for acrylic gel then $5 for the design and $5 for the coffin shape . Would recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable nail salon with friendly staff .
I went on a Friday to get a mani pedi and the nail polish chipped two days after without me being reckless with my nails, ridiculous the cheap nail polish being used
I had been looking for a really good nail technician for a long time, tried a few and wasn't very happy. I read the reviews on this salon and thought I'd give it a try. I was so happy to see the beautiful job Michelle did with my nails! I've been coming here for over 8 months now and it's never a disappointment! Michelle and her team are great. The place is clean and quiet. She always answers the phone right away and manages to give you an appointment at a time that works for you. The prices are reasonable and she accepts various forms of payment. So happy to have come across this place. I recommend you give it a try.
Exceptional job!! My best friend made an appt for me. I wanted something classy with a touch of fun for my Miami Vice wedding. Michelle was my nail tech and she knocked it out the park. I can't stop staring at my hands.
I've been coming to this nail shop for almost 17 years and I won't go anywhere else. I drive from Aventura to do my nails with Michelle- love how she shapes my nails. I trust her and her employees to do a great job every time and appreciate how they always take their time to try ensuring that I leave with exactly what I wanted/asked for. The shop is very spacious and is always clean. I would recommend this shop to anyone I know.

15years I've been a loyal client at Natural Nails. I've been doing my nails with Michelle, the owner since before they opened up their own establishment and worked under someone else. Once they decided to go off on their own, you better believe I followed them. I have acrylics and throughout the 15years I've changed my style and shape of nails often. I can honestly say that Michelle has always exceeded my expectations with every request I've made. She always nails it; pun intended! I've had it all, from short, long, squared, oval. Coffin, ballerina, and as ashamed as I am to admit curved (it was a bad phase ) you name the style I've properly tried it out! Even Pink & White! My work is very demanding, I travel a lot and I've gone a month without a refill several times, and my nails still look good, and stay strong! No broken nails here. I always get complements, and I've referred so many clients over the years. I also get my pedicure with them. Michelle stopped doing pedis a couple of years back, due to medical problems beyond her control therefore my pedis have been done at least once by the entire staff and they all have done a great job. Natural Nails is family owned business, the staff is all related and they are all very attentive and nice. In the last 15years I've never gone to any other salon and I never will. They take cash and credit cards, but prefer cash. Opened everyday expect for Tuesday's. read more

Just moved to the area and as always I went to yelp and I found this little gem. the person that took care of me her name is Michelle I absolutely love the way that she did my nails how meticulous and how she took her time to ask me how I wanted my nails shaped . If you are in this area or moved to this area like I did and do not have a place to go get your Mani Pedi please stop by this place you will love it like I did!! The price is very reasonable. Check out my nails! Love my nails! Thank you Michelle I will see you in three weeks!!! read more

Tried this place today, found it through Yelp and I am very pleased! Got a pedicure which came out good ($20) it was a man that did it. I also got Acrylics, coffin shaped and ombred.. Michelle did my hands and I believe she was the only one who knew how to do Ombre she did a great job! Hands were $45. There's also a $2 fee when using a card FYI. Definitely recommend. read more

I really liked this place. I was helped by David, he's very detailed and he makes sure everything is well done and perfect. I did dip powder for the second time and my life and I remember the first one was not as good as this one, not to mention that the prices are very affordable read more

Terrible. I did the dip powder with longer nails and the job execution was terrible. None of my nails match, never got my circle cut, not once did they wash my hands, and all of their products are not disinfected at all. Biggest waste of money. read more

All I can say is, horrible all around. Bad customer service, bad nails, bad everything. I booked an appointment with Michelle and ended up getting my nails done by another guy because she decided to do another girls nails who walked in after me and with no appointment, super unprofessional. About my nails, My six year old sister could've done a better job. I will not be coming back to this place, if I could give them 0 stars I would. read more

Everyone was super friendly, I really like this salon. However, I showed the girl who did my nails a picture (the picture of the girl's hand around the steering wheel) of what I wanted and she said coffin nails are $28 so I went ahead with them anyways. The end product (my nails in the blue) I'm not crazy about. She left the corners super sharp, didn't file them down at all. Some of them aren't even symmetrical. And she also cut me with the nail file. I would go back but to see Michelle. The lady, Alina, who did my pedicure was super nice, and she did a great job! read more
