I've been going to this spot for over a year and I have been so satisfied with the amazing attention to detail Amberys has for brows at such an affordable price. She keeps your natural shape but honestly does the best job on brows I have ever experienced. I went yesterday for the first time since the pandemic allowed for salons to reopen and I was so impressed. What has changed: * you must make and pre pay for your appointment in advance * no one but you and amnerys are in the salon at a time and she lets you in, opens the door and has no other clients or staff inside while you're there. * you must wear a mask. Booking my appointment online was super easy--the website was clear, straightforward, and gave me all the information I needed. On the day of my appointment, parking was a little tricky since the area can get busy, but once inside, I was greeted by a super cute and clean studio. I chose Ellie for my first visit (though there are other artists available), and I'm so glad I did. She was on time, polite, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about brows and lashes. The Front receptionist and I began talking after a while and I mentioned how I would've got mine done & she stopped me mid sentence exclaiming that she has someone who could take me right now. Of course I took her up on the offer and ended getting my brows tinted and cleaned up. The brow artist I had (sadly I don't remember her name) was so sweet and listened to exactly what I wanted instead of doing whatever she thought I needed. Needless to say, my brows came out amazing. I've gotten compliment after compliment because she did a really great job of making them look natural. She also gave me tips on maintaining them and what to use to help them grow in the places I have slight gaps. Another thing I noticed while I was sitting there waiting for my friend is that the brow artist wouldn't take her next appointment if let's say she was waiting 10 minutes for the tint to set on her 1st appointment. This is something I've experienced all the time and really dislike at salons because then you're stuck waiting till they're done with a person that came after you.
