They work quick but the place is a little run down and needs major upgrades. The chairs are old & they seem to reuse their toe separators because they put the ones I used in a drawer and not in the trash. They also don't use sterile tools they only spray them with alcohol and put them away. So that's a bit concerning. read more

BEWARE.. I went in for a full set with designs which they could not do. (Nails in Photos are a scam because they cannot do any designs) The nail techs there do not know how to PROPERLY apply acrylic to the nails causing nails to lift and leaving my real nails very damaged to where my nails bleeds when removing because nails was not properly put on. I will NEVER be going back for acrylic nails!! This is the second time my nails lifted after only a week of wear and both times I went to different nails techs and got the same outcome (bloody nails). LOVE LOVE LOVE my nails!!! Went in today around 1pm didn't have an appointment and it wasn't busy at all. Everyone was nice greeted my mom and I when we walked in. Lee did my nails took his time I showed him pictures in my phone of the shape and length I liked. I wanted holographic nails and Mike came over and looked at the picture and said they could do them. I had an appointment for 1:30. I arrived at 1:15pm and the nail tech who my appointment was with was still working on another client. I left to go get gas and came back at 1:32 and my tech had started on a different client. This was okay because I was getting a pedicure and didn't mind my feet soaking. Honestly, I'm a guy so I don't have a huge point of reference, but I have the most sensitive toes and hate cutting my toenails. I constantly get ingrown toenails and they hurt like a b**ch. I've tried a few different places for pedicures and I have finally going a place that gives me minimal fear and pain. The young lady who does my pedicure is careful and attentive, and really eliminates my ingrown toenails with very little discomfort. I give this place 5 stars. The only thing I could ask is that she speak a little English but I'll trade the lack of communication for the most comfortable pedicures I've ever gotten. read more

Ask for Kay for pedicures and gel manicures. She's an older lady that takes her time and is always sweet. I highly recommend her.

Let me start off with something positive, the staff is very friendly and they greet you soon after you walk through the door. That being said, I probably had the absolute worst manicure I have ever had. All I wanted was a gel French manicure. They chose a pink for me that was way too opaque but I just trusted them instead of speaking up. The nail technician painted all over my cuticles. It literally looks like I tried and miserably failed to do them myself. Also, the nail polish on one finger completely came off the day after I got them done. Remember this was a gel manicure that is supposed to last 2 weeks without a chip... I will definitely not be returning. read more

I am not one to post negative comments but I felt the need to here. I came in for a manicure and pedicure and left before even beginning my pedicure. The guy that did my nails was super rude before even beginning the process... Needless to say the manicure was terrible. All I received was nail filing and a little bit of cuticle trimming. No cuticle push back no massage and on top of that he refused to use the base coat that I brought in, therefore, no paint was applied either The whole process lasted less than 6 minutes. I was so upset with how I was treated that I got up and paid for my crappy manicure and left. They lost a would have been faithful customer. read more

I'm super picky I have tons of cuticle and it was cleaned perfect with out any cuts and I can't stand when manicurist don't do the base, color and top coat to cover the entire nail bed and then when it dries you see all the difference on the nail . I used to live in cutler ridge & found this place. Moved to coral gables now Hialeah and still drive over there to get my nails done. Service always great. they take walk ins and appointments. I can't find any place better. I get my acrylics done with Tina and Mike (owner). they are detail oriented in a timely manner. I do my pedi's with whomever is available however Mama is great! so gentle. I also only trust Tina with my brows. Can't say enough great things about pro nails cutler bay!! read more

I have frequent here several times! This place was the place that broke my nail virginity! I had never had a pedi before and went here! I was happy by the experience! Well today I came in to be done by my regular Dominican lady but she wasn't there( she does hard on my feet, I like walking around with no shoes so I need it) however Mama did my feet. Oh my goodness. She was so gentle I could barely feel her touch, and you know what? I loved it! It's not about how hard you go but the quality of time and care you take!! She soda exactly that. Care I'm in love with her gentle soft touch thank you heavens for making me have her, if my Latina lady isn't there I am taking Mama!
