It's the worst experience I've had in a salon. His owner Mindy is very rude and treats you as if the work were free. He did a terrible job for me despite the fact that a person from the staff explained to him exactly what I wanted. To make it short, I ended up crying from disappointment. When another person saw me crying wanted to help me and correct the work and she got upset Mindy got very upset and started yelling at her that she wanted her money . When Mindy saw me crying it was worse, she dared to touch me and push me because that "was not good for her business" Very bad service very bad attention Mindy is a very person with Costumer service very bad she treats you very badly she is very rude to have a business of these and I do not recommend it to anyone she also dared to say that if I did not stop moving my hands I was going to get hurt and that I was going to bleed a lot she was very rude and mistreated me I do not know why I regret a lot not having reacted differently . read more

I got my nails done by Mindy and she did a horrible job. She first did not remove my old nail polish correctly, filing some off and leaving the rest patchy. Then she applied the tips sideways and rushed through the whole process. She applied the acrylic and gel nail polish sloppy, so now my nails look lumpy. She dug into my skin and left me with cuts, pushing back my cuticles with her nails. She was not gentle at all and did not do what I asked for. After explaining that to her, she told me my nail bed was big and that is why my nails were lopsided. She also refused to give me a refund. I do not recommend and will never be going back to this nail salon. I have never been in pain after getting my nails done, but my hands are in so much pain after getting that manicure. read more

I use this business because it's close to where I live but after yesterday's experience I won't anymore. Let me preface this and say this was my fifth time coming to get my nails done in less than a year. At Christmas time I wanted my nails done for family pictures and before traveling out of town for the holidays. Long story longer I did not book an appointment, and me and my daughter where there for close to 3 hours and we went right as they opened on Saturday, but lesson learned make an appointment. FF to yesterday I made an appointment for 3:30 for both me and my daughter (Mani/pedi), get to the shop it's insanely crowded. Mindy (the owner I presume) greeted us and I told her we had an appointment and she had us have a seat. Then another person came in who had an appointment, and she was seated. While every technician was working with at least 3 Other people in pedicure chairs waiting. Then when a technician was finished the person who came after me was sent to a chair before us and we had an appointment. We waited 45 minutes before they took my daughter and another 45 minutes for me!!! Bottom line***** they overbook and try to fit everyone end and they didn't even do both services for me just the pedicure. Lastly they don't display prices so how do they set them . They do good work but they seemed tense and rushing through and I already feel like getting my nails done is a chore and this affirmed me. I should have made the drive and went to Palmetto Bay they get you in at the time you make an appointment for. PS picture of my hands are from Christmas and my toes are from yesterday. However, the owner continues to overcharge me for the same services that are at least $10-$15 less for other patrons. This was my 2nd time coming in here because it is close to my house. My 1st experience was great. Tracy did a good job that's why I came back however on my 2nd time, I called in before I went and the lady that answered the phone said in 15 min. I went in after 15-20 min on a Saturday and Mindy still was doing a customer's manicure and yet another one waiting for her sitting on the pedicure chair waiting for her to do her pedicure! She overbooked herself and rush to get it done! I waited another 15-20 min to be seen then she wrapped my nails for another 20-30 min while she does the other customer's pedicure! My manicure was so rushed she only used the grinder to clean my nails, she didn't even used cuticle remover. Burned my hand finger twice, it was rough. I tried to be nice but I would say that this is the WORST MANICURE I EVER HAD! (She did my manicure while she let the other customer who she did her pedicure waiting for her to do her manicure! ) that's why she was rushing!!! The morning after, I saw that I have several cuts on my fingers! I work in the healthcare field and is currently pregnant and we all know open wound on your fingers could risks of getting infected. I don't know if she's the owner or not but it is for the safety of your customers please don't overbook and risk! If you have Mindy, (1st chair to the right side, 1st chair walking in) I would try not to even bother. I suggest you walk out. Sorry but I need to find another salon close to my house. New owner Mindy lied when I asked for Lee on the phone and said said that I was scheduled with Lee. When I arrived I was told that Lee no longer worked there. New owner is rude and lies since she does not want to loose the customers that would come for Lee. I also noticed it's not as clean as before and the chairs are ripped and pealing. First time going into this shop, was hopeful for a great experience since it's near my home. The nail tech that serviced my nails did a horrible job. Trimming my toenails, she cut my flesh near the nail. She scrubbed the bottom of my foot so hard the skin peeled off. And then during the manicure, she cut the flesh of my finger. And then the owner didn't apologize, she didn't apologize but looked at me like she didn't understand a word of English until she asked for a tip. My usual nail place was booked so I went on for just a pedicure. Made an appt for 11am on Saturday and Mindy didn't start on my feet till 11:50. She was doing it so quick that she cut my toes with the machine to take off my gel which made me bleed. Never happened to me before with any salon. It is now 12:08pm and she just finished. The quickest pedicure I've ever gotten and it was the worst. The place wasn't horribly busy so I'm not sure what the rush was. This place is amazing. The staff is super friendly, accommodating and helpful. They offer u coffee water or tea while u wait or receive service. My tech is Kim and she is very detailed w my usual service of gel mani & regular pedi. I removed my acrylics about 8mths ago and must say she has really helped improve my nail health! Id give this place 5 stars, except i think they could improve their pricing a little. I pay $52 where as other places charge $30 for the same service. Terrible customer service, very disrespectful. The employee was screaming at me over the phone, just a few minutes ago. This Morning, I called to make an appointment. This was going to be my first time experiencing their service. However, when I asked the lady if she takes walk-ins or appointments only. She then replied "APPOINTMENTS ONLY!!" In a very loud and rude tone. So, I asked her if she's open today for any appointments. She replied "WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE DONE!!" She wouldn't allow me to finish telling her what I wanted. She is very rude. So I said "Ma'am, Ma'am you're not listening, and you're not going to talk to me in that tone".
