It was not even close to the pictures that I sent over. At the end of the day, the curls fell out... all I did was work from home that day and avoided the outdoors or extraneous activities. She seemed inexperienced, but was kind. She told me she would send over pictures that she took, but never did. The response I received back from Gabby after providing my honest and transparent feedback was surprising and disappointing. She was backing up her stylist more than anything and had never even seen my hair. I was so turned off and it made me feel unhappy and not excited after knowing that my trial did not surpass my expectations and made me realize that this is not what I wanted for the day of my wedding. I went with another company and was SO pleased and the woman nailed it! Not everyone is perfect, but I highly recommend a trial because I was not even planning on a trial to begin with.
