May is my new favorite nail tech. I sent them a DM on instagram and they responded quickly and made space for me to come in for a full set and polish change on my toes. When I arrived, I waited about 5 mins for May to finish up with the client that was there before I sat down. I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted for extensions, but she explained my options and we decided on acrylic. Let me tell you, May is the fastest nail tech I've ever seen. I showed her a picture and she did it and added a little extra to make it even better. And to top it all off, I got a full set with a design and stones and a gel polish change on my toes for $80. I've paid $45 for trash polish changes on my toes that barely last a week. It has been almost a month and there is not even a chip on my nails. I was OBSESSED with my nails and I can't wait to go back again! read more

Literally is horrible Customer Service and a lot of discrimination when it comes to the color of your skin. I really hate that this nail salon is run by someone who is races regardless if you are Spanish, white or African-American. You want to make customers very happy about the work that you do and not the other way around. The vibe was very off. There was not a warm, welcoming at all. It felt like a hostile place that I wouldn't even take my younger nieces to. I requested a simple Medi and Pedi. My experience here wasn't the best . I have been to better nail shop . I should of went with my gut when I first walked into the nail shop . I told them I wanted dip on my nails and gel polish change on my toes . First statement should be made that , I attended cosmetology school just as they did, which means I know the proper way to do all services. When I first sat down in the chair the lady didn't really speak much English so I had to get another person to translate . As the process of dip goes , gel top coat is not supposed to be on dip powder. There is a specific top coat for dip and it's not Gel, Gel top coat goes on gel polish, not dip powder . There are a lot of nail shops that like to put gel top coat on dip powder because they are in a rush and it's cheaper . I told the lady that I didn't want gel top coat on my nails because it peels off , hence it would because it's not the right product for dip. Other employee had to tell her the steps to dip . If you are a licensed cosmetologist you should know how to do dip powder ,nobody should have to tell you! I asked the other lady that was translating , did she know what I was talking about because if she didn't , I would go to another nail shop . During the process I felt as the lady was rushing because she was ready to go and she was rough. I don't feel that if someone is paying there hard earned money you should rush their service . My nails didn't look the best because it has a rough look to it because she put regular nail polish top coat instead of dip top coat (which isn't gel) There is a top coat for dip. To top it off in the end , the lady asked me did I have zelle which I don't zelle to an establishment that should have card payment . She then said well there is a 3% fee of your total just because you pay with card . This is the cheapest nail shop I have ever been to . I have never been to a nail shop that charges a fee of your total. I told the lady they should let people know that before they start getting there nails done , to give people the option of staying or not . I won't be coming back to this nail. read more

first off This experience was completely unprofessional my apt was at 5 i got there and the place was full i didn't have a problem with it because i made an apt she had me wait OVER an hour even tho i had an apt soon then she tells me to sit on a chair she then starts to do my set and another set AT THE SAME TIME she got on my set for 5 mins then left to the other lady . i told her to fix my nail because it was crooked she then tells me " if ur not a nail tech don't try and correct me" When the nail was clearly crooked she left me with just a base for over and went back to the other person . she told me to get out the chair and she went to finish the other ladies set she had me waiting another half an hour . SHE then goes to start her pedicure knowing i'm still waiting . SHE then goes to wax her eyebrows knowing i'm still waiting everything was so unprofessional and i was not going to pay for that . She charges the other people and i tell her to take my set off . she puts my nails in the same actitone she had the last soak off in i just walk out . i don't recommend comming here unless you want to be here for 6 hours + look at the pictures to end my statement don't get wrong may does great nails if she is not in a hurry but it's THE SERVICE THATS SUCKS read more
