Let me first start this review saying I work in the hospitality industry. So if I value anything in this world it is amazing service as it is my job to provide such. LISA LASH QUEEN - Lisa is my lash tech and I have NEVER had a negative experience with her. I work in a hot, sweaty environment a lot of the time and I was unsure about having false lashes. But as long as you follow the guidelines I'm happy to say they LAST! ATMOSPHERE - Walking into the shop Lisa always greets me with a smile and is prepared and ready. The appointment times are PRECISE and I've never had to wait. If you don't like laying flat she will give you a pillow to make you comfortable and the bed is always very clean. For context, I got the mix luxury lashes which a mix between classic and volume. The retention on the lashes are awesome so you get a bang for your buck. Let me start off by saying that I've gotten lash extensions in the past and over the last 2 years and never have my lashes looked so good. I've gone to Lisa for about 2-3 Times now and when we first met I kind of gave her an idea of what I wanted and boom, she made it come to life. I could not stop staring at my eyes. BEST place ever! I have been going here for +10 years and the quality is amazing! My lashes last 3-4 weeks, they are very clean, professional and kind. Please note that your lashes will last longer with proper maintenance. Lisa gives you all the information you need for your lashes to last. Also, if you sweat a lot or have natural oily skin, lashes may not last AS long - which has nothing to do with the lash tech. There was a threat of a hurricane coming the day that she was supposed to come to my house for the service. She said there was a lot of traffic and was not going to be able to make it on time, we kept pushing the appt for later, but she wasn't able to come. I asked for a refund, and she said that she refunded me. After a week of not receiving the refund, I reached out to her and she completely ignored me for days. I had to make a claim with my credit card in order to get my money back. I understand that she wasn't able to make it because of the weather/traffic, what's upsetting is that she said she would refund me, and then didn't and ghosted me. I asked my bank if she even tried to submit the refund (just in case it was still processing) and she hadn't. Once I submitted the claim and told her I was going to review her, then she responded to my messages with some stupid excuses. Don't trust her.

However, I am so so happy that I decided to go through with it. My eyebrows look perfect and natural, not too thick or too dark.
