The inconsistency in results, the rushed feeling, and the lack of care are just not what you expect from this brand. The other two visits, I booked their first slot in the morning and the estheticians arrived anywhere from 5-20 minutes late. Everything was fine until the end of the wax, when it came to the lips area. I've been waxed enough to know what happened was not appropriate or appreciated and she proceeded to "clean up" the area in a very intimate way. Absolutely not. Women are trusting you and as a woman you are failing. Please do better.
