I have been going to this place every month for about 7-8 years. Great massage from Shelly and Lucy. I suffer from lower back due to herniated disc and coming here periodically has helped me with the pain. I highly recommend it. read more

First time massage today, Lucy is great! Very relaxing, super clean place, 10/10 recommended.

I rarely leave reviews or complain, but management seriously needs to improve both training, and hiring standards here. I'm a manager myself, and deal with over 700-800 people a day so I fully understand everyone has off days. But customer service should always still feel welcoming and professional, Especially while paying premium prices 1st, the booking of the massage was quick easy and efficient. So credits there 2nd, the massage itself, I would say was bad/Below average. Not what I wanted in terms of therapeutic, or deep tissue. I understand deep tissue massages involves firm pressure, but they should not feel painful or leave someone feeling injured afterward. She actually hurt my lower left back, and left a small bruise on my bone. I left feeling exactly the same as I came in except feeling sore in a bad way. For almost 90 dollars before tip, don't waste your time coming here. I also found out afterward they offer a 45-minute option, which was never mentioned on the phone. I was only told 30 minutes or 1 hour. Customers should be given all available options upfront instead of partial information. And 3rd, she got visibly upset that the Tip wasn't "big enough" and told me "sir, the minimum has to be 20 percent", then she grabs the sign where the prices are, turns it around where there's words on the back, and as im reading the first sentence or two she quickly turns the sign back around so I couldn't read it at all. Seems to me like she forgot about the customer experience, and there was a reason I put the tip as I did. But because I felt like she really needed the money I changed it , and gave her 20 percent or at least close to it. A few extra dollars won't hurt me , but it's more so the principles. Coming from someone who is a manager, and received a bad service that ends up costing well over $100 total, these are what you need to focus on as a business. If these can't be fixed, it's time to start letting people go. -Customer experience -service quality -Communication -Professionalism All need major improvement. I Will not be coming back here again. read more

I typically refrain from leaving reviews; however, my recent experience was so unsatisfactory that I felt compelled to share it. I visited the establishment due to discomfort in my lower back and calf muscles. Upon noticing the massage facility, I decided to stop in. The masseuse entered the room and began to apply pressure to my back without employing any discernible technique or rhythm. The experience resembled more of a series of slaps on my back and legs rather than a professional massage. Furthermore, the session concluded twenty minutes earlier than the hour for which I had paid. Upon arriving at the front desk, the masseuse abruptly placed my receipt in front of me and indicated a sign that mandated a 20% gratuity. I expressed my belief that a tip was not justified given the quality of service I received. The attendant then seized the clipboard as if preparing to allocate herself a tip. I retrieved it and offered a $5 tip; however, she rejected it and reiterated the requirement for a 20% gratuity. To avoid any potential alterations to the amount, I ultimately provided her with $30. I have no intention of returning to this establishment, as the experience was exceedingly disappointing. read more

First time there, decided to try it due to some good reviews. The place is clean and well organized. Lisa was my therapist, she was nice and great, very professional and very strong. Thank you Lisa! I most definitely will go back. read more

Made a last minute decision to book a time here with my bestie for a couple massage. The place is a lot bigger than expected so that was a relief. The waiting room was very simple and clean. She took us right in, showed us to the room and got undressed. The room was simple and clean - however unlike other massage places - there was no soothing music, the massage tables were not warm, and only a towel for cover. The masseur started with a medium touch, however while she felt my tight should knots , she went to town on it. TBH - it wasn't the most relaxing massages and had bruises the next day for the pressure but a few days later, knots were loose. So if you like strong pressured massages, this place is for you! read more

We had an amazing experience! Called at 7pm got an appt for 9:30pm. We did a couples massage his was a deep tissue and mine was a Swedish. I have not had a massage in years and sit behind a desk all day so to say this was needed is an understatement. Both of our massages were amazing! I did ask for the stones but they forgot which was ok we will just have to go back and get the stones done we were not charged for them so not a big deal and it was closing time when we finished so it was ok. I wish I would have got the name of the lady that gave me my massage she was amazing! My husband said his was really good too. Thank you ladies! We will be back! read more

Out of this world massage! Really focused on what I wrote down and targeted those areas! Been to 5 different places in Palmetto Bay and nothing tops this place. Now I know why it's #1 on Yelp!! Will be visiting again!! read more

I was told to just walk in today and was seen right away. I think her name was Melissa. Very good therapist. Relieved the tightness and pain in my shoulders, legs, feet & arms that is probably caused by the use of a walker after back surgery. I highly recommend this business. Clean, punctual, and professional. So much better than a massage that I recently got on the RCCL Icon of the season at half the price and effectiveness in relieving the tightness & pain. Came here as business is rated a 5. Not disappointed.. read more

Another amazing massage in the books! Made a last minute appointment with this wonderful place. I've been here since I moved to the Redlands and every time it's better than the last massage. I've had neck, head and shoulder stress for awhile now. And when I advised Lisa my wonderful massage therapist what areas I needed focus on she truly delivered. I cannot express how wonderful it is to have a locally opened business that delivers on price, quality and incredible service. That's why I keep coming back and posting. Truly the best message place I've ever been to. Hands down the best read more

What a wonderful surprise. I've had many massages, but this was truly the best. It was painful, but necessary. This is what a true massage should be, not the hand gliding they do at fancy spas and resorts. I went in with tightness in my shoulder blades from stress. Right now I have no more pain and I feel extremely relaxed, calm and peaceful. I will definitely be returning! read more

I went here for a full body massage because I was in so much pain in my shoulders and through my back. I absolutely loved it!

Excellent massage & great customer service from Lucy. Place was clean and welcoming. Thank you I will be back read more

Amazian Massage - I'm here - Massage Near Me - Miami, Florida

Have had two couples massages and will continue to visit Amazian. The ladies are terrific and the hot stone massage is an absolute must!!! Always timely, clean, and responsive when making appointment requests. read more

The place is calm and relaxing. It's not cold either like most places are. I went with the 120 minute massage, and it was well worth it. I will definitely be back again sometime soon! Thank you for the amazing massage, Shirley. read more

Best massage I've had in a loooong time. So grateful. They worked on a spot I didn't even know was so painful but they took care of it and I feel so much better now. read more

I received a really wonderful massage. My masseuse was excellent at communicating with me and making sure I was at ease. In particular, everything was immaculately clean. The setting was tranquil and restful. If you're a local in the neighborhood looking for something simple but worthwhile, I would certainly check them out. read more

My best friend and I have gone to various couple's massages and this one has been the best one we've ever gotten. The ladies were super attentive, asked us before the massage began what spots we'd like them to focus on or avoid and the pressure. They didn't even talk throughout the massage, which we really appreciated because from our previous experiences, the masseuses have a conversation while massaging. They also checked our temperature before our massage. The prices are also fair. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone and already have with my friends and family. We will come back! This place is a hidden gem! read more

Best massages ever. It is a small place and isn't usually crowded. Take an appointment so they know to expect you and they'll have things ready for you. The girls are great. So much strength. The hot stones are a must. Feels so so good. I always come out feeling so relaxed. Definitely going back. read more

This place is seriously amazing. I used to go to places where I could walk in and go to whomever but after coming here I'd rather wait until they have an availability here. It's easy to make an appointment, if they don't answer they will call you back and find when you want to come. I've been able to get appointments last minute on Sunday which has been wonderful. Very clean and you feel comfortable with your massage therapist. read more

After my usual massage spot closed down unexpectedly, I had to find somewhere else to go and I was definitely not disappointed. I had one of the best massages I've ever had there today. It was a little pricier that I am used to, but I will be back for sure. read more

Get ready to feel sore in the best way possible. I asked for a 30 minute back massage since my back was starting to feel like an ironing board. The ladies who work here are so sweet and professional. Not to mention the sheer strength in their hands. They were able to work out all the knots in my back muscles and I felt great a few days after the slight bruising faded. I would definitely revisit this location! read more

Awesome Job!! My sister just got couples massages....very well done! The ladies never made us feel uncomfortable in anyway with being naked (which we preferred). They listened to instruction of what we were looking for in a massage as well. We are not from Florida but definitely would return the next trip! Thank you for Yelp!!! read more

I saw Annie today on recommendation of my hairstylist and I was not disappointed!! There is a reason every reviewer on here is raving about Amazian. I loved the fact that when I arrived we went right to my massage. No lengthy paperwork or pressure to purchase package. Annie was so great, I swear she can probably kill someone with one finger but chooses to use her powers for good and not evil. I already scheduled my next hour-long deep tissue for next month and I look forward to regularly visiting from now on! They do have a rewards program, but it is just a little stamp card that you can show to earn rewards. Thanks again, Amazian! read more

Very friendly staff! Got a gift card for my boyfriend for his birthday. Will update but so far so good- place looks great and other reviews seem happy with results! read more

I just left fuming from this place terrible horrible experience! The owner had no empathy regarding misinformation given by her staff. Even after they called me back to clarify the information was still given incorrectly! As a result I had to leave without service. She offered no apology or offer to make amends for my time and money wasted to put money into her pocket. Very unprofessional!!!! read more

My Husband and I have come to this place a few times every massage leaves us feeling relaxed and amazed at how good they are. Most massage places you go to its just the same massage everytime, not here they definitely know what they are doing and target all your needed spots. If you are looking for a real massage this is the place to go. Note- this is not a massage envy chain like massage place. They will massage every part of your body places u did not even know you held so much tension in. We always go with sofia and shirly. Best Massages i've ever had!! read more

I have been very stressed lately preparing for a big exam. As a surprise, my fiance scheduled me an appt for a 90 minute massage at Amazian Massage to help me relax before my big test day. Best fiance ever! Cindy was my masseur and let me tell you she has magical hands. From the get go she sensed my tension as my back was extremely tight. I had requested a deep tissue massage and she worked all those knots out. It was one of those "It hurts so good" kind of massages. Best nights sleep I have had in a very long time. Definitely need to make this a regular thing to keep me zen. Will be coming back for sure and telling everyone how great they are, especially close to home. No need to drive all the way to the spa in the beach for a great massage. read more

This is my fifth time coming to this place. Each and every time I come out happy and relaxed. These ladies really do a great job with the massage and even give you some stretches in between. My lower back and right shoulder were killing me. i went there for the 1st time on Monday. I told the woman in the front the issues with my back and shoulder and to please tell the masseuse to make sure there was good pressure applied in those areas. OMG! i have been getting massages for years but this was by far the BEST massage yet. They listened to exactly what i needed! Not only addressing the area but also using strong pressure. I just wish i would have gotten there masseuse's name so i can continue to use her each time i come. It truly was a wonderful experience read more
