Today was one of those days that they switched the nail tech on me, it's not the first time they've done that. Overall, the atmosphere is great. My nails always come out on point. I would also say that it is extremely relaxing imo. When you get your toes done the chairs have built in massage equipment. I usually don't use this feature because I get overstimulated. I called them and they made time for me even though it was almost Thanksgiving and they were booked. Ever since then I have visited two more times and they never fail to please this busy working mom. My tips have all been tended to by Mile, Rossi and Jennis and I must say they are all great techs. I've sent people their way and at least one has made this her go-to nail care spot. Front desk is always polite and always offers a choice of refreshments. Prices are exceptionally good, especially considering the quality of the work and the beautiful ambience. The pedicure was extremely uncomfortable as my legs cramped from being stretched and propped on her lap. The water inside the portable foot soaker was lukewarm and there was no foot massaging involved. The pedicure was done in less than 15 minutes. Definitely not worth the price charged. But "how much was the pedicure?" you may ask... I have no idea, as prices are not listed. I was charged $75 for tip removal/gel manicure/pedicure and sent on my way. Needless to say, I won't be returning. BTW, I suppose the offer of a beverage is reserved for special customers, as I witnessed others receiving wine and cups of coffee/tea.
