They offered complimentary amenities! Not basic stuff either First time I've ever had this level of service at a dentist, or any doctor. Erys was my hygienist. He was kind and explained everything to me. You can watch Netflix, Hulu, etc while waiting. You have your own dedicated TV. Dr. Villena saw me and put together a good plan for needed dental work. They have special technology to visualize bacteria attacking the teeth; the tech shows tooth health at each layer. Deering Dental is superior to a typical dental office. Very impressed. Flexible pricing with a discount for paying up front, in full. At the end, they gave me a welcome package. Including great dental products and my choice of a gift card The package is easily worth $50+. They offer this to their new customers. I was supposed to be seen in July. I needed to expedite my dental plan due to a filling from a (good) prior dentist coming out recently. I came in on June 9th for an evaluation. Velma--another hygienist--was thorough and nice. She and Dr. Pinto explained the urgency of my situation. They gave me specialized products to get my oral health back on track. Today, Dr. Pinto and Velma saved my wisdom tooth. I'm ok with Dr. Larry Vinuela, but I can not say the same about the receptionists/Clerical office. Their friendliness are not as genuine as they seem to be. When you confront them with accuracy of information that you are entitled to, they show a different side of them that is not pleasing nor a welcoming one. So, beware and watch out for hidden charges by the clerical staff. The struggles of having to deal with the office is not worth it. I have no piece of mind. I think just feeling ok at a dental office is enough for a red flag. I will be looking for another dental facility. I was seated right away and I told the lady that I preferred wax. She talked me into threading and promised the process would be painless with her - to give her a chance. Boy am I happy I did! Not only was this threading the least painful and bothersome I've ever had, the lady doing my brows was very skilled and moved very swiftly. When she finished and I looked in the mirror, I was so blown away by the shape of my eyebrows! I have pretty shapeless eyebrows; they grow completely straight. My face instantly reappeared from behind my bushy eyebrows and I became a threading believer. The pictures do the shape no justice. I came back to Get Brows on a Saturday and, although super busy, they were able to attend to everyone in a timely manner. My eyebrows didn't come out as amazing as they did the first time I came but they still look great. Definitely my new spot for eyebrows. I may even try a different service next time.
