Horrible place! Look at my picture of bruises. I got a 1 hr massage with a Groupon and although the massage was rough and was not full body, I provided a tip once done. As I walked out to go to my car, the owner came out screaming saying that I didn't pay because although I paid my Groupon she said I had to pay again even though I had a receipt of payment and made a scene in front of others. Now, I am stuck with a Groupon to them that I will NOT use and lost money since I refuse to go back. To add, my entire back and arms were bruised and I was left in A LOT of pain. Quite possibly one of the best foot massages that I've had in a very long time. The owner and her husband do a wonderful job. Very clean, almost whimsical place to just sit back and enjoy a massage. Reasonable prices and open on weekends and later during the evening. We came in with a 2pm appointment it took them 10-15 mins to get started they first charged us for the massage. Then she began massaging me roughly which was very painful after a while I started to feel bad and she switched sides with another lady. The massage wasn't what I expected. During the session she kept answering the phone calls and attending their walk-ins. We felt the session wasn't even full 50 mins we gave them a tip of $10 for the lousy service and the lady began complaining the tip was too little. She claimed to have cured me and fixed us. I've got massages before but this place is odd. 1) no forms to fill out... 2) told the lady that my Groupon is for 1 hour, she did 50 minutes and then realized it as I was getting ready to leave to do the other 10. 3) the massage was painful! For the price, it's not bad but to be honest, I would rather pay more for a better experience. There is a language barrier. I had Michael, and he was delightful but powerful hands great for my feet but too rough for my back. He also used a massage gun which is not a preference to me when getting a massage by a professional. A massage gun is something I can do to myself. My husband and both booked a 45 minutes foot massage, with Angela, via text message. We arrived and received the service. First of all, they both were gloves and that makes the massage feel unnatural and rough. Also, her husband and her, both have long nails that dig into your feet in a very non-relaxing way. Between the gloves and their long nails, the massage was more painful than relaxing. The husband is a lot better but Angela, just really rubs and rubs with no system or method. She is not a professional by a long shot. At the time of payment they charge a $1 per minute. That was a total of $90 dollars. We rounded the amount up to $100 dollars which is about 10% tip. Agree with me or not, this was not a full body massage and we paid her the fee she had set for the foot massage, therefore, the tip after payment is optional. This woman was fuming. She raised her voice at us and began to shout that $10 tip was not enough for the amount of "professional" work that they had done. She claimed that her and her husband were the "best" in Miami and that my tip was cheap and did not reflect their hard work. She was yelling, insisting on a large tip or else she would be upset. She entered $10 for each bring our total for the foot massages to $110! Getting a massage for us was a special date night treat. We are not rich, and we paid the amount set for the service we received and we did tip. This does not make us evil people. Whatever vibe we had going with the couple date night, she totally destroyed it! We were appalled at being treated the way she treated us. The hot towels and stones were good, however, the place gives off an unsanitary vibe. They use the same blankets and sheets over and over, between clients, which makes be doubt that they might not be using the same towels for everyone either. At one point, I thought I was in the wrong, but then I began to read the complaints on here and I realized that we had not been the only ones to have experienced her rudeness and that this is the norm with her. So unless you have the money to tip 20-25% be warmed, Angela will voice her outrage and ruin your experience. read more

They were taking the necessary precautions. I got my massage from Mike - he was a Dr. in China and he hit every muscle perfectly - it's like his fingertips had eyes in them. I bought a Groupon for a couples massage here. Honestly, for the price I paid I was not expecting to receive such a great service. I booked my appointment via phone call. The difference in cultures may have you think the way Angela speaks to you is rude but I know she meant no harm; she was simply busy. It is a very small practice so she may be in the middle of a job when you call. She will simply let you know that she is busy and she will call you back. Luckily, I was able to book right then and for the next day. I was a few minutes late to my appointment but they took us anyway, with no complaints. As soon as we came in Angela was very welcoming. I showed the Groupon and we were serviced. I had Mike servicing me. He was very gentle for me, but I think he has potential to be a little rough if that's what you require. My s.o had Angela. He says she did a really good job. Between the scents in the parlor and the oils that they used, I did not want to drive home lol! I had to drink coffee to keep going through my day. Worse experience ever! The lady is very unprofessional. Came to this place before COVID and had a bad experience. My kids got me a Groupon for Father's Day. It says NEW MANAGEMENT. That's a lie. Same unprofessional lady with a nasty attitude. The place looks like in the 30's. The music was a horrible Asian pop style, I love Asian spa music. The entire time I felt the scratch of her nails through my body. I was in pain the whole time. The first 10 minutes was the scratch of the loosely oversized disposable gloves and then her nails. I mentioned the nails but she continued. I had to ask for a bolster for my feet and a bigger bolster for under my knees since I suffer from herniated discs which I told her. The phone rang 4 times and she had to leave me twice to answer the door. I gave her a $5 tip. Oh boy, she didn't like that and made sure to let it be known. I told her that she needs to ask for constructive feedback instead of arguing with me. She raised her voice and said I DONT WANT YOUR BUSINESS. I said not to worry. I won't be coming back. She started screaming at me! I said bye and walked out. 20 feet from the door, she chased me out and screams something in another language that I'm sure it wasn't nice!‍.
