Waited around 10 minutes in the lobby even though we arrived on time, however the staff was nice + very engaging. Got a pedicure which took maybe 15-20 minutes. Pedicure chairs r massage chairs as-well, i got acrylics w dip powder and they turned out exactly how i wanted them to. The staff made sure to communicate what they were doing before hand. I believe we paid around $110 in total for 2 pedicures, 1 gel manicure and 1 acrylic nail set. + tip. The area around the shop is a little run down, but that cannot be controlled by the staff. I will be coming back. My nail artist was Tallie.

Was coming to this salon over two years and have been going to see Henry. I had a refill and pedicure appointment two weeks ago and the day of they called and canceled my appointment. I've been trying to schedule an appointment since then, I called today over and over 10 times total, and when I finally got through and tried to make the appointment and was told Henry is no longer taking me as a client and I asked why and she said idk, but he's not taking you anymore. I was BAFFLED! I have been a loyal client and a well tipping client and am shocked to be treated like this. So rude and unprofessional.

Haven't had my nails done in a while and I've had bad experiences before but I will for sure come back here. Don't be afraid to ask for them to fix something they may not seem, it's not rude, it's what you're paying for!

As you will see from my photo, one of my eye lids were burned while doing my wax here. The wax was not even warm, so I do not understand how she managed to burn me. I didn't notice until a few hours later when I started to feel the pain. I have my eyebrows waxed bi-weekly and this had never happened to me before. I also had a refill done and I had to point out all the flaws to the tech because otherwise she would've left my nails looking awful (I waited to see if she was going to take the initiative and when I saw she wasn't I pointed it out). Then again, the tech was on her phone so much that how could she notice anything? I have to give credit to the pedicure girl though. She did a great job and was friendly. I wish that I would've asked for their names, but since I knew that I wouldn't return I didn't bother.

The nail tech I had did a horrible job. All my nails are different shapes and now I have to wait for them to grow to have them reshaped -- some where else. This place is also way too busy which causes the techs to provide bad service since they are in such a rush. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

This place is absolutely amazing!! I'm extremely picky about my nails and how clean everything is and Elite nails went up and above ! I got my gel mani and pedi with Bibi, she is absolutely amazing. Very relaxing environment and friendly people. Love it love it!!!

I went to go get my eyebrows done and they give me this girl who obviously did not know what she was DOING. She waxed off half my brow and then has the audacity to ask if she wants me to have her do the same to the other brow. I AM BEYOND PISSED. WHY WOULD YOU HAVE AN INEXPERIENCED PERSON DOING BROWS. I come there regularly and have my brows done and you give me this chick who is incompetent? This is ridiculous. I am no longer going there for anything idc this is beyond bad.

Amazing job with my nails and eyebrows. The last salon I went to did a horrible job and had left my sns nails large and blocky. It was just horrid. But I came here and now they're snatched af. I didn't ask the name of the person who helped me.. But she was great, she's the one who does eyebrows also. All their technicians are really friendly and had compliments for my nails. I came for first time today almost 6pm no appointment and they take care of me jus perfect. Im been trying a lot of nail salons on the area finally I think I found the right one. I get hard gel on my hand and they look amazing, the girl was pretty careful and dedicated. They have massage chairs and hot towel what I love it. Nice ambience and not too many people at that time. My mother and I came in as a walk in around 5:30pm and were seen immediately. It's nice and clean and it had a nice amount of customers there. We were just in town from California and wanted a Mani/Pedi, glad we came here. I got regular and it looks so good it looks like I got gel nails. I didn't get the name of the young lady that did my nails but she did amazing work on both my Mani&Pedi. Wish I lived here she would definitely be my go-to. Highly recommend. read more

I got a pedicure and honestly they overcharge, a gel pedicure with gel costed me 70.00. It was not relaxing by any means, way to many people cross talking, they use the same tools that are not sanitized. I wont be going back nor do I recommended going to them. read more

I came here for a pedi last month and when I got a new pedi at a different salon, there was a small amount of fungus on my toenail!! I have never had fungus in my life. This place clearly doesn't use clean tools?? That's gross. Never coming back. read more

Great setup with an OK location. However, the lady in charge changes prices as people ask. Unfortunately, this is the only down fall to this place. 2nd time being here and definitely my last one. Time to look again for another shop. 10/03/16 - Ok, came back one last time to this establishment to give them a last opportunity to make up for my last experience. I'm so happy I did, Mandy provided the BEST SERVICE ever received in a nail salon. I can't wait to go back to receive this AWESOME service again. read more

I have already been here a good more than half a dozen times. I have never had the same person twice and I still always come out with good nails. The first time was a bit painful because I was a nail biter and they said they had to shape my cuticle some, but he was very attentive and would back off if he even noticed a trace of discomfort on my face. The best ones from what I've heard are the owner and Ricky. I have yet to try with Ricky so I think I might do an appointment just to be with him one day. They are very nice and don't rush you when you're looking for colors. But lemme tell you that these pedicures are amazing. Most places shy away from the foot massage at the end, but these people really go in and spend maybe almost ten minutes with the massage. It's almost the highlight of my event. I've gotten my eyebrows done there twice and that always come out very natural looking and just as I wanted them to look. I don't like doing my eyebrow but now I only go exclusive with them when I want to do them. read more

This was the best nail salon that I've tried in homestead, I'm sooo thankful that my friend recommended them! Everyone who works there is sooo sweet and will actually hold a conversation with you so it doesn't feel awkward being there so long. The owner does my nails and he's even walked me to my car because i was the last client and he wanted to make sure I got to my car safe. They're good people who do a phenomenal job, I like my nails simple and to be good quality. Let me tell you, not ONE nail lifted for an entire 4 weeks+ (I wanted to see how long they'd last lol) They've earned a loyal customer for sure. read more

My best friend came into elite nails with high hopes due to the high stars and reviews. She walked in to get her eyebrows waxed and walked out very unsatisfied. During the process of her brow waxing the lady carelessly dropped wax inside her eye . It burned her eye and the lady tried yet failed to remove all the wax from her eyelash extensions. Her eye has been agitated and burned ever since the wax incident yesterday . She was very upset the way management was trying to handle the situation and how they are making it seem like it is not a big deal . Now she has to go to an optometrist office and re do her eyelash extensions due to the carelessness of one of Elite Nails Employees. read more

I tried this place on my way to the keys from miami. Horrible on all aspects. Had a mani padi with gel done here. The owners wife did mine and she has no idea what she was doing. Disgustingly wiping the gel off my nails with her sharp nails. My gel was so thick my nails looked all pumpy. After she did the gel she broke the seal trying to shape them again. No hygiene at all. If I could give them no star I would. read more

At this point, most nail places have techs that can do nails. My tech did a 4.5 job. The customer service is what led me to a 2 star rating. My nail tech literally talked on the phone the whole time! She literally only said 5 words to me, a few words to talk me into getting gel and another couple to tell me that I'm not placing my hand right into the UV light machine. There was absolutely no customer service. I do want to note that I'm not a chatty person at a nail salon. I like to come in, say hello, and then move on. For me to think that she was completely disconnected had to be extreme. read more

I actually had a great experience here! I got my nails done for my wedding and they turned out great. The place is very clean, which is most important to me (some Homestead locations aren't too hygienic...see my previous reviews). Anyway, my one tiny complaint is that the girl who did my toenails was VERY slow. But once I requested someone fast (I was in a hurry), they brought a man over who was clearly very experienced and quick. Regardless of the time, she did a great job. It might benefit you to tell them if you're in a rush. Prices are on par with all other nail spas, and they didn't lie to me either (again...see previous reviews). read more

The first time I came, I probably would have given this place one star. The lady who did my nails the first time wasn't good at all. She made me bleed and my manicure came out terrible. After reading the reviews, I decided to try A mani/pedi with Chanti. He is amazing! He pays attention to detail and takes his time even if the place is packed. Second time going and this is my new nail place! BB does a beautiful job. She is also quick and honest with her opinion. She also did my wax and I enjoyed everything about my visit. I am new to the area and am glad to say I found a great tech, clean and friendly salon and good prices! Looks okay from a distance, but up close they look bad. I got black gel and it's still see through in some spots, the nail tech got clear coat on my fingers and now it's hardened on there. She spent FOREVER on my cuticles, which is fine, but then seemed like she rushed through my gel polish and it just does not look good. read more

I think it's safe to say I've found my new go-to nail salon. There is a very sparse selection of nail salons in Homestead...so when I found out a new one opened I had to check it out. I walked in with no appointment and was taken care of immediately. Service was polite and professional. They have a very large variety of colors you can choose from, even mood changing polish. The salon itself is very clean and nicely decorated. Can't wait to go back! read more

Just found this new hidden salon and I'm super happy I stopped here! I have been looking for a good nail salon in Homestead, mind you, I travel to Doral to my previous nail place, but it's just to far. I walked in and was taken care of by Kevin and Mandy...great techs and they did a wonderful job with my acrylics and pedicure. Everyone is so polite. And their prices are very reasonable. They work by the book I'm in the beauty industry as a cosmetologist so having my nails done in a place where things are done professionally is very refreshing. This place deserves a solid 5 stars because they just the pure definition of excellence, they are: Polite Clean Excellent artists I visited this location twice and they honored my appt time. They made sure I was comfortable at all time, I loved my nails and toes, my eyebrows were waxed as I requested. I was trying to use my phone as a hot spot for my iPad so I can watch a movie, the gentlemen that seems to be in charge approached me and gave me their wifi password. How nice is that? Without asking. The person that was going to wax my eyebrows started coughing outside the room because she had something stuck in her throat. He walked to her and changed her with someone else. Of course he asked my permission first. Clearly great leadership skills and just perfect attention to details. A 20% tip was just not sufficient for this type of service!!! Decided to give them a chance after finding and reading reviews on Yelp, and so glad I did. I got a gel manicure with Flor and she was super sweet and did a great job. My daughter did her nails with I believe her name was chris and she was also sweet and my daughter loved her nails. Very clean place. Didnt wait too long either which was great!! The owner was very nice as we had a conversation because he was next to me. Definitely coming back and making this my new nail spot. read more

I do a wash and blow without rollers and I'm out the door in less than an hour. And my hair will last as long as I let it. I always get compliments on my straight it looks and how it never looks frizzy. She knows how to handle that flat iron let me tell you. Note: I think they're in the process of switching management. But hopefully it won't affect pricing and quality!

Neither did she..... I'm not new to getting my nails done at all. I did a spin around the block trying this salon again after 3+ years of going elsewhere just because and it was a waste of my time and money. Extremely annoyed. *This salon is dirty. Beyond bad…read more Just moved here from out of state and was looking for a new hair stylist for extensions since mine were ready for maintenance. 1st 48 hours and more than 17 have fallen out, every time I brush my hair more come out. The owner of the salon (Leslie) was the one who installed them. And that's just the tip of the iceberg in terms of major issues... I've had hair extensions for the past 20 years from several different stylists all over the world, and I've never had someone take extensions that are already in, completely out, and wash them separately from my hair, and then wash my hair. And there's a reason for that. When I was at this salon I was thinking they were just doing a really thorough job, but since my hair was layered by the previous stylist to blend perfectly, the strands were all different lengths and now it doesn't blend at all since they were put back in all random places on my head. In addition to hanging very weird and not blending, they also appear to be much, much shorter, I'm sure because the strands that were supposed to go on the bottom to provide length ended up elsewhere! Whatever cheap conditioning cream was used completely ruined the extension hair in addition. The hair was already a little dried out, but what she did completely ruined it and it now needs to be replaced immediately (and obviously also redone immediately, since these look terrible and don't even stay in). Of course they're unwilling to refund for the hack job they did; the owner is defensive and insisting "she's a professional and did the job right." Instead, she wants me to spend hundreds of dollars on new hair and come in to let her try it again!! WHY would I do that when she doesn't even see the colossal mistakes she's made? I'm not spending hundreds of dollars on new extension's that I feel confident she would completely ruin again. Maybe they can do cuts and colors based on other reviews I see?? But definitely NOT extensions.

I was VERY clear I have long extensions and just wanted a nice trim while keeping my length. The receptionist assured me they had someone "really good." When I got there, I explained everything again to Blanca (the stylist), showed her my extensions, told her I wanted LONG hair -- just cleaned-up ends. She started cutting and right away I noticed she kept dropping her tools on the dirty floor covered in hair... then picking them up and using them on my hair without cleaning or sanitizing anything. That alone made me super uncomfortable, but I didn't speak up because I was nervous about offending her and risking an even worse haircut. While she was cutting, I literally kept telling her it was getting too short... and she kept cutting anyway. At the end she asked if I liked it -- I said no, it's too short and my extensions are damaged. Her response? "It'll grow back in a month." Girl... these are 24" Bellami extensions I paid $1,488.44 for. Good quality hair. Not something you just shrug off. I called back and had to wait until Tuesday for the owner, Teresa, to step in. The haircut was CHOPPED. Blanca used a blade instead of scissors and left random pieces longer than others. She took about 4 inches off when I specifically asked for just the ends. Completely ruined my extensions. To make it worse, my birthday party is this Friday and now my hair looks terrible. Teresa's "solution" was to cut the little extensions sticking out even shorter to match the bad cut -- basically ruin them more. Then she refused to pay for my extensions and suggested I buy new ones on Amazon so she could install them. Be serious... I paid for quality Bellami hair, not cheap replacements. She initially offered a refund for the cut and blow dry, which I agreed to. But when I got to the desk? Suddenly it changed -- I only got $35 back when my total service was $245 plus tip. Customer service is trash, accountability is nonexistent, and my hair (and money) are gone. Do NOT come here -- and definitely don't let Blanca cut your hair.

I had the pleasure of being serviced by BB, today at Elite Nails. The experience was amazing and exceeding my expectations. I'm visiting in South Miami visiting, naturally I was nervous about trying SNS outside of my home salon in DC. However; BB took her time, my nails are natural, the application was precise and actually better than my technician in DC! Did I mention they are half the price, that was the bonus! Yesterday June took off the horrible SNS Acrylic combination mess off my nails. Then Kristin did them with acrylic and a Gel Polish French Manicure Beautiful job! Very friendly staff! I was a walk in and I only had to wait 5 minutes.
