Time for my New Years mani-pedi! The door was opened for me by a gentleman as I walked up. I was greeted by 2 friendly ladies at the front desk. The lobby is pretty. A beautiful tree is there, dim lights and something yummy like mint and orange filled the air. I sat on the couch and filled out a sheet on covid and myself, then was promptly met by my nail person, Martha. We went into the well lit back room where nails are done. I was shone the colors, chose "give me space" and on we went. Martha is sweet and fun to chat with. I like to practice my Spanish and she was happy to accommodate. It was chilly so she pulled out a soft blanket and wrapped it around my shoulders. My fingers look fantastic and she put a lot of care into my feet, too. Everyone was very friendly. I booked a session for my senior mom who'd been suffering from depression. It was the best thing I have ever treated her with. She loved the facial, massage, and foot scrub, and was made feel special, young, and pretty. She walked out with a big smile on her face saying how well she was treated and care for. The place is meticulously clean, and as you walk in you will be welcomed by a nice refreshing scent. Highly recommended. read more

I came over here to redeem a Groupon voucher that I bought, and I really came here with very low expectations (not because of the place but because of me buying the Groupon, lately I haven't had good experiences with places out of Groupon), but oh I was wrong. This place looks like a very high end spa, the ambience is so relaxing, quiet, and beautiful, the staff members are just amazing, so helpful, so knowledgeable, and so sweet. It took me a while to find them because they are inside the yellowish building, and not where the little mall is, but once you know that then it does not take that much to get there. Liliana was my manicurist, and she is MARVELOUS! She is so good, so accommodating, she knows what colors are the best for you, and she takes the time to show you. My husband bought a couples massage and facial Groupon for my birthday and we absolutely loved this place! It was a little difficult/confusing to find since they recently moved but, I'm sure that will change once they are in the permanent location for some time. Aside from that, Bellisima was a pleasure to come to. My husband was weary about coming to a spa to begin with but, knew I wanted this for quite some time. He actually enjoyed it so much more than expected. The staff was so sweet and welcoming. They made sure we were comfortable the entire time and even set up a nice birthday celebration table for both of us to enjoy fruit, wine and a cupcake. The experience was so lovely and the facility is extremely clean, inviting and intimate. We left feeling unbelievably relaxed. I'm so happy to have a spa like this close to home. read more

I'll start with the positives. Everyone is very nice and friendly. The atmosphere is serene and relaxing. The wine is delicious and the strawberries were fresh and a great pairing with the wine. However, we purchased a Groupon for a 60 minute massage, signature facial, and wine and fruit. My thoughts were we would have a full 60-minute massage, then a facial. The massage and facial were combined so we barely got a 30 minute massage out of this. There was a lot of movement and preparation before and during the session. We'd love to find a massage place that did anything more than give you an oil rub down. This was an oil rub down and forearm rub. There was no real massage. The facial was decent, with recommendations for additional treatments. Thanks but we won't be returning , even with a Groupon. Also. They ask you to rate your experience, while watching you so I did not leave a completely honest review with them. read more

I was really pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed the services! I'm weird about being touched and self conscious about my skin, both on my face AND back, and I felt very comfortable with both technicians. I would recommend Bellisima and go back, hands down. I went today for a 60 minute massage, 20 minute facial with a glass of sweet white wine and chocolate covered strawberries. The regular price is $175 and well worth it. The ambiance is comfortable, mellow and stress-free with the low multi-colored lights and soft music. The ladies are very friendly, accommodating and welcoming. A tray of wine and chocolate strawberries greets you when you arrive. The rooms are much the same; clean and fresh with a water feature, soft music and low lit multi-colored lights. The facial was very good using sponges, layers of cleansing, toning and moisturizing. There was very gentle stokes with massaging. The products have incredible scents, particularly one of the toners was a light citrus but the final moisturizer was aromatherapy at it's best. The massage was probably the best I've ever had. It includes some lymphatic drainage, cellulite breakdown, deep tissue and hot stones. I can't wait to go back. read more

I bought a groupon for laser hair removal on my underarms. I saw excellent results after 1 session (I purchased 6). Since I had such good results I purchased another groupon for the Brazilian Bikini Laser. At this point I have had 5 sessions on the underarms and they barely grow at all, just a bit of fuzz. I have had 4 (out of 6) on my Bikini area and the hair has really thinned out a lot. The technician is excellent. She's friendly and makes me feel comfortable. I dropped 1 star because the receptionist is terrible. Sometimes she's smoking outside and the spa looks abandoned. She misspelled my name. She called me at 5:05 saying I was late for my 5 pm appointment when my appointment was at 5:30 (the confirmation said 5:30). Also, they have moved to a much nicer space in the same complex and the receptionist said she let everyone know but I didn't and went to the old location. The new location is going to be great and if they either train the receptionist better or hire a new one I would change my review to 5 stars. read more

To try and book an appointment is very difficult with this spa. My mother, sister and I wanted to try this location a few weeks ago. My mother called to make an appointment for all of us but was told that there was only one technician on Saturday's so we each had to go at a different time. We didn't mind so my mom made the appointment over the phone. My mom had the first appointment but when she arrived the owner said there was no appointment made and apologized for the confusion. My mom was given a gift card to come back and try it. So on November 23rd we made another appointment and received confirmation. The two technicians that did my nails, my moms and sisters were amazing. Liz did my nails and was amazing! They were the reason we booked our next appointment in December. I made my appointment during the week since my lady did not work the weekends usually and I was told that they open later if they had the laser technician working. Perfect since I leave work late and I can make it at 6:00pm. The lady who worked the front confirmed and made my appointment for Tuesday at 6pm. Now almost two weeks later I get a call from the same lady who booked my appointment saying "we aren't open at 6pm and I'm not sure who took this appointment" and asked if I can come at 5pm. I explained exactly what she told me in person about certain days staying open later... she just said oh no can you come in earlier. I couldn't so I just canceled my appointment altogether. I told my mom right after that I'm done with the place since they never can get an appointment right. Soon enough my mom received a call about her confirmation and she asked the receptionist the same question about my appointment. She received the same answer. So my mom ended up canceling hers too since it was the same lady we spoke to in person and made the appointment with. Just overall bad experience in booking, shame since the nail technicians were great. read more
