Since they moved to this location, they have been remodeling/renovating the inside of the spa to look and feel more cozy. The Front receptionist and I began talking after a while and I mentioned how I would've got mine done & she stopped me mid sentence exclaiming that she has someone who could take me right now. Of course I took her up on the offer and ended getting my brows tinted and cleaned up. The brow artist I had (sadly I don't remember her name) was so sweet and listened to exactly what I wanted instead of doing whatever she thought I needed. Needless to say, my brows came out amazing. I've gotten compliment after compliment because she did a really great job of making them look natural. She also gave me tips on maintaining them and what to use to help them grow in the places I have slight gaps. Another thing I noticed while I was sitting there waiting for my friend is that the brow artist wouldn't take her next appointment if let's say she was waiting 10 minutes for the tint to set on her 1st appointment. This is something I've experienced all the time and really dislike at salons because then you're stuck waiting till they're done with a person that came after you. So I really like the fact that they gave their full attention to you and your appointment. I will honestly being going back here for the simple fact that they overall provide a great service. I have gone to places near and far for an excellent threader and look no further: Alison opened up Beyond Brows - I have been coming here ever since she opened up a few years ago. She took a hiatus for health reasons but she is back and I do not go to anyone else to take care of my eyebrows. She is consistent with my shape and keeps them clean and looking fabulous. I will admit, if you are a first time customer here, it will not be top knotch exquisite service. This is a threading salon - not a spa. You will be waiting even if you HAVE an appointment, but I suggest calling ahead to see what the wait is like before you come if you are in a rush. Ive been here twice which is why i waited to do a review- i saw 2 different brow artists and both did a great job. This is not a 5 min quick in and out service in fact what i appreciate that i didnt get at my last place is the attention to detail- they are on it here. My first time i went i saw Nuri my second time she was off so i saw Gaby and both did a phenomenal job. They heard what i wanted and delivered- will definitely be back :)
