I don't know if I would've necessarily visited this center had it not been for a Groupon my husband purchased for me. I called for an appointment for my 60 minute massage and was pleasantly surprised that they accepted my Groupon on a Saturday. Upon arrival, I realized that this center offered things like Botox and other kinds of beauty and body treatments. Although it had a very spa-like smell, it didn't feel like one. There were products everywhere and the lighting was very cold and more medical than cozy. I went to use the restroom before my appointment began but both bathrooms were down for maintenance...what a bad one. The room where I had my massage was a little more lit up than I like for my massage, with that same cold feeling from the reception area. I know that this center is for overall wellness but I'd recommend catering each room to the service. Maybe dim the lighting for massage appointments. My masseuse was Maria. She was extremely kind and very personable. She got to know me and asked questions about my problem areas which led to conversations about our families. It was very nice to talk to her and it was a very comforting feeling; like speaking to someone you've known for years. You could tell that she was very skilled and knew just how to get the knots out which I very much needed and appreciated. When she was finished, she politely stepped out of the room and I noticed the time and saw that she shaved about 10 minutes off which was disappointing because I would've loved another 10 minutes of her incredible massage. I had no difficulties checking out; they quickly applied my Groupon deal, explained their services and handed me a brochure to look over if I was interested. Everyone was very kind and easy to work with. Overall, I was underwhelmed. Nothing stood out, but nothing was necessarily wrong either. My massage, although cut short, was very good and my masseuse was very skilled. I'm still on the fence on whether to come back, but for now I'm keeping the brochure in my purse as the prices were very doable! read more

Very displeased with everything, starting from the followup call to the scheduling, to being on time for my appt and there was no botox because it was put as a consultation... willing to pay for 50 units and there is no botox .... I work till 5pm and no sooner appt.... Today is 6/25 and this friday the only opening is at 1... i work ... I wasted gas .. and the previous time i came i was very upset with my results and no one told me to come back for a followup... very very displeased. read more

This place was decent at first but falling apart The prices went up which isn't a problem but poor quality isn't okay. Rude staff isn't okay. You don't get a full hour of massages I'd say 35-40 and the massage therapist will complain the whole time and talk your ears off. Not worth it read more

I came here with a Groupon special for a Mother's Day gift for my mom and myself. The facility is kept clean, the receptionist is nice and helpful. I really enjoyed the place is kept quiet, but what I do not like is that once you're inside the room to have your facial and massage the temperature is warm and the soothing music is too low. Those are the only 2 things I would change to make it a 5. The room temperature need to be cooler and soothing music a tad higher. Both the lady that did my Swedish Massage and facial were very efficient and nice. The Groupon deal was wonderful about $90 for both 50 minute deep cleaning facial and 50 minute Swedish Massage. The parking lot is busy, but they have plenty of spaces. I can see myself going back for another massage and facial. read more

It is an okay place. I've come a few times because of the distance from home, however, the young lady in the front barely acknowledges the clients. This last visit I waited over an hour for my treatment and never once did she address me to inform let me know how much longer I'd have to wait. I left very disappointed due to the very long wait. I usually come in and wait twenty minutes. This time I was late heading back to work. I hope that if I have to come back here again they do take into consideration that we pay for a service which is scheduled at a specific time and the client's time should be respected. read more

STAY AWAY!!!!! I originally came here because I got a Groupon. I got talked into a membership because it seemed like a good deal. You could get massages, pay an extra fee and do facials or transfer the service to someone else. Long story short: these people are thieves. Even after you've canceled they continue to charge your card month after month. My membership was for six months and because I lost my debit card and they didn't have my new one on file I apparently had a balance. I paid for six months, and only went three times and transferred two to my mom, therefore there is one massage left. I have all of the times I have charged screenshot from my bank and THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME A SERVICE THAT I PAID FOR. Khalil is an amazing therapist but these people so unprofessional and truly a disgrace denying someone for something they paid for!! Shameful! Wanted a massage and was searching thru my living social act and groupon and stumbled on this place that was right across from my job. I called them and they told me that first massage for 60 minute was $29. What a deal!!! They just had a cancellation and it was on a Saturday at 10am but, that it was a male masseuse. I appreciated that they asked me because sometimes clients could be uncomfortable with that and i didnt mind at all. When i got there they had me choose for an extra $3 or $5 aromatherapy (optional). I choose a eucalyptus that was $3. Not worth it thou. The therapist was awesome and asked for my worry spots and what i was comfortable with. My massage was great and then was sent back to the lobby where they offer monthly packets where you can come for services. Overall a good spot. read more

The wellness center is my go to for massages and facials. As a member, the pricing cannot be beat. Nayi is my massage therapist and she knows what she's doing. I exercise often, so I do sport and deep tissue massages with her and I always leave feeling relieved and alleviated. Nancy is my facialist. She understand my skins need and doesn't try to have me do treatments that won't benefit me. She always recommends the best products for my skin also. First and foremost, the ONLY reason this place is getting 1 star from me is because on one or two occasions I have lucked out with a decent therapist, and I don't think they should be penalized. Now here goes: I WAS a member of this spa (if you would call it that). Every single time I would call to book, they were "booked" for weeks ahead. They suggested that I book my appts far in advance. I explained that my work schedule differs from one week to the next, so that would be impossible for me. I mean, I have had Spa services at The MayFair, Trump Resort, Massage Envy, etc., and I never had to book WEEKS in advance. I decided to cancel my membership when I had 3 months (out of a 1 yr membership) remaining. HOWEVER, I felt that it was only right for me to try and use the massages I had accumulated and not yet used. They said if I cancel I forfeit the massages I had left over. Soooo I cancelled the debit card that was linked to my monthly membership and went in for a massage. I started receiving phone calls from an attorney for my remaining balance of roughly $150.00. SERIOUSLY? Where do you find an attorney to take over a case where the balance is $150.00?! LOL. (sorry, just had to). Here is my question....If they are TOO BUSY for their members, why are they promoting on Groupon, Living Social, and even handing out street flyers for new clients? Aren't they too busy with the ones they have? This place always gave me a weird feeling, regardless. STAY AWAY! I like getting my body pampered, I've been to fancy spas like Fountainebleau, as well as $20/hr massage in LA, and find good and bad ones at both end of the spectrum. At this place, the staff is nice enough but the skill is really mediocre. What I hate is how they just leave the ceiling with the typical white panels and fluorescent light you see in offices. The glaring light was most unpleasant to my eyes and they did not offer me any cover. Whoever designed this place had no clue what a good spa experience should be like. Extremely happy! Best place for botox and fillers. Affordable, not a long wait, clean, and nice people. Well over 6 months after Dysport and still don't need a retouch. Of course, everyone will metabolize​ ​injectables differently. I was very scared to get undereye fillers done for puffiness, but it worked instantly and I only need a little minor touch up now, 6 months later. Fillers were great, did have to take pain meds the first two days, but that happens. Thankfully, I don't metabolize fillers quickly. Still going strong. Looks like a lot of the negative reviews are on massages. I've never had one there. I do want to go back for PRP vampire facial and the vitamin iv infusion. Will report back. read more

Just had my deep tissue massage & microdermabrasion facial peel and feel like a new woman!!! When you get a massage get the eucalyptus aromatherapy it just takes the whole experience over the top. The place is always clean smells very nice, but the chair cushions on the waiting area are stained which makes me not want to sit. I usually stay standing waiting for my technician to get me. Save your money! Do NOT go here to get any sort of lip filler or Botox! The doctor has no idea what he's doing or what beauty is. I brought in a photo told him and his assistant what I wanted. What happened afterwards was a nightmare. He started to give me the lips HE wanted. He kept saying mas aquí para darle un poquito. He injected the center of my upper lips a total of 7-8 times creating BALLS of filler even after I told him to stop and that that's not at all what I asked for but he kept saying it was beautifu. all he did was give me un proportionate and horribly distorted lips. I went back to try and fix this and he was upset and began to defend himself. This mad should never ever be allowed to touch a woman's face ever again! I still can not fix my lips after what he did. Buyer be aware! This place is a scam. I had dysport done and paid over $400 for 3 areas. I was promised results for that area. I returned for follow up and left there bruised up, and with only minor improvement. I made yet another appointment because I had paid $400 and was told me that If i wanted more I had to pay for another treatment. They promised results for the areas I purchased and then just tried to sell me more and other fillers at that point. Also be aware physician assistant doesn't not know what she is doing and the possible (owner) is a medical assistant that does procedures and makes all the final choices. They seem very nice and promise you the world but really don't know what they are doing and they come in with syringes prepared so you don't know what you are getting. Btw I have been doing Botox, Dysport and fillers for about 10 years and have never encountered this. I also had a few bruises and some that were not in an area that Dysport should have been injected. The administration of this place is horrible! My husband & I specifically requested female therapists, and at the day of the massage, they switched us for one male & one female therapist. Apparently, the lady that took our appt forgot to write in notes, that we prefer female therapist. We would've walked out, but we had a Groupon & already wasted our time to come to our appt on our day off. In addition, The lady in the front gave my husband an aromatherapy tube & told him "here is something for ur troubles, it's on us", which was included in our Groupon. We wouldn't return! The first appointment was okay. I got a 6 month prepaid membership to do facials. For what I pay I think the least they can do is call to confirm or cancel my appointment as any*** other spa does. I recently had to change my phone and lost my booking information with my calendar. --They never confirmed my appointment but I got the quickest $20 fee for an appointment I NEVER confirmed. I called -- (they ALWAYS leave me on hold... one time I had to hand up and call AGAIN****) I asked for a courtesy refund on the fee--- & they have to "check and see if this is possible" and as I cancelled my monthly membership, I was told I would receive an email with my cancelation information as well as the treatments I had left. Still no email & what is worst, I have to waste more of my time to call again, request my refund, ask for an appointment and thanks to their horrible customer service-- I have to write down**** my appointments. in 2020 I have to write down my own appointments --- But they charge 2020 prices.
