My ultimate happy place! I came across Lashhouzz through Laura Villas Instagram and I am SO happy I did. Melissa (and the entire Lashhouzz team) have an impeccable eye for detail. I've been going to Melissa for almost a year now and every single time she takes her time to outline the areas around the eyebrows. Melissa takes the time to get to know her customers and actually cares about them, and I always leave the salon feeling like a brand new person. I also really appreciated that during my first visit, Melissa checked in about the products I use on my face (such as retinol) as she uses Wax to shape and clean my brows. The salon is impeccably clean, there is so much parking in the shopping center, and my favorite part (among hundreds) is how incredibly punctual the salon is run. I have never arrived and had to wait past my appointment and they send many many reminders about your scheduled appointment time. She takes her time and is very meticulous to ensure every tiny hair is removed. I love their technique which includes using a tinted thread to measure out the brows to ensure they're even. i was first a client of lashhouzz when they were in their small studio next to the gym & then i became a lash tech after a course with melissa once they moved to the 128th location. a year later I left to go to school for MRI & to this day I am still a client. Before I was a lash tech I didn't understand a lot of things when it came to lash placement or lash care but then I understood why LASHHOUZZ stud out from everyone else. Since you walk into the door they are always so welcoming it's like you are having a date with your girls. Now they have a coffee station (was very much needed when I worked there so i'm jealous), it's always clean, they take care of your lashes as well as make sure all the instruments are sanitized properly before and after each client. The customer service is impeccable, I have gone to other lash places before and after i worked there because sometimes they are super booked but every time i go back i see the difference from texture to placement & that's why lashhouzz is the best. On top of that they put so much love onto everything, they always go above and beyond for their clients & you get your money's worth. My mom also got her powder brows done by Melissa, she's never done anything to her face at all, she barely even wears makeup but her eyebrows were super thin & light so I obviously recommend my mom to the best & mom's words (melissa let me have my moment to make sure i actually loved the design and she walked me through the whole process making sure I wasn't nervous, she made sure that everything was symmetrical multiple time & checked that it was the perfect color for me), basically I have recommended all my friends to Lashhouzz & they all love it as well.
