I walk in and am greeted by a really nice receptionist, the decor isn't high end but I care more about the services than decor anyways. The woman who did my facial spoke very, very limited English but was kind and did try. Although it was a fear of mine since I've never had a facial before. I watched a few YouTube tutorials and heard about some of my friends experiences so I wanted to know everything that was happening/being put on my face. But, I didn't quite get that :( After the general cleansing of my face from my makeup, she puts a mask and the mister which made it a little hard for me to breathe (is that normal?) afterwards she proceeded with the extractions! Then, another mask, tiny hand massage and some different creams on my face which I wish I knew what they were! It lasted the full hour and maybe a few extra minutes. In the end, my face felt clean, delicate and soft! It was an enjoyable experience for the most part (besides having a hard time breathing)! The woman tried her best to talk to me, I don't take it offensively when someone can't speak English I just think it's somewhat essential in a service like this.

Her location is a little outdated, it looks gloomy, and furniture/setup is okay. One major turn off is that if your her first client of the day she runs about 10-15 minutes late which has happened to me 3 times already. I suggest you text her 15min before your appointment and ask if she's there so she knows you already knows and moves to it. I have a feeling she lives close to her salon. Also, she lacks in explaining every little thing she's putting on you. Again I've been going off and on cause it's cheap and she's nice, but she's not my #1 spot to choice for facials. I was in town on a little birthday R&R weekend after going through some stressful family stuff the…read morelast few months and wanted to treat myself to a bit of a spa experience. I did a search on Yelp and saw the rave reviews for Bodies Kneaded and the playful marketing they had (very pro Miss Piggy and drag queens, tbh) and decided to reach out. They had a text number on their website so I sent a message from the airport waiting for my flight to start boarding and by the time I was in my seat I had booked 2.5 hours the next day for a massage and facial. Now, this is not a traditional spa experience. It's relaxing and artsy and not the minimalist aesthetic you find in a lot of places. But I loved that about it. I'm here for the treatments first and foremost and those were amazing. Stewart is great! The massage? One of the best I've ever had. Truly. Because of the family stuff I've been going through my back was a field of stress knots and he worked them all out. I mentioned needing a little extra work in spots and he complied and also eased up the pressure perfectly when I had a few more tender areas. I had the deluxe massage which also included gentle cupping (effecting but also didn't leave any marks) and hot stones. It was great! My winter Michigan skin was also a dry mess. Before this I had been so embarrassed to even put on any makeup because it just immediately started flaking. He used an oxygen facial tool which did a great job of exfoliating all those extremely dry spots, including one really red spot I had on my cheek for a few weeks. When I left my sensitive skin was definitely a little on the ruddy side but trust the process! Within 48 hours it was all gone and my skin tone was even and glowing. When I got back to Michigan I had a few dry spots return but he set me up with success and after a few days of using some of the recommended oils things mellowed out. I feel so much more confident about my skin now! Also, Stewart is a gem. So kind and was sending me great recommendations for the neighborhood even before I even stepped foot in Florida! He was so kind and attentive during the session and was open to chatting a bit but also gave me the space to relax and zone out a bit which I appreciated. The two treatments together were significantly less than I would have paid at my hotel spa as well. Very reasonably priced for Miami Beach for sure! You can get a full medical work up in his office next door then take the back passage to the spa. While there you can have the usual spa procedures in addition to yoga, pilates, acupuncture, aromatherapy, wellness and fitness planning, dieting plan... After being recommended two peptides by their in-house doctor, I trusted their advice only to end up hospitalized after months of use. I later discovered these peptides should have never been prescribed to someone with my medical history. What makes this worse is the complete lack of accountability from the staff and ownership. For months, I was told that I would be credited $1,800 for the unopened vials multiple employees confirmed this. But once I followed up on the refund, I was met with nothing but runaround responses, delays, and ultimately, flat-out disrespect. The final straw? The OWNER himself got on the phone with me and, instead of helping resolve the situation professionally, aggressively cursed me out. He told me to "go f*** myself" and sarcastically dared me to "do whatever I want." This is the level of professionalism you can expect from Elevate Miami. Their behavior is not just unethical it's dangerous. Recommending peptides that led to hospitalization, lying about credits, and having a business owner verbally abuse a paying customer is beyond unacceptable. If you value your health, your money, and basic human decency, STAY FAR AWAY from this place. There are far better, safer, and more professional clinics out there. I've had done my Botox for the first time and Doctor Ancizar made me very comfortable, he is amazing , sweet and caring person . I'm super happy with my results .
