Just finished with my facial, which for $35 you can't beat. I believe it's for a limited time though - so take advantage!! I walk in and am greeted by a really nice receptionist, the decor isn't high end but I care more about the services than decor anyways. The woman who did my facial spoke very, very limited English but was kind and did try. Although it was a fear of mine since I've never had a facial before. I watched a few YouTube tutorials and heard about some of my friends experiences so I wanted to know everything that was happening/being put on my face. But, I didn't quite get that :( After the general cleansing of my face from my makeup, she puts a mask and the mister which made it a little hard for me to breathe (is that normal?) afterwards she proceeded with the extractions! Then, another mask, tiny hand massage and some different creams on my face which I wish I knew what they were! It lasted the full hour and maybe a few extra minutes. In the end, my face felt clean, delicate and soft! It was an enjoyable experience for the most part (besides having a hard time breathing)! The woman tried her best to talk to me, I don't take it offensively when someone can't speak English I just think it's somewhat essential in a service like this. read more

I love this place due to the prices, therapist, service, and ambience. I've recommended this place to my family and friends. I've gotten 2 of my friends and my mother hooked with this spa. If you come a little bit before your therapist is ready for you they offer you red or white wine and water. They keep the establishment quiet in order for the customer to enjoy their massage or facial at peace. Groupon usually has a good deal - massage for $29, but on the spa's website they have monthly specials for massages and facials. For example, at this moment they're offering 1 massage for $30 or 3 massages for $85, which is amazing. At this moment my favorite therapist is Tamara; she's good at her job and very nice. The reason I didn't give it a 5 is because they're MAJOR DOWNFALL is that they take a long time to answer your phone call. It rings, rings, and rings which leads to the voicemail and then they usually respond to your voicemail the next day. Also, the receptionist 75% of the time she'll be nice, but I've witnessed her have passive aggressive confrontation with the customers. Fortunately, I've only experienced her passive aggressive attitude once and hope never again because I really enjoy coming here. read more

I visited this spa because I had a Groupon voucher. I called and was given an appointment in 24 hours. They have an automatic texting system to confirm, cancel or reschedule an appointment. I really like this service because it's not only a reminder but they make so convenient to change if necessary. It's easy to find with a main road access and I found ample parking in the front lot. The spa is simply decorated; warm, clean and comfortable. They offer cold water, coffee, tea and wine. I arrived on time and my masseuse was ready. I was surprised at how many rooms they have available. The massage room was adequate enough but a bit chilly at first. Clean white sheets and towels with fresh pink rose petals on the table. Soft new age music playing at a very nice volume. Soft candles all around the room. Haley was my masseuse and she was intent on asking all the questions to find out what I wanted. I prefer more oil than was used and I like it warmed and scented. I'll ask next time to see if scented warmed oil is used. Haley did a Swedish massage but included a deep tissue massage when I had a few knots in my shoulders. She also did a few pressure points and a deep kneading all of which I enjoy but was surprised that she adjusted her therapy to my body. I will go back for their massages because they have a $25 special right now. No where can you get a 60 minute massage for close to that. They also offer different types of facials, at bottom prices, so I will be scheduling those as well. I'd recommend Scape Spa, it's certainly an above average facility plus you can't beat these prices even if you don't live in this neighborhood. read more

Such poor service, I bought a groupon called to Make my appt ,not space for over a month... ok no problem... then they call me a day to cancel my appt and reschedule for 4days later, then I get another call two days after to tell me to call Groupon and get a refund because they don't work with Groupon anymore... all this after 1 1/2 month waiting to do my treatment who those this!!?!?!? ... never they offer to sell me a package without Groupon for a discount for the inconvenience ... sooo unprofessional!!!! I have had several massages at Scape Spa. The first time I visited was when I had bought a Groupon. I live fairly close, and did not expect to find a spa in the middle of the commercial area where Scape Spa is located, but I was pleasantly surprised when I entered. The place is very clean, and smells wonderful. It is quiet inside, and they have a sitting area, with the most comfortable couches I have ever sat it! That alone is worth a star! They also have a beverage table with water, tea, coffee, and juices. Personally, being that this is a spa, the masseurs or receptionist/employees should offer, and serve the beverages, as opposed to just having their clients serve themselves/prepare their drinks themselves. It is not a big deal, but it would be a perk. I have always had good massages, and experiences at Scape Spa. I never had a specific masseuse, but on my last visit my masseuse was Wendy. She did a wonderful job, and gave me a few great tips on how to stretch my back. I work in an office and have to sit at a computer desk for hours, and it takes a toll on my back. She also kept asking how the pressure was and focused on the areas I needed her to work on. I will definitely request her from now on. Another plus is that the masseurs are very punctual. To me this is something I appreciate, because I value my time, and do not want to be kept waiting. On the bad side, if you are late, it will cut into your massage time, so i suggest to arrive on time, or a few minutes early, especially if it is your first time, as you will have to fill out a customer profile form. They also offer many specials, and I usually pay around 25.00 for a massage, which is a great price! The negative aspects I have experienced at Scape Spa is that making an appointment can be a hassle. If I you get their voice mail, I suggest for you to not leave a message, but to try again at a later time. Also, they get pretty booked during the time MOST people can visit. I am always skeptical about buying groupons to certain places. A lot of the spa deals they offer are a little sketchy. This one is 30 seconds from my house so I thought I would give it a try. I purchased three 60 minute massages for $65! You can't beat this price and I am extremely satisfied with the service I received. I called and was able to get an appointment right away. They call you the day before and send you a text message to confirm, cancel, or reschedule the appointment. I can't remember the therapist's name, but she did an excellent job. I am a new mommy with a 2 month old and my back and arms needed a lot of work. I rated it 4 stars because the massage lasted more like 50 minutes instead of 60 minutes. She was very thorough and got into every stressed "nook and cranny" of my body. She worked on me for a full hour and I left there on cloud nine. Amazing experience. I couldn't be happier. For $30, a 60 minute massage in a clean, relaxing environment is unheard of. I was placed with Natalie, who was gentle yet forceful. I even had to ask her to use a little less pressure on my upper back. I hate a wimpy massage, she is the opposite! She was very focused and I felt that she genuinely cares about her services. She found and soothed my problem spots without me even saying a word about them. They offer free wine, coffee, and water, as well as candy in a bowl on the counter :) I already booked another appointment for next week. Received a gift certificate purchased from Groupon, the place is clean, quiet, and quick to check in. I filled out questionnaire and was seen immediately by therapist. Massage went great, told her what I didn't want, and she reconfirmed multiple times if pressure was okay. My husband also went and had a great experience, he did have to request to be stretched, he did say you must request it since he is a MT himself. I went there the other day because since they are new, they are offering a one hour massage for $25! Where else can u find that? The place doesn't look like its there from the outsider, it's in the middle of offices and other businesses; thank god for their sign pointing to where they are. Once you walk in, you can see that it definitely has the spa field to it. Its small but its very well set up and decorated. They have the relaxing aromas and soft music playing. The staff is very attentive and helpful! The massage was awesome except for at times I felt she was pressing too hard on my neck and upper back that it hurt. I told her but she kept doing it. I purchased a $25 Groupon for a 60-minute massage. It was worth every penny and then some. Getting an appointment was easy during the week (don't know about weekends). They seem to have 2 spas in the same location which was a little confusing but both were equally nice. It's not overly fancy and the walls are a little thin so you can hear people talking or laughing in other rooms or sometimes cars passing by. I only say that so you are prepared. For someone like me it didn't matter. I got lost in the massage and the soft spa music drowned out most of the noise. It's tucked away in a tiny warehouse-like strip mall so I understand why they are marketing a lot on Groupon. I wouldn't doubt it will get even more popular so take advantage! Few tips for you turn cell phone off don't want your phone ringing or vibrating to ruin your concentration or hers while their doing their job, call in advance to schedule your appointment as it may become difficult to get a hold of the front desk.
