This is my 4th time and place getting my eyebrows microbladed (semi permanent tattoo). Hawaii, DC, Texas and now Florida. I've been getting them tattooed for over 12yrs and each time I've done my due diligence in doing extensive research before getting them done. Elizabeth was highly recommended by 2 people who have gotten work done by her and I must say she did an INCREDIBLE job with their eyebrows. Seeing is believing. September 2023 Needed to do something for myself. And I don't remember what I was searching in Yelp for but I landed on the London's Brows Website. It then redirected me to the instagram page. And as I toggled between the website and the instagram page, something told me to just do it. I think the transparency and the ease of online consultation request helped give me the courage to go for it. I sent the photos of my brows and requested to see Yan and like not even 5 minutes, I received a call and a text from Elizabeth and the rest was history. I booked for an appointment with her brow technician, Yan, because booking the owner herself is like VIP. I researched Yan's page and I was very impressed. I looked forward to my appointment. The entire experience, from start to finish, was great. The first time I spoke with Elizabeth, I immediately felt her positive energy and she assured me that my concerns especially with the pain and healing process. It was like talking to a friend so is just as excited as I was to be doing this for myself. On the day of my appointment, I met Yan and I loved him instantly. He spoke little English but he tried and Elizabeth was there to translate every step. Yan's hands were light, gently and graceful. He made sure I was comfortable the entire time and at the end, I got exactly what I wanted. I wanted a more natural, airy individual hair line look, not the outlined and filled out look. I was sent home with a home care kit. And as soon as I got home, my mom was sold! I scheduled her appointment around the same time of my 6 weeks touch up. And Yan took extra care of her because her pain tolerance was a lot less and he was applying that numbing cream for her. It's been about a year and I still can't believe I waited this long to do this for myself. Yan is unfortunately no longer there. But this experience had been so great and I would encourage you to give it a try. Elizabeth's establishment is beautiful, clean, minimal and sleek. I brought my son and he comfortably waited for me at her beautiful waiting area. I don't give out many 5s but this experience deserves it. read more

I'm willing to pay for good service, that's why I came back to you. But this time (Elizabeth Narvarez ) you did a terrible job... you did it on purpose. You usually do a great job, and what you did this time was awful. You left my eyebrows very dark and thin; even the shape of my eyebrows isn't nice. I feel so bad about this work. I have an event coming up, and I feel terrible. It's ridiculous that I paid so much for such a shoddy job. I know you did it on purpose; you're very prejudiced. You think you belong to a different social class. Even so, I liked your work, that's why I came back without judging your awful attitude. I recommend you put more love into what you do, regardless of who you're doing it for. I'm sorry for this but I'm very disappointed. read more

I do my nails next door so I stopped by and gave them a chance. The location itself is nice. It's clean, and modern. I requested just a shaping. I have thick eyebrows which are nice and full so I didn't think it would be a big deal. Long story short, they butchered my eyebrows: the shape was not only terrible but they made them soooooo thin. It was horrible. Nonetheless I paid and left. Then, I get a random appointment reminder a few days later to my email they set up on their own. Like how do you that? Lets start by saying a picture speaks more than words... so here it is. First of all this was my first time ever visiting this place. I asked to have my eyebrows waxed. The owner herself did them and I was left pretty much exactly how I came in. I didnt like the results and she could tell. I asked what my options were and I was told she couldnt rewax and that my only option was to wait until the skin heal to be rewaxed. I didnt want to leave looking like I did. The eyebrows didnt even match. She offered to shave them but said that wasnt the best option. I asked her to fix them with a tweezer. She said ok but that it was going to take time... By that point she wasnt happy and made me feel very uncomfortable. She plucked and shaved- even though I didnt want them shaved. After 45 min I left not pleased at all with the end result as they dont look even at all. They are horrible. Afterwards I noticed one of my eyebrows was hurting when I checked come to find out i was BURNED. Not only were they done horribly but the attitude is unacceptable as customer service as I was paying and it wasnt something give for free. For sure wouldn't recommend and definitely not going back ever again. read more
