I came back today and it was a disappointing experience, to be generous. Mom and I had appointments and were not taken for about 50 minutes later. We were supposed to have the same nail technician because she did a great job last time. So I expected to be here longer than usual. The appointment center is in the Phillipines we found out today. It seems they book appointments with not enough time between each guest. I have never seen a nail salon where there is no receptionist AND no manager on duty. Last time I was here there were no other guests so I didn't even realize... Well, I ended up having two nail technicians. One for my hands and one for my feet. My nails look ok but not great. The lady who did my hands filed my thumb nail too short and now it hurts. The lady who did my pedicure got up three times during my pedicure to check a customer out, to handle an upset customer in another area and for an unknown other reason. I mean, I come here to relax. Instead I walked out unhappy and annoyed I came back here. Oh well, it won't happen again.

There was a threat of a hurricane coming the day that she was supposed to come to my house for the service. She said there was a lot of traffic and was not going to be able to make it on time, we kept pushing the appt for later, but she wasn't able to come. I asked for a refund, and she said that she refunded me. After a week of not receiving the refund, I reached out to her and she completely ignored me for days. I had to make a claim with my credit card in order to get my money back. I understand that she wasn't able to make it because of the weather/traffic, what's upsetting is that she said she would refund me, and then didn't and ghosted me. I asked my bank if she even tried to submit the refund (just in case it was still processing) and she hadn't. Once I submitted the claim and told her I was going to review her, then she responded to my messages with some stupid excuses. Don't trust her.

The Front receptionist and I began talking after a while and I mentioned how I would've got mine done & she stopped me mid sentence exclaiming that she has someone who could take me right now. Of course I took her up on the offer and ended getting my brows tinted and cleaned up. The brow artist I had (sadly I don't remember her name) was so sweet and listened to exactly what I wanted instead of doing whatever she thought I needed. Needless to say, my brows came out amazing. I've gotten compliment after compliment because she did a really great job of making them look natural. She also gave me tips on maintaining them and what to use to help them grow in the places I have slight gaps. Another thing I noticed while I was sitting there waiting for my friend is that the brow artist wouldn't take her next appointment if let's say she was waiting 10 minutes for the tint to set on her 1st appointment. This is something I've experienced all the time and really dislike at salons because then you're stuck waiting till they're done with a person that came after you. So I really like the fact that they gave their full attention to you and your appointment. I will honestly being going back here for the simple fact that they overall provide a great service. I called and got a text message to respond to that, so I did. I booked an apt for the next day, and the day of my apt she sent me a different address to go to. When I was close I saw it was a residential area. I normally would never go to someone's house for this, but I did it anyway. JJ was really nice, and she had an entire room turned into a lash studio. It was my first time getting these lashes so it look 1 hour from start to finish. The burned like the devil at the end, but luckily that feeling went away after 10 min. I got the hybrid set and they looked really beautiful and glamorous! The full set cost $145, not sure if that's the going rate, but I was glad I did it. I was super happy after I went home and did my makeup.
