Regarding your "investigation" into security footage: what a camera cannot capture is the lack of communication and the feeling of being treated like an object rather than a client. As someone who is deaf but uses a cochlear implant, I tried my best to communicate, but being physically pushed across the floor in my chair without a single word of warning or eye contact is not an "adjustment"--it is demeaning and startling. In professional client relations, the standard should be to get up, approach the client, and engage directly. Expecting me to hear a "detailed explanation" shouted from another station while my assigned technician was looking at their cell phone is not an accommodation; it is a lack of respect. Security footage also cannot record the snickering I encountered when seeking clarification on whether the service was complete. Furthermore, your staff provided three different price points during my visit ($40, then $65, then $30). Pointing to a posted list does not excuse the confusion caused by your staff's inability or unwillingness to communicate clearly. Kindness and accessibility matter. I hope you as management - takes this feedback seriously and invests in training their staff to properly engage with clients who have different challenges. I've gone off and on for a few years because they're very convenient, right off the turnpike and near a supermarket in case you're supposed to pick up milk on the way home. For the last year I've made my appointments exclusively with Ryan, He's great and I can text him to get an appointment time. They're open on Sundays and Gel Mani/Regular Pedi is $55. When I walked in I was promptly greeted by my sweet and friendly manicurist, I promptly selected my colors for my pedicure and manicure. She took me to the back to start my pedicure, she turned on the massage chair. Seriously, amazing. Throughout the whole pedicure we chatted about her kids and plants, she is such a lovely person and very friendly. Very Mediocre Mani Pedi. My feet looked fine but my hands looked bad. My cuticle was cut too deep on multiple fingers and I starting bleeding from at least two. Fingers weren't painted well and he left the excess nail polish on my fingers and never wiped it off. My mom went with me and she liked her mani pedi. I came here unplanned because my normal nail lady had an emergency and had to cancel my appointment and I needed my nails done. I didn't have an appointment, so I waited over 30 minutes. I was getting ready to leave because my gut told me to, but they were able to see me as soon as I was ready to walk out the door. The nail tech was really nice, so I felt bad but she did a HORRIBLE job. I told her which color I wanted (gel mani and regular pedi) I wasn't wearing my glasses so my feet looked fine. However when she did my manicure for whatever reason, she didn't apply the polish good. It was too light and very streaky. She even applied 3 coats, but it still looked bad. There were also a few bubbles she had to fix, and the nails ended up looking even worse. She also didn't apply the polish all the way to the side so you can see some nail, and didn't clean up the excess polish well. Not only that, but the colors don't match, my feet and hands are different colors. I didn't say anything because I was there over 2 hours and just wanted to leave because the chemical smell is very strong in the salon. I definitely will not be returning. Waste of money read more

This is less than a day since I got them done. * My toes look like they were done by a child. * The cuticles and skin on the side of my nails and toes look like they were cut with nail clippers. Went Saturday for a pedicure and manicure. The guy John was very rough. The tools were pulled out from under a towel and the water had already been in the bowl. I found it weird. Well I woke up today (Monday) to an infected toe with puss. When he did my manicure, he did it dry, didn't even have me soak my hands. Clearly this place is not clean or sanitary. This is why you should never get a mani pedi at a mall. Spent 55 dollars just to get an infection. read more

He is "picky" in all of the right ways and he takes the extra time to make sure everything is perfect. You won't ever be disappointed after leaving his chair - best mani/pedis I've ever had. Ever. I'm not one to get acrylics or funky designs or even the manicure where a fingernail is a different color. I like a good solid color manicure, the wildest I go is French. With that said, it's not too hard for me to find a good place for one. I do get gel/shellac manicures because I'm an art teacher and work with ceramics often, so what's important to me is: how long my manicure lasts, color options, comfort, speed, etc. Kelly is the saving grace of this spot. If you're thinking of getting a gel mani with anyone else from here - don't. Well maybe Annie if you're really desperate. Kelly's manicures last two weeks, none of my nails break, they actually end up stronger than before, and she's the sweetest. Whenever I've needed a mani asap and she's unavailable, my nails break and the gel does not last. It'd be a 1 without Kelly. However, my gel nails chipped within 3 days, though I did nothing that I don't usually do- and from other places, my gel has lasted much closer to 2 weeks.
