I didn't mind and went with another stylist, Luz. She was so sweet and amazing! I have thick hair and my hair had absolutely no shape. She really made my hair feel and look beautiful! It was the best decision I made. I definitely recommend Luz. She asked for photo references and it looked just like the photo! She pays attention to detail. I cannot wait to go back in a few months. When I arrived for my appointment, the staff was friendly and offered me coffee. Alejandra was very welcoming, friendly, and listened to my requests. She gave me a balayage on my natural undyed hair and the results were amazing! She was very thorough and attentive to all of my questions throughout the process. I found this location on Yelp while visiting family. I walked- in for a manipulation and pedicure for me and my Mom. There was only one tech available, AND she was wonderful. There wasn't time at the moment, so we went next door for food. The location is nicely designed and VERY clean. We received white wine in flutes and our tech, who was recently from Cuba and only spoke Spanish, was VERY good and gentle. We both received gel manicures and regular pedicures. The owner is amazing! The salon is modern and the music and TVs are playing relaxing ambience. They were able to accommodate me on short notice. Gaby was my stylist and she made me feel at ease through the whole process. I'm brunette going blonde and getting rid of previous hair dyes that turn orange/ brassy can be a challenge. I actually found this place after visiting the coffee shop in this shopping center. I was greeted at the door and was attended to promptly. My manicurist, Gaby, is legit the GOAT-- and I say that very seldom. She is meticulous, knowledgeable and an expert at her craft. I have only found one other manicurist to this caliber and she's in Orlando lol. Will definitely be a regular here now so long as Gaby is there. I also loved the salon. Very chic, trendy, and there's a salon pup who is the most handsome boy and he honestly made my experience so much better lol. Who doesn't love dogs?! Anyway, I had a gel mani and regular pedi done. Really nice place, I've been looking for a while for a good nail salon, btw this is a Regular salon and they have only 2 technicians for manicures, but scheduling is super easy, the first time I went I had my nails done by Arasay, and have continued making my appointments with her, I really like how she does my manicure and pedicure, she's not harsh on my feet with the stone and I love that, she know exactly how much is needed, and I love that they don't use the electric machines to file your calluses, I only have very few spots, and I don't need to create more, which is what happens when you file unnecessary places. As per my manicure, my nails look absolutely beautiful, I only do gel, and they look so natural, like never before!!! I'm from Hawaii and my Wife is from Germany. We are new to the area and don't speak Spanish (we are learning though) but she speaks perfect English. I had an amazing experience at this salon, I had an appointment and from the moment I walked in they were ready to start with me. Nice, professional staff. I was offered a glass of wine while y hair was being done and another while my nails were getting done. Mike was may hair dresser and he was amazing! He washed my hair and massaged my head thoroughly. He took his time combing my hair and then flat ironing the roots and then doing waves that lasted all weekend.... He was amazing!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! I went to get my hair blowdried and curled for my first day of senior year. When the lady (Greter P.) started to curl my hair, my hair was not fully dry and the iron was on full heat with no heat protection. I left the salon with my hair fried off. My hair smelled burnt and the hair from my chin down is completely fried. I had just gotten my hair cut about 6 inches a week prior so it was very healthy and strong and I have never dyed my hair or touched my hair with any chemicals. I am now dealing with my hair permanently being brittle and fried. They did give me a full refund and told me to go back in for a hair treatment that would "fix it" but it did nothing. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemy. DO NOT GO HERE! read more

Okay so I was superrr nervous about coming to get my hair cut since the specific cut required a technique that wasn't well known and frankly I've had so many experiences with old ladies who give my hair a terrible haircut every-time i ask for something a little trendy or modern that i was contemplating doing it myself.
